Willness

The rock impacted my face, which, didn't really hurt, but as soon as the rock hit the floor from falling off of my face, I unfroze. 'Why did I do that!?' I questioned in my brain, getting mad at myself.

"That's okay, Shadow! This happens with the first try, just try and not let your mind consume you! Stay focused, and just calm your mind. You will find your dodging power eventually." My sister yelled from afar.

"Ready? Here it comes!" She said, throwing another rock, but this time, it was smaller than the last.

'Okay, focus, mind. You can do this.' I spoke in my mind. I focused on the rock, and just as it was about to hit me, I felt my body to freeze, but I slowly regained the power to move, and I moved slightly over out of the way, but the rock still brushed upon me.

"That's okay! I seen you move, our progress is getting further!" My sister spoke.

I remembered that time, and it was one of my most memorable times with my sister. I'm glad she taught me so many different things, and strategies.

Our swords clashed together with a bang, as the pony knew it would be too late to dodge. As soon as they clashed together, I knew I would have to be the first to strike him.

I unclashed the swords, and I tried to slash his fur, but his sword blocked it. I seen how this was going to go: Distance, and defense.

Every time I would try to slash, he would block me with his sword. There was no point in me doing this, I had to wait until he made the first move, so we actually had a fair chance for battling.

And, indeed he did, make the first move.
