This battle went on so quickly, I wondered how they battled so hard last time....
It was like, this time, they knew exactly what the other was going to do. It was almost scripted.

This was their final battle.
One of them had to die, for the other to win...
But what's the point in winning if you take another life?

I couldn't let this happen.
Not again.
I had to stop it.

With tears falling down, I stood up straight, and began to fly quickly into the air, coming right in between Looka and Shadow.

Out of nowhere they began to fire magical bolts at each other...
Which, I didn't understand how they could do that... They weren't unicorns nor alicorns...

I came in the middle.
"THIS NEEDS TO STOP!"
I tried to shout and plead with them, but everything happened too quickly...
Everything happened in such an instance that I couldn't even stop it.

I was too late.

I was always too late.

The magic bolt aimed straight for me, but it missed. It shot Looka straight in the heart, which, sent her spiraling down onto the ground...

Thump.

She was gone.
And it was all my fault.

My wings stopped flapping, and I myself, went spiraling to the ground.

I hit the ground, but I didn't care...
I looked at where Looka landed, but there was nothing...
She was gone...

She had disappeared.

For good.

...Did this mean my Looka was gone, too?
I couldn't bear the thought.

I was too weak to stand.

Shadow landed and she walked over to me... "Hehehah, the battle for freedom isn't over yet. You still stand in my way."

Silence was all I heard.

I couldn't fight her.
I didn't want to.
My plan was over and done.
I had saved Shadow, at the cost of another...
