I shook my paw wildly, but to no avail, the poison stuck on.. How could I get it off?

I then had a flashback: Reading again, I was. This time, the book was about purifying and purified things. The book was titled: "Purification In The Darkest Of Lights." I read all about it, gaining information as I went. 'This would be quite useful for me in the future.' I thought to myself. I then flipped to the next page, 65, and saw that the next topic in purification, was about meditation. Now, I had already known so much about meditation. Heck! I've even done it myself. Multiple times. Meditating was really helpful, and good for healing, but I never knew that it had to do with purification. I was interested to what the book would say about it.

"Meditation is a form of healing, and staying peaceful. But, most do not know, it is a way of purification. A very effective one, at that. When done right, the meditation can heal forces of no good, and can cleanse the soul. Nopony knows what sort of meditation that you have to do, but it's said that you will find it within time. Good luck." The book read. I was excited to try and do this, but didn't understand the last part.. "It will come within time?" I questioned, but didn't think much of it.

I still didn't understand the last part, but it didn't hurt to try. Nothing hurt to try, at this point.. I sat beside the creature, and I sat in my meditational form.

Echo and Lucy wandered over to me. Lucy was all bewildered about the situation and shaking, while Echo still was trying to calm her down.

"What are you doing?" Echo asked me. 

"Y-Yeah, S-Shadow. What a-are you d-doing?" Lucy asked in response.

"This." I said, and began to get engulfed into my meditation.
