< Jordan's pov >

I woke up the next morning, laying on the couch beside Will.

"What happened last night.." I ask as I flip off the couch and land on the floor, waking Will up.

"What happened?" he snaps as he jerks up and looks around. "Why are you on the floor; did you fall?" he asks me. "No I'm just chilling on the ground" I say with sarcasm. He looks away.

"Sorry babe," I say as I sit beside him and hug him.

"I love you.." he whispers into my ear. "I love you too," I respond as I stand up. "Let's get some breakfast in starving" I complain as I stand up.

I walk into the kitchen. I put some water in the coffee pot then turn it on. I throw some toast in the toaster. Then lean against the counter and check my social media.

Then I saw something I thought use never see...

Maddie: Hey Jordan !!! How's a going ??

I smile as I as answer her

Jordan: Hey sis !!! I'm doing good , how's everything for it

Maddie: eh they said I'm getting better better, That's when they gave me my phone back.

Jordan: glade to hear !! If I'm free this weekend I will come and check up on you and we can hang out

Maddie: can't wait to see you!!

Jordan: ok love you sis <3

I smile as I slip my phone into my pocket. I look up and see Will leaning on the counter, staring outside the kitchen window.

I walk over to him and stand beside him. Then I put my hand on top of his.

"Agh!" he shrieks as he jumps back , frightened by something that happened.

"Will what is it?" I ask him as he looks into my eyes.

"I-I felt something" He stutters.

< Will's pov >

I jumped back in fear.

Jordan looks at me with his big, golden, confused eyes. He hold his hand out. His hands comes closer and places his hand on my shoulder.

It felt fine for a couple seconds until it's started to burn. I hesitate as I feel it burning through my shirt. When his eyes grows wide and he realizes what's happening. "Will!" he says in fear as he jumps back.

"W-Will, what happened.." He asks me in fear.

"It-It burned" I stutter as I feel my shoulder where he touched me. I felt my shirt, then I felt skin.

He burned me...

"Why, how..?" he asked me. His eyes looked filled with confusion, anger, and fear.

"Jordan, everything is going to be okay.." I coo.

But it didn't work. His eyes filled with tears and mixed emotions.

"Jordan please," I say.

"No, I-I don't want to hurt you!" he whimpers as he turns around and runs out of the room.

I take a step forward but then hear the front door open and close.

I sigh as I lean against the wall, and slowly fall to the ground. I hold my head in my hands. I sat there for a couple minutes until I came to my senses.

I got up off the ground, walked up to the front door, and walked outside.

I felt the sun beam on me. But i walked towards Jordan; he's curled up in a ball on the front bench.

"Leave me alone Will, I don't want to hurt you.." he says as he lays his head out from in between his knees.

"Jordan please listen to me!" I beg. He just looks away.

"Stop Will! Get any closer and you'll get hurt!" he looks at me, with giant eyes made of a fiery golden colour.

"Jordan, how you think this is hard for you, how hard do you think this is on me?" I start.

"What are you talking about..?" he asks me.

"Jordan.. I can't touch you. Do you know how upset I am? That I can't touch my own boyfriend?" he sighs. "Jordan look at me, I'm practically standing in the sun. I'm burning for you," I lightly laugh as I see I'm actually kinda cooking in the sun. I flinch, jumping into a darker part of the porch.

He looks up at me. "But... I can't hold you.." He sighs as tears roll down his face.

I look into his eyes. And I see something.

His eyes turn from a fiery golden to the normal brown.

He looks away.

I smile as I hug him. Feeling the one thing I wanted to feel. The warmth of my sunshine. "How.." he asks me.

"Just live for the moment..." I coo as I kiss his cheek. I lean my head on his shoulder as we watch the sun set...
