I pushed the thought aside for now. Yes, indeed it was my goal.. But.. Lucy was new to this home and the Everfree for that matter, I needed to make her feel like this was home. I thought to myself, while walking into the spruce wooden cabin.

The wind picked up out of nowhere and slammed the door. I jumped, as I was a little surprised. I looked over to Lucy and Athena, whom had also jumped and were now awakened.
"Sorry..." I quietly whispered to them.

Lucy sat up, and her tail wagged a little. She looked around the cabin as if she was new to this place, and didn't know where she was. When really, she didn't. Her sharp eyes then met with mine, and her eyes recognized me.

"Oh hi, Shadow. Didn't see 'ya there." She said, laughing. Her eyes were sharp, but still they looked tired.. Lucy got up, and stretched, then she shook her fur like any canine would do.

I laughed quietly. I wasn't tired at all because of the morning adventure, you could say.

If you were wondering what Athena was doing this whole time was once she was surprised, she just went back to sleep.

"Typical, Athena.." I said to no one, really..

"Hey, um, I don't mean to be rude... But, do you have any food?" Lucy asked me, as she was now sitting at my paws yawning.

That's when it struck me. No one had been fed. Athena hadn't ate at all, Lucy had just gotten here and probably was starving from the adventures. And me? Well, there was a meaning for that. Since I was a wolf, I had always been a carnivore, which meant cannibalism... But no one really knows this, because I don't eat because of it. My preferred meat that I would eat was steak, but ever since I ran away... I didn't have my sister to get me steak from who knows where.. It was really a mystery..
