I honestly thought he'd be a lot angrier and would've yelled at me longer. I was not expecting him to be so... clam. He's been like this for a while. So... less scary? He's been a lot nicer to me. I kind of am scared of this new Scarlet. I don't know why he's been protecting me, but it makes my heart burn and not painfully. 

I pull off my shirt. I need to change. It's so strange. I hate feeling so helpless but... at least I have someone watching over me. I let out a breath. My hands were bandaged but they still burn. I don't understand what is happening to me?

"Do you really want to know?" A voice says behind me.

 I jump. I turn. She was standing there. She pulls of her hood and her light blue hair falls down.

"What? Cat got your tongue?" She jokes.

Bad joke. I mouth.

"Yeah... I'm not a joker." She leans on the wall.

What do you want? I mouth.

"Do you want to know what's happening to you?" She asks.

I nod.

"You're turning into a monster." She says.

What? I mouth.

She hands me a book.

"You should see the Avengers about this, no offense but you might destroy everything." She says.

My eyes widen.

"Good luck getting out of this one Spider-Man." She says.
