"Shadow what are you doing!? Get out of here!" Astra whisper shouts at me with bulging eyes. "Oh, ho, ho! So a filly wants to play, huh? Well more the merrier, you will just get killed too! Along with the eggs!" A dragon said, as the other laughed. That dragon was obviously the leader of their group.

"I-I will pr-protect these creatures and their e-eggs! I will not let but a foolish creature like you destroy them. I'm not a filly, for I am, a.... WOLF!" I say stuttering, but at the last part shouting. My eyes turned icy blue and I stood there grounded with my roots.

The leader of the dragons looked a little bewildered at first, but then came back his creepy smile. "Oh? So we have a mutt!" He says. "Bwahaha!" The others laughed. They were amused. Even the phoenix were shocked yet worried.

The leader of the dragons, came closer.. I could tell what Sterope was doing. When the leader of the dragons got closer he quickly flew off to the near tree and put the eggs in there, without them noticing he flew back and acted like the eggs were still in the tree. I now knew my plan of attack, my attack would be with peace not action.

The leader of the dragons was close enough, he clawed me with his claws, well.. So he thought. I had dodged the attack, and was now smirking my little fangs showing. "What the heck!? How did you dodge that fast!? And why.. Are.. You.. Smirking!?" He asked very confusingly. Sterope had been too fast for them, when they weren't looking, Sterope was ready to fly.

Sterope now flew fast as the speed of light, he was clawing at the toughs of scales on their heads. "Ahhh! What the heck!?!?" The leader shouted. "AHHHH!?!" The whole group shouted they ran off, but the leader was still in view. Sterope flew back to the tree.

One last egg was still there, Astra, nor Sterope knew. A purple, blue, and black speckled egg fell off the tree but didn't crack. Now the leader of the dragon group was still close enough to the tree. There was a race between him and I to take hold of the egg. It all happened so fast, though I got there first. I picked up the egg and held it protectively in my hooves.

"Give the egg now or you all DIE!" He shouted fiercely. "N-No! You cannot have them!" I say just as fierce. I had a strong grip and I wasn't letting go.

He came at me with all his might, and swung his claws, I dodged every claw attack. I ran past him to the north direction of him, and I left dust behind him. I then turned back in his direction, and we were both standing in battle. The first one to make the first move is what really mattered.
