       You have left the safe zone

"Hmm...according to the map,the artifact we're looking for is hidden in the dungeon,located on the other side of the woods.Well,the sooner we get there,the more time we have for searching,"Jack said as we started walking.

"Then,the shortest way to the location is going through the woods!"I said and he smield at me.
"Correct,but,unfortunately,that's not the path we are gonna take,"Jack said and I looked at him,confused.

"Why not?"I asked.
"We still have to remember that other players may be taking the exact same way so,it will be more dangerous once we get near the artifact,so...we will be taking the other way,"he said as I listened carefully.

That is a brillant idea.

"If we have to fight other players to get to the artifact,we will do it!"I said.
"I am not running from the fights but,we should have tactics as well.If we avoid fighting with other players,we'll get a good head start.The earlier bird catches the worm,"Jack explained,patiently.

"Ahh...I see,sorry I was thinking of using a little practice,"I said
"I agree.Why don't you practise your shooting skills on boars we find along the way?"Jack suggested.

"That's a great idea,"I said as we continued to walk.
After a few minutes later,we met our first target.

"Be prepared,(Y/n).Take a deep breathe,"Jack said and I nodded as I quietly took out my bow and aimed an arrow at the beat.
Then,I drew the bow as I shot threw arrows,one by one and it was dead.

"Nice shotting,snowflake.You're natural at this!"Jack said,smiling as we made a high five.
"Thanks,I am starting to like my bow more and more now!"I said and he smiled.

 Time left :2 hours and 30 minutes

"Are all these warning here just to build up the tension?"I asked,
annoyed a bit.
"Probably.It seems it's wroking.Come on,let's hurry up,"he said as we started running across the meadow,going around the woods.

It took us a good half an hour to reach to the dungeon.

    High Level Enemies Detected!

Oh,no.Where are we?
"We're in a right spot,"Jack said as if he was reading my thoughts.
"But,what are we gonna find in here?"I asked and he chuckled.
"Patience,snowflake,"he said and I blushed.

The sound of steps in a heavy armor was heard coming from a distance as we both got on our guards.
We went towards them with great caution,
trying to stay inconspicious.

The noises that the guards were making were marching.
The guards being in their big armor enabled us to approach them without getting noticed.

My eyes quickly adjusted to the dark and I could discern the doors behind them.
"Look!The guards are keeping on watch at the entrance,"I whispered to Jack who narrowed his eyes at the guards.

"Prepare youeself,we are gonna attack them right away,"Jack said.
"Just like that?Shouldn't we at least make a stradegy?"I asked.
"Like what?"Jack asked.

"I can use Fire Arrows to distract them and you can attack them from behind,"I said.

"That won't work,snowflake.They have heavy armors.The only chance to defeat them is a hand to hand battle,"Jack said.

"Isn't there anyway I can do to help you?"I asked,remembering the last time I saw him hurt in the game.

"Yes,watch my back and prepare your Shadow Wind Longbow.Look for the weak spots in their armors and shoot them,"he said.
"Got it!I am ready!"I said and we nodded as we hid in the shadows and started approaching them.

I prepared my bow and when I was in a good shady hiding spot,I aimed an arrow and shot it.
The arrow flew with a whizz towards one of the guards but,unfortunately,it hit the door.

Dang it.
"(Y/n),quick.Shoot now!"I heard Jack yelled and I quickly aimed another arrow.
I was spotted as the guards started marching towards me.

I shot three arrows.
One down!

"(Y/n),hide!"Jack yelled and I quickly moved from my spot and hid in the shadows.

There is always a chance to hide your companion in cases like this and Jack and I are both trying to do it.

Just then,I saw the guard about to hit the spot where Jack was hiding and I gasped in fear.
"Jack,look out!"I yelled and he moved away just in time.

Jack's pov,

Whew.
Luckily,thanks to (Y/n),I managed to move out of the way just in time.
I can't make the same mistake again by turning my back to the enemies.

"(Y/n),attack!"I said.
"Right  behind you!"I heard her yelled as I start attacking them with all of my force.

Your pov,

The metal clashing sounds filled the room.
I was in the shadows,already aiming my arrow at my target and waiting for the perfect moment to shoot off the arrow.

"One down!"I head Jack yelled.

I shot an arrrow which landed in the guard's armor exactly on the joint of his shoulder and his arm.
"Great hit,snowflake!You're getting better!"I heard Jack yelled and I smiled.

The guard was injured which made our fight more easier.After a few moves and hits,we gained a victory.
"Yes!We did it!"Jack yelled,happily as he ran up to me while I was climbing down to him from behind a big rock I was hiding a while ago.

"We are a dream team,right?!"he said with a very beautiful happy smile.I blushed but,smiled as I nodded.He held my hands.

"From now on,if we stick together,I think we'll make a pretty good couple!"he said and I blushed as I stared at him,surprised.
C-Couple?
(Anna was fangirling as she watched you two from the screen)

I blushed as I stared at him,unable to speak
"D-did I say something wrong?"Jack said,looking at me worried.

