I never really thought much of anything, I enjoyed my life, my parents were great, I had good friends, and I never held much issues. But overtime, I felt I wanted to do more, to become better and I felt this fire in my chest and it told me in a way to build myself.

During my time on improving myself, I started dealing with thugs that were plaguing my home, and overtime people called cronan a hero. I didn't care much about it, but I'm glad I was able to give them hope.  I don't regret saving that kid.

Y/n: 'I know I died, but I didn't think this would happen'.

*3rd pov, unknown world*

We cut to a house where a couple brought a baby into the world. The baby's crying was an indicator of its strong health.

M/n: *soothing crying baby* It's okay y/n, *A motherly smile* Mommy is here.

The baby calmed down, and looked at her mother with adorable eyes, and started giggling adorably.

D/n: *fatherly smile* Hey, don't forget your old man son.

The baby started to laugh a bit, causing the parents to laugh together with the baby. The couple heard a knocking and the l/n's butler sebas tian picked up the door.

M/n: Sebas, who's at the door?

Sebas: My lady, it's- *door suddenly slammed against him*

Suddenly sebas was slammed against the wall, and appeared a woman with black hair that reaches to her shoulders, with bangs parted to her right and locks of hair in front of her ears. She wears a long, two layered dress with a frilled vest, short heeled shoes atop white socks, a notable eggshell white ascot, and a long sleeve white blouse with frilled cuffs. This woman is Mona kagenō, matriarch of the kagenō family.

Mona: M/n! Is he born! I want to see your adorable son!

M/n: *calming smile* Yes. He's here and I think you'll enjoy him like me and my husband. Also his name is y/n.

M/n gently handed Mona her baby, and Mona's heart melted when y/n started giggling and was glad m/n made her a godmother to y/n. She instantly called her daughter claire in to see y/n.

Mona: *smile* Claire, come and see y/n.

Then a young girl with black hair and ruby eyes came in, this was claire kagenō.

Claire: *holds y/n gently* Hello y/n! I'm claire. Let's be good friends!

Y/n: 'yep, somehow I got reincarnated into a new world. A world filled with magic. While it was a bit heartbreaking not being able to see my original family again, I decided I would move forward and embrace my new life in this magic filled world'.

*y/n's pov timeskip, few years later *

I was reborn to d/n (dad name) and m/n (mom name) l/n , who are nobles on the outskirts, and while not too much into knights, the l/n clan have made a good name for themselves for being helpful to the citizens even including beastmans. I've also got to make my first friend with claire kagenō, her family is also noble on the outskirts and both of them are good friends.

It's been some years since my birth, and thanks to my new parents, sebath , and still retaining my otherworldly knowledge, I've been excelling with my magic and sword skills.  Currently, me and claire are practicing on my family's training ground.

Claire: *smiles, gets into battle stance* Ready y/n.

Y/n: *gets into battle stance, smiles* Ready.

With no second to spare, me and claire went at each at full speed and clashed swords.  With several clashes, I was about to get her, until claire swiftly pointed her blade at my neck, which I had no choice to surrender.

Claire: *victorious smirk* Looks like it's my win this time n/n ( nickname).

Y/n: *sighs in acceptance, but smiles* Yeah yeah, but now we're tied with five wins and five loses, but next I'm coming up on top cee-cee.

Me and claire heard clapping, and saw our family who were on the side were applauding at our sparring.

While I've been practicing my sword skills and magic with claire and my family, I also had another "way" at practicing.

*timeskip, nighttime*

Unknowingly to my family and claire.  I've been killing bandits. When I was growing up, I took notice of many robberies and bandits, and while there are knights that can deal with it. But I couldn't just turn my back on it, especially having skills to back it up, and in a way I wanted to find a purpose for myself.  I waited for my parents to be asleep to go bandit hunting.

Y/n: 'Alright. Time to get to work'. *makes a magic clone*

Thanks to some anime, and practicing my magic, I'm able to make a magic copy of myself who can take my place, when I am occupied with my "work". I can make up to multiple clones and When I deactivate the clones , I gain all they see and what they did..

Y/n 2: What do you want me to do boss?

Y/n ( original): I need you to take my place for sleeping until I come back.

Y/n 2: *thumbs up* You got it boss.

