Recap: Kanmani gives idea to use Mathi to push Singaram to confess killing Manickam.

Veera pretended to be be hurt and Kanmani even changed the gauze on his forehead spilling few drops of Betadine to make it look for real. Everyone noticed Mathi lost in thoughts after her failed attempt to convince Ranga to sign the land to Singaram. Kanmani had discussed the plan to everyone and they agreed to it.

That night Arul, Moorthy and Pratik returned to Ranga's home to stay for the night. Morning Kanmani and Veera got ready and Mathi watched them hesitating to question on where they were headed to but Kanmani made that easy for her.

Kanmani: Aunty, I m taking Veera to the hospital for check up. You lock the door and don't open for anyone. Singaram might come again but don't have any conversation with him. We will try to return as soon as possible. 

Veera: Don't leave home until we are back else I will have no option than sending you back to Chennai.

Mathi: You can trust me. I won't go anywhere. 

Veera nodded his head and they left the home and reached hospital to make sure Singaram's men give the clear route to him. 

When Singaram got the news of Veera and Kanmani out of home he drove to Veera's home. Mathi opened the door for him and he sat on the couch with a smirk on his face.

Singaram: Did you talk to him Mathi ? You of all should know me.

Mathi: Brother, I tried to talk to him but he is stubborn on his decision. Please give some time and I will return the money to you. 

Singaram: I thought by now you would have guessed that I gave money to your son because I want that land. I don't need money, I want the land. 

Mathi: But he is very stubborn like his father. I lost my husband and I cannot lose my son too. Please have some mercy and let go of my son. I never revealed to anyone that you killed my husband 8 years back because I wanted to save my son from you. 

Singaram: That was not my fault Mathi. Your husband couldn't stop poking his nose in my business. I warned him many times but he wanted to be a hero and save these people but poor man had to die in my hands.

Mathi: That is the reason I left the village and stopped Veera from involving anyone's business. Please leave my son. I beg you.

Singaram: Don't beg me Mathi. You better change his mind to sign the land to me or I have my own ways to get that done. Afterall Manickam was not the first man I killed for my benefits and ofcourse he is not the last man too but I wish Veera doesn't join the list.

Mathi: Please. please don't hurt my son. He is all I have. Let go of him and I will return the money you gave him. 

Singaram: Mathi, I m not cruel. I won't harm your son in anyway but just tell him to sign the lands to me. I won't disturb him.

They heard the sound of bike and Veera, Kanmani entered inside. Kanmani scowled looking at him whereas Singaram chuckled at her.

Singaram walked out and looked around and made sure the neighbours were looking at him.

Singaram: Veera, better return the money you borrowed from me. Also listen to your mother's words, afterall she would want only good things to happen for you. Be a good son to your mother only then you can be a good husband to your wife.

Singaram smirked and left from there. Veera and Kanmani entered the home and saw Mathi sobbing on the floor.

Mathi: Veera, please let us leave this village. He won't let you live and kill you like he did to your father.

Veera: Why did you not inform anyone that he killed my father ? You should have gone to the police and fought for my father. We would have not seen this day.

Mathi: He threatened to kill you Veera and he has all the power to save himself. We cannot win against him so please sign the land to him and lets leave this village. Don't you want to live with Kanmani or do you want to leave her like your father left me alone with you ? Please for once atleast think of her and agree to my words. Give away the land.

Veera: By doing this we are encouraging him to kill many people like he did to my father and I m not letting that happen.

Mathi: You won't speak all these words if you had watched Singaram injecting poison to your father and how your father suffered to breathe and lost his life. I saw everything with my eyes and I won't wish that to happen even to my enemies. You are my son and how do you expect me to sit back and watch Singaram killing you ?

Veera: This is why I denied you from coming here but you had to come here only to blackmail me. 

Kanmani: Veera, calm down. Pratik is calling. We need to talk to them first. 

Veera nodded his head and they left together to Ranga's home with all hope that they had all the evidence against Singaram. As soon as they entered the home Ranga engulfed Veera in a hug with tears.

Veera: Uncle what happened ? 

Ranga: We have his confession recorded Veera. We are all ready for next step.

Veera tightened his hold on his uncle and gulped to hold back his tears.

Veera: Let us call Singaram and meet him to execute our plan.

Pratik: Veera, by the time you are done with him I will complete my work and send a copy of the evidences to all the media and also we shall create anonymous accounts in social media and upload all the evidences.

Veera: That sounds good. As soon as I call you upload everything.

Moorthy: What about the recordings when we meet him at the farm house ?

