Somewhere near Deities Pantheon territory.

3rd POV:

Outside of Deities Pantheon territory reach is a world of Union and like so many Union before them these 'heroes' are nothing but corrupt. However that all gonna change.

Floating above the capital of Japan are three individuals: two are females but the one in the middle is none other then Waldron himself.

Waldron: "So ladies shall we introduce ourselves" he said then all three aim their arms at the capital of Japan and fire a blast at the building.

Once the explosion ended Waldron move his head slightly to the right which allow a 'Dragon Shot' to pass by his head.

Waldron: "Heh guess we didn't need to wait for Union to show up" he said looking behind to see Union (Dxd, Mha, Rwby) all behind him and the two females.

Ozpin: "I don't know why you are doing this but you're path of evilly ends here" he said.

Waldron: "Really old wizard you and the adult think you and these brats can beat us" he said looking at his left to see pksp04 Pneuma own doppelganger.

An: Pneuma doppelganger is completely different: her hair and eyebrows are shadow color, her eyes are purple, and her entire armor is completely dark and bloody.

Waldron: "After all you lot can't see the flaw within your own justice system" he said looking at his right to see one of his many lovers.

Grail: "I agree with my love. You lot are no heroes just corrupt people with powers" she said as her eyes glow with the Omega Effect.

An: to anyone who figured out who her father is I solute you.

Issei: "Why do bad guys always have smokey ladies! I'm the Red Dragon emperor!" He said crying.

???: "Wow and I thought you were joking about Union being a bunch of worthless trash but I see what you mean" Pneuma doppelganger said.

Waldron: "Don't worry Anemia they won't exist much longer" he said with a sinister smile which cause many heroes to shiver.

Nezu: "Why is my instincts telling me to kill myself?" He thought with fear in his heart.

Rias: "I depends you tell us what you meant by that!" She said but quickly pale at the death glare all three villains are giving her.

Waldron: "Quite simple you all gonna face the biggest decision on your lives: Killing innocent civilians" he said holding out the vial containing his greatest creation of all time.

Suddenly music begin to play which confused Union until Waldron crush the vial which released a massive dark purple cloud throughout the world which didn't effect the heroes but done something to the civilians.

Soon Waldron start to sing the song gaining the heroes attention but as he sing the civilians throughout the world start to transform into feral beasts thus horrifying the heroes. But once the feral civilians fully transformed they charge at the heroes while the heroes try their best to stop the civilians. Yet all attempts fail and soon all heroes throughout the world die by the very people they swore to protect.

Waldron then continue to sing while watching the carnage with Anemia and Grail as both females watch the civilians eat the remain corpses of heroes.

Meanwhile at Deities Pantheon summit.

Watching all this is William Meaux who is shocked at this new creation of Waldron.

William: "... May the innocent find peace" he said closing his eyes and swiping his hand to the right thus stopping the screen from the live news on the massive carnage that Waldron has release on a Union World.
