Shadewhisper sat up in horror. Kits? She thought. She mewed to Berrypaw "Wake up. I need to tell you something." Berrypaw woke up and mewed "What?" Shadewhisper sighed and said "I need to go on a journey. But tonight you will get your full name." Berrypaw jumped up and said "Ok let's go!" Shadewhisper nodded with a purr and the two cats left.

At the Moonrock, she said "Berrypaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from Clan rivalries, and to heal your Clan according to StarClan's ways?" Berrypaw nodded and Shadewhisper continued "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Berrypaw, from this moment you will be known as Berryfrost. StarClan honors your kindness and bravery, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of FlameClan." She touched her nose to Berryfrost's, and her apprentice licked her shoulder.

During her dream, she saw her sister Blossomflower. She called "Blossomflower! Come here I need to tell you something!" She turned and Shadewhisper continued "I'm expecting kits, will you come on a journey with me and raise them as yours and Cloudfang's?" Blossomflower looked at her and replied softly "Yes."