Oh,no.I am busted!Does every emotion have to be shown on my avatar as well.

"N-no,I get what you mean,"I said as he held my hands tight and helped me down.
"We should move on.Who knows what waits behind that door,"he said and I nodded.

We looked over at the door as I tried to calm myself down,my heart was beating so fast.
"Who is gonna go first?"I asked,trying not to sutter.

Jack's pov,

Hmmm...This is a great chance to prove myself to (Y/n).
"We will do this together,
snowflake,"I said and she lookedat me confused.
"What do you mean?"she asked and god damn,she was adorable.

"I will open and push the doors,you prepare your bow and arrrow in case there's something behind this door,waiting for us.What do you say,snowflake?"I asked and she smiled at me.

"Well then,may luck be with us,"she said as we started to approach the door.
We tried to pull it open only to realize that it was locked.

Stupid door.
"Of course...it's locked,"I said,
sighing.
"How do we find the key in this darkness?"(Y/n) asked.

"Well,there's only one way for this.We can't find the keys in this darkness.It'd be useless if we search in the guard's armors.So,only one way left.Stand back,snowflake,"I said as I made her step back a bit.

I started banging into it,trying to break it down.

Your pov,

I watched worriedly as Jack banged himself on the door,trying to break the door down.
At first there was only a few noises and the door shaking,but,then after one final bang,the door fell down.

Dust flew up a bit because it fell down so loudly.

I ran to Jack's side and checked if he was ok.He smiled and tell me that it was nothing.I looked at the room ahead.
We carefully walked into the room.

We stepped on the door that was lying on the floor and listened.The room was completedly quiet and slilent.
Each of our step and the commotion we made echoed.

Unlike the previous rooms,here,a few torches were flicking and shedding weak lights on the walls.
"This doesn't smell right,"Jack said,looking around,confused.
"There's nothing in this room.It's completedly empty!"I said and then,I made a blank face.

"We're double-crossed,"I said,holding a hand on my hip,pouting.
Jack laughed as he ruffled my hair grinning and making me blush.
"Shh...patience,snowflake.We can never be too careful.Let's look around,"Jack said and I nodded.

We started to look around with our weapons ready,but we still found nothing.
"Still nothing,"I said.
"Doesn't seem like that to me,snowflake.
We're in an empty room and there's only one way leading to its central part,"Jack said,walking up to me slowly.

"Oh,I see...you're saying that we've reached our goal,"I said and he nodded.
"Yeah,(Y/n).This is the boss room!"he said and I glupped.

Holy Christs!

In the furthermost part of the room,in the darkness,something was lurking and waiting for it preys-us.

"Get ready,snowflake.Once we reach the central part of the room.The battle will begin,"Jack said,looking at me.
I smiled at him.
"I will be prepared,"I said and he smiled at me,couragingly.

A least I hope I will be.

We stalking walking next to the wall,stepping step by step.
Then,I heard something and immediately looked up at the ceiling.

But,I saw nothing.It was too dark to see.
I continued walking without looking in front of me and quietly unexpected,I stepped down on something soft and chills ran down on my spine.

I hope it's not a dead rat!

"Watch where you are going!"Jack said and then,he tripped and fell down on his kneels,dropping his weapon too.

"Wait (Y/n),don't move,"he said as his eyes landed on something in a dark corner.
Is he kidding me?!
"Oh,no,no.I don't want to carry a dead rat in my inventory,"I said,closing my eyes tightly as I put my hands on my chest.

"Haha,snowflake,calm down and look who's it,"Jack said,smiling.
Huh?
I looked down at my feet and saw that it wasn't a dead rat.

Whew.
But,clothes?Whoses clothes did I step on?
I looked where the clothes are trailing to and there she was,leaning against the world sitting unconscious was...

Emma.

Oh my god.I gasped as I ran to her side.
That's Emma.
"How did she manage to get here?The door was locked!"I said,surprised.
"I suppose she used the teleportation spell.
But,who knows what happened after that?We have to get her out of here,"Jack said,looking kinda bothered.

"But,we can't risk our mission,"I said.
"Hmm...I will get you two somewhere safe first.Then,I will get the artifact myself,"he said.

He can't go alone just like that!Who knows what will happen?What if he gets hurt?!

We started fighting and I stopped when Emma made a slow move and uttered a painful cry.
I gasped and looked at her.
"Emma?Emma,can you hear me?"I said but,she looks distracted and fear was on her face.
"Run.Run away!"she yelled.

Suddenly,at the same time some movements and noises were heard all around,making it hard to tell where the voice was coming from.

Jack and I stood near Emma pertified and completedly paralyzer.We knew awfulky that the boss was awake.

We could tell that he was close by the slight shake of the floor.He was coming at us.

Wait...the sound earlier ago.Oh,no...don't tell me!

I looked up and I gasped in horror when I see hig legs coming down from the ceiling and a pair of eyes which seemed to have found their next prey.

Which I awfully pray that it's neither of us.
