Y/n: I went with Talion, eventually our adventure took us to Minas Morgul. We walked on the bridge. I could feel the dark magic before we even entered the city. I heard someone landing behind us. I looked to see Eltariel. I looked away almost instantly. it has been some time since I confessed but got rejected. Talion told me my feelings should go away now that I know they were not met with the same result. But they haven't. It impacted my fighting, I was not enthusiastic about it like I used to be. I just wanted it to end. Talion and I followed Eltariel to the gate. There the ringwraith  Suluadan confronted us. We started to fight him. I was dealing with the mass of grunts killing them all.  Suluadan charged for me, I blocked his strikes and slashed him away.

Suluadan: Y/n, I can tell you are in pain. Joining us will alleviate that pain.

Y/n: You know nothing.

I continued fighting him until Talion finished him banishing him. He was granted vision on how that ringwraith fell. Just fighting like that, made me feel bad. I did not understand why I felt so bad, I used to love this. But then I realized, it reminded me on why I love Eltariel. Before we left Eltariel walked up to me.

Eltariel: Y/n hang on. 

It took every fiber of my being to not keep walking. I did not look at her.

Eltariel: How are you holding up?

 I did not answer.

Eltariel: Y/n, please talk to me. 

Once again I said nothing.   

Eltariel: Look, I know I hurt you and I'm sorry for that. But right now we need the Y/n that always goes into battle head first and comes out on top.

I continued my silence. For some reason I could not utter a single word. Perhaps the pain I was feeling was too great. Perhaps I finally met an opponent I could not defeat. I noticed Talion approached me. 

Talion: Come Y/n. We are going to Nurnen.

Eltariel looked at me with pleading eyes, she wanted to talk, but I did not. Talion and I left leaving Eltariel there. Soon, Helm Hammerhand attacked one of our fortresses. I went to handle the beasts he brought with him. Talion went to fight Helm. Eventually I had to fall back to help defend the fortress. I saw Talion trying to fight Helm. I joined in and Helm was no match for us both. But he managed to get a lucky strike knocking me back and knocking Talion down. As he was about to finish Talion. Eltariel came and made Helm retreat. Talion was fine, and so was I. We went to go hunt Helm. Other than the drakes that tried to kill us, the other problems were easy.  We managed to make it to a camp. 

Eltariel: Y/n, can I talk to you for a minute?

I said nothing. 

Talion: Eltariel, whatever it is, it can wait. Right now we have bigger problems.

Celebrimbor: Talion is right, save it for after Helm is gone. 

She listened and we moved on. We eventually found Helm with drakes and guhls. I dealt with them. And then I was getting frustrated with the fact that they just keep showing up. Eventually Talion defeated Helm and saw his fall. He argued with Celebrimbor then walked off. I went to walk off at well. But Eltariel grabbed my arm stopping me.

Eltariel: Y/n, I need to talk to you. 

But unlike the other times, I faced her. 

Eltariel: Ever since that day I thought about not having you traveling with me. And I realized, I hate it. Your company is the best thing to ever happen to me. For so long I was alone hunting Nazgul. But with you, I don't have to save you. Instead you save me. But do you still love me?

Y/n: Yes. 

Eltariel: Then perhaps, will you let me into your heart?

Y/n: Yes, I will.

I felt a weight being lifted off of my body, the pain I felt went away. 

Eltariel moved closer. Our lips met and my first kiss was taken by an elf. And I was glad it was her. I could not imagine it being anyone else but her. I may have my blood brother Grom. But my lover Eltariel means more to me.
