Crippled Papers

"T'-That actually happened!? So cool!" She breathed, and said to herself.

I looked over to Echo, who was standing there with me, watching Lucy very carefully the whole time. He was quite impressed with her, I was guessing.

"It's now my turn, right?" He asked with an oncoming excitement. His tail wagged lowly, waiting for an answer.

"Yes, indeed it tis." I say to him, quietly.

Echo's face lights up, and his tail went from the ground to the air, waving like a peace flag in the heat of battle. You could practically hear him wagging his tail!

His bandanna drifted in the wind, and Echo tied it tightly with his teeth, to make sure it wouldn't fall off during the throw.

He finished tying it, and he looked back over at me, with adventurous eyes. He had a doggish smile plastered on his face, and his ears alerted.

"I'm ready." He stated with adventure, passion, and hope in his tone of voice. You could definitely tell that he was an adventurous dog, and definitely brave, too.

"Okay, let's do this." I said, picking up Echo with my paws, and flying up with my wings. I hovered, and I stood at the same point as to where I stood where Lucy's point was.

I made sure that my directions, and measurements were correct, and I hovered for a little bit. I looked over to Echo, and his wingspan was already outwards.

He was, indeed, ready.

There was no more time to waste, and he was ready, so I just threw Echo.

Echo drifted in the wind like a professional weather pegasus. He looked down at the ground, and he met Lucy's eyes, which were filled with happiness.

Echo smiled at her, and he was like a star, but in the day time.

He was her star, and she was his moon.
