First Thoughts
They looked my way, and I wanted to run, I wanted to hide... I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could, but, my legs held no movement. They were planted into the ground, rooting themselves far into the soil, and connecting each other into one big loophole. I was stuck.
The ponies were a male and female. It seemed like I knew them for a long time, and considered them very close. I felt much more emotional with them... Why? Why them? Why did they bring out that side in me? ...I trusted them, didn't I? Yes. That was it. I trusted them.
The ponies both rushed over to me, at the sight of me. "Shadow!" They both said in unison, their voices unrecognizable.
They both hugged me.
I awoke from the vision, and I regained my thoughts. I positioned my thoughts to not panic, and I tried to calm them down. ...It worked, for now.
"U-Um... What time is it?" I asked, worried. I got too lost in nature... Didn't I? I always did that. Even when I was a filly... I couldn't help it. I always had too much on my mind, and I always had to hide it away from other ponies.
"It's almost the evening." Echo stated, looking through the window. Evening? Oh. My. Goodness. I had been out for that long and I didn't even know!? No wonder why they were so worried. Even though I didn't know why exactly they would be worried about me, I knew if it was anyone really, they would be worried if they were gone long. It was all my fault.
Was I over reacting? I didn't know. Probably. I do everything wrong.
I collapsed to the wooden floor. Ollie's paws scattered while he was hitting the floor very fast because he was trying to get to my side in time.
