'Ah, she was from Alaska... I figured. Wait, ALASKA!? How did she get to the Everfree?' I questioned myself in my mind. My mind was always filled with questions that would answer themselves as time went on.

"...I looked at my past home once more, and then I turned around. My back faced my last chapter of my life as I took the first few steps toward my future.

Out of nowhere, I began running. My running was fast, and as soon as I thought I was fast, I got quicker and swifter. I ran with full emotion. Each pawstep was another teardrop, each stride was more and more tension being released. ...I was... Free.

I knew where I was going. I wasn't just a dog without a plan... I had a plan. I was going to sneak onto a train at the train station, take that to Ponyville, then go into the Everfree forest where I could truly set myself free.

And, I did just that.

No time had passed at all, and I was at the steps of the train station. As planned, once a hoard of ponies got on, I snuck on, too. I had to be quick, though.

I made my way under a seat of a pony that put their stuff below the seat so i could be hidden- And, well, it worked!

A few hours passed, and we were already there... I swear, that train used some alicorn magic to get there THAT fast...

I walked off of the train, and once I did that, I bolted toward the Everfree. I always took precautions and hid between trees, and strided between bushes to prevent being seen by other ponies.

Once I got deep into the Everfree, I discovered this place... And immediately, I knew that it was perfect. "
