Left Behind

"I know exactly who you are talking about. My friends and I actually ran into him..." I said, recalling the event. I looked at the floor, and sighed thinking about how Athena protected me.

"He's gone now, you don't have to worry about him. Your free." I said, starting to realize that, that was the barrier of setting this creature free.

The creature looked up at me, and then they drifted up to me, and they tackled me with a hug.

Now, this creature may have looked small, but this creature had immense strength. The little paws of the creature clung onto me, as the creature stuffed their head in my night-like fur.

"Thank you, thank you... I'm so happy!" The creature said, while still stuffing their head into me.

I didn't really know how to react to this, I wasn't really ever 'hugged' before. Not even by my sister, or even any creature. What was this feeling? I questioned. I felt like I should be afraid of it, but on the inside I knew I loved it.

I then had a vision:
I remember that I was outside: I looked down onto the ground that I was standing on. The ground felt like it even denied me... I was alone, but lonely. I loved being alone, but I hated being lonely. I was on the verge of tears that day, nothing but sadness dwelled in me.

On the left of me, I knew that there was a group of ponies. I felt like I had a close bond with each one of them, but I still felt aloof. Why would anyone care? No one did.

I was then immersed with a hug. Somepony tackled me with a hug, and they held me close, and tightly. They weren't letting go. I felt like this pony was from another vision, or even dream, but I couldn't place it.

This hug was comfortable, and protecting. ...I buried my face into this pony. This pony meant the world to me, well, all of them in that group did.
