Street Dogs And Turnabouts
This story seemed pretty nice, but I could tell that it would take a major turn of events soon. Life wasn't like a fairy tale ending, unless you made it that way. And, Echo's story wasn't over which meant he could still have his fairy tale ending.
"Even if some points I couldn't find food for myself, I knew a couple of other stray street dogs that would happily share. The only reason they would do this, is because they were lonely. Lonely animals will do anything for some company. Apart from fighting for survival, like I said, I had my freedoms. I would always go exploring, and I would find the most unbelievable things. Not even ponies would believe what I saw... It was absolutely wonderful. My freedom was... Wonderful. Though I was a street dog, I always wanted somewhere to belong- Sort of. I mean, I always denied it, but I secret part of me wanted a place to belong, a home, a family... I heard of the most amazing things with dogs and ponies, they live, work, thrive, and survive together, and it would be great. I was always jealous of those stories, for I wanted a home. And one day, I was walking the streets, it seemed like a normal day: ponies were passing, stores were filled with shoppers, the lights were brighter, and the food still smelled amazing... But, two ponies found me. They were both a couple, looking for a farm dog, I guess. I observed them both, and they both seemed lovely. Ivory, the mare, had a soft, light pink coat of fur. Her mane was mahogany, like a prim rose blooming in spring. Her mane was straight, and it mainly swept to the right side. There was also a little piece of the mane that swept to the left side as well, but that was all. Did I mention that she was a unicorn? Oh yes, she was." Echo said, beginning his story.
