I pushed the thought aside...
It wasn't important.
And honestly? I was too tired to think straight..

I trudged along, swiftly going into the Everfree forest with my chosen family. I lead the way toward my cabin.

I stood there.. Motionless, breathless, emotionless..
I was done.
There was nothing.

There was nothing when you crossed the bridge of escaping.

I couldn't feel anything.

I was alone.

There was no hope, no light, no guide through the darkness of the sorrows. You just have yourself, and let me tell you, having yourself isn't enough.

You only have your thoughts.
Just you and your thoughts.

Was there even a point anymore?
If I could feel nothing, than what was the point of living?

I had a scary thought/vision...
But in all honesty..
It was true..

'No! You have to live for your friends. The promise you made cannot be broken! Do not be selfish! You live for them, not for you!' I corrected myself.

After a while of walking slowly from being tired, we finally got to the route which lead to my cabin.

I sniffed the familiar scents, and my ears twitched. I realized where we were..

My face lit up. "Guys, this way! Follow me!" I blurted, getting a strike of energy through my veins.

I picked up speed from walking to full out running. It was right near us! We were almost there! We could rest we get there.

"Shadow- Wait up!" Looka called after me, running after me.
"Yeah, listen to Looka... Some of us are tired." Said a very  tired Lucy.

Even so, they all followed, and we got there quickly.

I walked on top of the stones that lead to the doorway of my cabin, and soon enough, I found myself at the door of my cabin.

'Home.' I thought.
