It was night time, Sidneet was sleeping peacefully in each other arms. Sam was sleeping beside his mother, someone start banging the door. They both get up, and Sid opens the door. He saw Aavy crying, holding his left cheek. Sid ask him.

Sid: what happen baby? Why are you crying?

Aavy: it's paining! My teeth.

Avneet lists this, and put cotton in her ears and sleep again. Sid saw this and told him self.

Sid: margaya.

Aavy: pick me up!

He picks him up and enters the room. He took him near, couch and open first aid box, and took out pain killer of tooth pain, it was written it's for adults, not for kids. Without seeing Sid was giving him. Avneet who was seeing this, from bed, runs to him.

Avu: what the hell? Yeh bacho ki dawa nahi hai. Yeh adults ki hai, kids ka box alag rakha hai mai ne. Jao kake lao wohi.

He goes and take out other medicine box, and sat on the couch. Avneet again goes and lay down in the bed, and she was pretending to sleep.

Sid give him medicine, but he refuses to eat.

Aavy: I am not eating this, this is bitter!

Sid: see Aavy! If you will not eat then, your pain will increase. So eat this.

Sid told him, to open his mouth and he puts the medicine in his mouth, before Sid gives him water, he vomit in the room. He start crying.

Avu who was seeing this, was getting tense seeing Aavy's health.

Then he, makes the powder of that medicine and add some sugar and give him. He drinks and he goes and lay down beside Avneet. Avneet hugs him and sleep. Sid was also hugging him and they all sleep peacefully.

Next morning:

Avneet was first one to get up, and saw Sid and Aavy sleeping peacefully, and Sam was also sleeping. She goes and did her morning routine, and she went in cookie room and start waking her up, but cookie doesn't woke up, and climbs in Avus lap and again sleep. Avneet start rocking her front and back, and say.

Avu: cookie! Wake up baby, you will get late for school.

Cookie: I know, Aavy is not going to school.

Avu: yes! Because he is having pain in his teeth, that's why.

Cookie: so, his teeth is having pain, not in his legs.

Avu: ok! So you don't wanna join school today? Then don't go, and today dad is going to take Aavy to dentist. Then he will give big injection to Aavy. Then I will also take you to him, then you will also get that injection. Do you want?

She runs up, and saw Sid already changed Sam, and was feeding him, with his bottle.

She was sad, because cookie ask her to give honey loops, but she forget.

Sid: what happen? Why are you sad?

Avu: cookie? She asked me to give, breakfast and that to honey loops. And I forget, how careless mother I am.

Sid goes and hugs her from behind.

Avu sat on the dining table and saw all family members seeing them.

Sonia: Avneet! Kaise baat karrahi ho?

Avu: kya karu! Subhe cookie ne breakfast nahi kiya, yeh dono late uth te hai. Aur isko daant mai boht dard horaha hai. Abhi khilao dadi nani mil kar candies, kiu nahi dad bhi mil jao.

Aman: mai ne kya kiya?

Avu: aap nahi, Siddharth ko bolrahi hu.

Sid: maaf karde meri maaa, ab breakfast karke chalo dentist ke pass.

In hospital

They enters the room, and doctor check him and told they have to anesthetise his half part, and then he will clean his cavity.

The doctor took out, injection and inject in his gums, he hissed in pain and catch's Avneets hand, Avneet turns her face and start crying. After that he also start crying.

Sid: tum kiu rorahi ho!

Avu: usko pain horaha hai!

Avneet wipes her tears and sat beside Aavy.

Avu: baby! Kuch nahi hua. See, doctor uncle has already inject. Now you will be pain free.

She kissed his forehead, and Sid creased his hairs, and catches one hand of Avneet.

The doctor cleans his cavity, and told him to don't eat candies, chocolates and all. Eat one in a month, but only one.

Avu: did you both listen!

Doctor: his half part is still anesthesia. And he is having little swelling on that area, just use ice pack.

Sid: ok, we will do. Thank you. Bye.

Doctor: bye, and bye Aarav, don't eat candies ok!

He just nodded. They three went back home, and she give all the responsibility of Aavy to Sid. They went home and saw cookie was laying on the hall couch. Avneet goes and sit beside her. She ignored and went in Sidneets room.

Avu: yeh itni jaldi kiu aayi?

Sonia: she was crying, for stomach pain.

Avu: what? Wait I will check her.

Vibha: don't worry. We gave her soup now she is fine.

Avu: but also, I will go.

Sid and Aavy went in Sidneets room. And saw cookie was hugging Sid and telling something to him.

Sid: no! Because of me and Aavy your mommy forget to give your breakfast.

She saw Avneet standing on door and listening their talks.

Cookie: mommy!

Avu: yes! Come here.

She wents and hugs her.

Avu: sorry, I forget about your breakfast. Now do you wanna eat?

Cookie: no! Nani and dadu feed me. And sorry for ignoring you.

She kissed her cheeks and hugs her more tightly. Aavy was sleeping, because he was sleepy from morning.

Cookie: we both are twinning!

Avu: yes, I wore because this dad and son was wearing same, so why not mom and daughter!

Cookie: what about Sam?

Avu: he is on both sides.

Cookie chuckled and goes and sat on Sid, who was laying on his stomach.

Avu: you were having head pain na Sid, take this medicine.

Cookie: and dad, I will massage you.

Sid: no need, I will take medicine and I will be fine.

Cookie: no no no ! I will.

Sid: ok, get up from me, I will eat and then you can massage me.

She moves down and sat on the bed, Sid gulped medicine and sit lining to headboard of bed. Cookie sat on his laps and with her tinny hands she start massaging him.

Cookie: how are you feeling?

With her cute voice.

Sid: very much better, because my princess was massaging me, dard ko bhaag na hi tha.

Avneet Chuckled and took Sam with her, and sat beside them. Sam was seeing them talking, was making noise.

Avu: he is interestingly, listening your both talks.

Cookie: Sammie! You wanna talk with us? Dad let's talk to him.

Sid: cookie you play with him, till then I will sleep for sometime.

Avu: yes! You play with him, I will also take a nap and then woke up. " In end, all things has to be done by mother" 🙂

Cookie: ok! You both sleep, I will play with him.

They both sleep, and Sam was in middle of them, cookie was sitting again on back of Sid. And playing with him.