After my clone takes my place, I put on my different suit. By using my slime, my suit and mask was immediately put on. My suit is an overcoat dyed jet black with golden accents.

The suit is a slime bodysuit that I made with slime jelly and has a high conductivity efficiency with magic. The suit is extremely versatile for any use that I need, especially with just my thoughts. It can be quickly removed and can be held on me for whenever I need it. The mask is made of extremely durable material that can't be broken so easily, and with some work I made my mask bond with my slime suit, so whenever I donn on my slime suit, my mask will immediately be on my face, and like the suit, I can make my mask open to reveal my face with a thought.

I sensed some bandits through my magic sense, and spotted their campsite in an abandoned town. Time for cronan to do some work.

Cronan: *spots bandits* Hello, my dear "friends", it seems your business has been booming.

The bandits got alarmed by my appearance and I noticed some shivering in fear a bit.

Bandit 1: *scared* Oh shit! It's cronan!!!

Bandit 2: Why is he here!!!

I forgot to mention, but because of my killings, my cronan persona has been getting recognized especially by some people thinking of cronan as a hero.

Bandit 3: *pulls out a flintlock* Don't get cocky cronan! *fires the flintlock *

Cronan: *moves head to the side, easily dodged bullet* You guys are pathetic, you take from others acting high and mighty, but when facing someone like me, you become cowards. *coldly* Now face your punishment.

Without moving an inch, I made my slime suit make extended finger blades and killed the bandits with ease.

Cronan: * retracted slime blades, and sense another bandit* Hmm, trying a sneak attack, huh.

All of a sudden, a bandit jumped out of the ground, and tries to kill me from behind with his sword. But without looking, I blocked the bandit's attack with a slime sword.

Cronan: *without looking* I'll give you a point for the idea, but. *unlock sword blocking* Still far away from my skills.

Sword bandit: *angry* Don't mock me, cronan! *clashes sword again* *smirking* Surprise! I might not look like much, but I'm a bushin-ru master!

The sword bandit tries to go in for a heavy slash attack, but I block him, while turning one of my slime boots into several daggers and ending the bandit's life.

Cronan: *tch* Waste of skills. *talks to himself a bit* The slime bodysuit is working quite well, but soon, I'll be finishing up null, and it'll top the slime sword.

After finishing up the last of the bandits, I checked on the caravan they were with, there was all sorts of stuff. Gold, art, valuable items, the woodwork. Though there was some kind of wine bottle, it was empty. I don't know why, but I felt there was more to it, especially if bandits kept a hold of it. I made sure to hold onto the bottle for later.

*rattle, rattle*

Cronan: Hmm?

After placing all the stuff with portal magic, I heard some rattling noises and noticed a cage covered by a tarp. I went to the cage, and took off the tarp, and in the cage is some kind of blob of flesh with a single blue eye. I could sense an overload of magic it's producing.

The blob was rotting a bit, but it was also alive. I read some books about this. It's called demonic possession. Unlike the bob, claire showed an early sign of possession, but unknown to her or her family, I was able to heal her when I had a sleepover at her home one time. I learned through her healing that the possession causes some sort of deviation that causes magic to go out of control in the affected's body. In Claire's case, it was easy. In the blob's case, it was going to be tricky.

Y/n: *talks to the blob* Don't worry, I'll try to fix you up.

*small timeskip *

After getting everything from the bandits cart, and keeping the empty wine bottle, I decided to use the empty town as a secret place to work with the blob.

Y/n: 'If it's anything like claire's, it's a magic overload. So I have to reign in the overload and make sure the magic flow is normal'. Alright. *cracks knuckles*

Time to get to work.

*timeskip*

For awhile, I've been trying many attempts to reign in the demonic possession blob's overload of magic, and while through the attempts. My magic grew more larger than it already has, and got better control of it as well. Though one month later, I finally had a breakthrough.

Y/n: *tries a new attempt* I hope this works.

When I try my new attempt, the blob convulses more, but it starts to form into a humanoid figure, and after the blob finishes forming. It is revealed to be a young elf girl with golden blond hair.

The girl was about to fall on the floor, until I gently caught her and noticed she was practically naked. So I decided to cover her up with the tarp.

Y/n: *checks if she's alive* *sighs in relief * Good, she's breathing normally. But she's going to be asleep for a bit. Well this is a good time to check that empty bottle.

