"Oh yeah, this is Lucy and Athena." I said, introducing the two animals. The reason I did this is because Athena couldn't speak, and Lucy was just at a loss for words.. And she was blushing.. Hopefully Echo didn't realize that.

"Well I suppose now that we know each other, we shall start our next adventure. Now, I'm not very sure where this next creature could be... So if any of you get a scent, just go with it. We will follow." I said quickly. Echo nodded, and Lucy was just still, staring at Echo.

Echo looked back to Lucy, and he smirked a doggish grin. This made Lucy blush even more than before, but it wasn't visible.

"Alright. Let's go..." I started, but I didn't finish.

"This way!" Echo blurted out, and started taking off in a fast trot. I followed swiftly, and Lucy took right after me. Athena was hesitant at first, but she knew that she must follow us, so she took the skies and began flying with us.

"So, what kind of creatures are we looking for?" Echo asked.

"The guardians of the Everfree. They could be located anywhere in the Everfree, but they are more than likely locked up." I explained to him. He probably didn't know anything about these creatures, and I didn't blame him.

Echo took sharp turns in his path, almost like he had a scent. Wait.. Did he have a scent? This is exactly what you do when you have a scent. I thought to myself.

"If you were wondering, I actually do have a scent. This scent is none other than a Chimera, and it definitely feels faint. Like... Decades, faint." Echo said. The faintness scared me, because the creature had the chance of losing it's life. But then again, creatures are immortal, and at least we had a scent.

I did remember about hearing a Chimera in the story, but there was only a brief description.. I don't know what to expect when we reach the creature.. That's the real surprise.
