I knew that Echo and Lucy had doggish smiles, and they were happy to be moving on from our journey... Whilst I, had grown close to the darkness.. I would miss the dark cave, Nebulas, and the history.. But, just like Nebulas healing, it was time for my story to continue on. I couldn't stay stuck in one chapter forever..

But it felt like that time period made multiple chapters, permanently engraved in my heart..

"...Wait.. Really!?" I asked having a hopeful smile come on my wolfish face. I could tell, even my midnight fur was showing through the darkness.

"Yes." Nebulas nodded, and her smile still brightened the cave.

I was thinking of what our next adventure might be like, because we pretty much completed this one. Something snapped me out of my thoughts, though.

The noises... My ears flickered, and the dogs could hear it, too. I looked to where the noises were coming from.. But, nothing. Nothing was there, not even something small.

"We should get moving.." Said a now worried, Nebulas. ...Why was she worried? I wondered.

I nodded, and I let her lead the way.. All four of us ventured out of the cave, and we headed to what was known to be: the exit.

All of our paws were weak from just resting in the cave.. You would think: wouldn't you get energy from rest? No. Actually, since we were down in the cave, the oxygen level is lowered than from the surface.. Same goes for when you are at the peak of a mountain. Plus, we had no food to eat.. I, myself wasn't worried about food, but I was worried about the others..

"We're he- Uh oh." Echoed Nebulas from the caving system. "Uh oh?- Oh." I said, noticing that we were where the noises were coming from.

...The noises were the exit shutting, and the lock down system preparing.
