I hopefully smiled at the new grass.

I then turned to Looka, and looked at her. "Ready?" I asked her. She looked back at me, and nodded. I nodded back, and then we both ran to where we first had met her old owners.

We both slid to a stop while we reached where we were in the beginning. It was like trying to stop yourself on ice where you had already fallen- It doesn't happen. We both toppled over from failing to stop in time. The snow was too slippery, and I'm guessing the snow had ice below it, too.

We both got back up, and we shook ourselves getting even more snow off of us.

While we were shaking, we heard a bunch of rustling come from the distance. Looka and I both had our guard up, because we had no idea who or what it could be. We stood there frozen, but ready to put up a fight.

The creatures that came from the foggy distance looked alarmed, and they came to an immediate stop when they saw us. They panted hard, and they looked worried.

"SHADOW! LOOKA!" They all shouted both of our names, at a loss of words. My eyes widened as I looked at all of the creatures before us.

They were back. The chosen family was back together! Ollie, Echo, Lucy, and Athena all stood before us.

The snow started falling again, though, it was light snow.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked quickly, running up to them. Looka was right behind me, and we were both ready to go and continue the adventure.

"It's Scoff...." Lucy said, her tone getting more worried as time passed. They all looked at us with pleading eyes to go to Scoff.

"Let's go." I told them all, taking the lead.
