I began my trail, for I was leading them, and I had to be precise. ...Was my analytical side coming out? I didn't know, but I knew this was the true me. Apart from being my shy and normal self, I knew that this other side of me, serious, and analytical, it was very important.

I jumped onto the wooden platform, and I could feel the intensity of this. My steps on my paws followed every movement, and for a second, I forgot about my insecurities, my clumsiness, and everything. This was too important. I had to complete this, without the other sides getting in the way.

The quick movement of me landing on that platform was quickly followed by another quick movement onto the next platform. I raced with the correct movements of the spikes, and eventually I made it across.

Somehow, I was holding my breath. Why was I doing that? I should have been able to breath freely. I let out the built up air, and I noticed something.. There was only one reason why I could be holding my breath against the low oxygen of the caving system.

The air when you were moving from the spikes... It was.. Poisoned. Not the poison acid, like the actual poisoned air that you breath. 

I turned around, and faced the group of three, and they were a little panicked on how to get across..

"Guys! The air is poisoned! Hold you breath! And, if your worried about getting across, just follow your mind and heart. They will both collide at the same time, making it so they work together at the same time. Trust me, that's the only way I got through this." I said, letting them know. Hopefully that would help them..

I heard some paw steps quicken, and I noticed some creature emerge from the air and stand next to me on the platform without spikes. It was Echo!