While letting the recovered young elf have her beauty sleep, I checked on the empty bottle the bandits had.

The bottle didn't look like much, but I took notice of a note of some kind in it and when I got it out, it had nothing on it. Then I realized that I had seen this before in my old life, by putting the "blank" note in the light, it revealed its message and more. Apparently the story about the three heroes and the demon diabolical are all true and apparently this cult of diabolos is bent on reviving the demon diabolos and getting absolute powers.

Y/n: 'so this cult is nothing but power-hungry maniacs and use anyone who has the demonic possession as guinea pigs'. *coldly* Savages. I won't let them get their prize.

???: *waking up* mmm.

I noticed the female elf starting to wake up. I decided to hold onto the note and waited for the female elf to be fully awake.

*??? pov*

I don't know why, but the constant pain I felt as a rotting flesh stopped, and I woke up to see a boy who looked the same height as me. Was he the one who healed me?

*y/n's pov*

Y/n: *smiles at elf* Nice to meet ya. I'm glad I was able to heal you from your curse,  and from the looks of things , everything from your appearance and magic are back to normal.

The female elf took notice of herself and was shocked that she was normal again.

Female elf: *shocked* You did this! Wait. What do you mean by curse?

Y/n: *sighs  reluctantly* This curse was placed on all the heroes' descendants, the ones who defeated the démon diabolo. *noticed the elf's shocked look* I understand on you not believing it, but *shows the note* This explains everything about your curse.

I gave the note to the female elf to read.

Female elf: *cold, gripping the paper* Those monsters!

Y/n: *stern* The ones who did this to you are called the cult of diabolos. They are people who desire to revive the demon to gain power and use anyone afflicted by the curse for experimentation to get closer to their goal. My mission is that I will destroy the cult and make sure their plans to revive the demon *release some magic aura*

The female elf eyes were transfixed and enamored by my magic aura.

Female elf: *captivated by y/n* If it's okay asking, who are you my savior?

Y/n: My name is y/n l/n, but are you sure you want this young elf, I can help you find a normal life. You don't have to follow me in this path.

Female elf: When I caught the curse. I lost everything , and my only future was to waste away as some beast. *resolve look* But you saved me y/n, so I will give you my life and I will punish the ones who did this with death.

Y/n: So you have made your decision. Very well *smiles a bit*, when we face the cult, I go by cronan.

I then split my slime suit to give to the female elf, and I have a feeling things will become interesting in a way.

Y/n: *stern a bit* Things will be intense, especially with strong enemies. You ready for that, my elven friend.

Female elf: *stern* So what, I will destroy anyone who stands in our way.

Y/n: *smiles* That's a good resolve. A strong resolve can break through the toughest of steel.

Female elf: *stern , strategizing* We need to find the other hero descendants, and take them under our protection. *gets closer to y/n* As we expand our organization, will need to strengthen our base of operations. We need to collect funds to that end.

Y/n: *whistles a bit* I'm amazed, I don't like to brag, but I'm quite smart on my terms, but I'm impressed on how you planned on that before me. *charming smile* You should be proud.

The female elf noticed how close she was to me and blushed a bit from embarrassment and stood back a bit.

Female elf: *frantic* I'm so sorry y/n-sama!!! I didn't mean to  go ahead of you!

Y/n: *calming elf* Hey, hey I'm not angry, and that's a strong plan, will initiate our plan. *appreciative smile* Great work.

Female elf: *blushing smile * Thank you, y/n-sama.

Y/n: 'I hope she grows out of saying sama in my name'.

Female elf: What will our organization be called y/n-sama?

That's a good question, I kept thinking until I noticed a field of purple flowers blooming around a broken building near us.

Y/n: Shadow Garden. Our organization will be called shadow garden. What do you think?

Female elf: *smiles* I enjoy the sound of it y/n-sama.

While enjoying the moment, I completely forgot the most important thing!

Y/n: *slaps forehead * I completely forgot. Do you have a name?

Female elf: You have given me a new life y/n-sama, if it's okay with you. *small smile* I would like you to give me a new name.

Y/n: Hmm? What about alpha?

Female elf: Alpha?

Y/n: *smiles* Yeah, since you're the first official member of shadow garden.

Alpha: Yes, my name is now alpha. And I will always be by your side y/n-sama.

With that, this would be the head start to the evolution of shadow garden.