Pratik: I will create the accounts before you reach his place and everything will go live so don't worry. 

Veera: Kanmani, go home and I will meet you after everything is done.

Kanmani: All the best and finally we are achieving everything still be careful.

Veera nodded his head and she left to look after Mathi. On reaching home she saw the door was locked and she called her neighbour.

Kanmani: Sister, did you know where my aunty left ? The door is locked.

Neighbour: Kanmani, she gave me the key and informed that she was going to the temple. I will get the key for you.

Kanmani got the key and opened the door and she didn't notice Baskar who was listening to everything.

She sat on the couch praying for their plans to succeed but rose to her feet instantly on seeing Baskar entering her home.

Kanmani: Stop right there. Get out of my home.

Baskar's mobile blared with call from his father and he answered it immediately.

Baskar: Appa, I m at Kanmani's home. 

Singaram: Baskar don't do anything stupid and spoil everything.

Baskar: I know what I m doing. 

Baskar cut the call and turned his attention to Kanmani.

Baskar: Kanmani, please don't mistake me. I just returned from Delhi and got to know everything. I came here to talk to Veera. I don't know what happened to my father to do all these. I m so sorry Kanmani. I will fix everything.

Kanmani: Stop with your acts. I know you are in his plan afterall a snake could birth only a snake. Get out this instant.

Baskar: I m here really to help you. Please listen to me.

Kanmani: If you want to help us then throw your father in the jail. Free everyone in the village from his greediness.

Baskar: I will do anything you say afterall you were the first girl who took my heart away in the first sight.

Kanmani: Stop with your disgusting talks and get out now before I scream.

Baskar: Kanmani, I really like you and I will do everything you say. Infact I helped Veera only for you. Please understand. 

He took a step towards her whilst Kanmani sneered taking a step back.

Kanmani: Don't you dare. Help ... help...

Baskar grit his teeth and shut her mouth instantly.

Baskar: I thought of playing nice to you but if you want to play hard then I m more than happy. Give me your body once and I will make sure my father won't disturb you and Veera anymore. Do you understand I m ready to pay 3 crores for this killer body of yours if you give into my desires on your own or either way I m taking what I want and loss will be yours. Be smart Kanmani and no one will know about our little rendezvous.

Back at the farm house:

Veera had informed Singaram that he wanted to meet him at the farm house immediately. He along with Moorthy arrived at the farm house to meet Singaram who was waiting already for him.

Singaram: Welcome Veera, seems like you had listened to your mother and made the decision.

Veera smirked and sat on the chair opposite to him with Moorthy next to him.

Veera: Should I sign the lands to your name or the MLA or the collector ? I think I should give my land to them equally afterall they were the one who gave the money to me. You were just a messenger.

Singaram: We are partners and sharing money and lands is usual for us. You sign the land on my name and you don't have to worry about them.

Veera: Did you steal the money from me ?

Singaram: Actually it was the plan. I had my men to steal the money from you as soon as you left from here but someone else did that. If the discussion is over I shall call my lawyer and prepare the documents immediately.

Veera: Ofcourse I will sign but before that I want to know who gave you the idea of injecting poison to my father ? Why did you kill him ?

Singaram was stunned and rose to feet gritting his teeth but Veera was cool looking at him waiting for the reply.

Singaram: You knew everything and played this ?

Veera shrugged and Moorthy stiffened the laughter covering up with coughs.

Singaram: Then you will have to die and join your father. Your poor friend will accompany you so don't worry of being dead alone.

Veera: Stop kidding Singaram. Do you think I came here without any plans ? I m Manickam's son and you really underestimated me. I know you keep all the documents of people who borrowed money from you in this farm house. I will give you 5 minutes to give them to me and I will let you go else the next 5 minutes all the evidences will be uploaded on every social media and copies will be sent to media and press. You, the collector and MLA will pay for everything you did.

Moorthy played the video of him confessing to Mathi and Singaram stumbled on his step plopping on the couch.

Veera: 4 minutes Singaram.

Singaram: Wait, how do I trust you that you will give all the evidences back to me and not interfere in my business anymore ?

Veera: I promise Singaram. I will never go back on my promise. 

Singaram: You must have forgotten that you have left your wife alone at home but don't worry my son is there to give company to her. I really wondered why he was stubborn on trapping you in this and I got to know the reason now. He must be busy at your home.

Veera stormed towards him and slapped him hard on his cheek. Singaram's men were ready to pounce on Veera but stopped when Singaram showed his palm to stop them.

Singaram: Give me all the evidences and I will call my son to stop him from doing anything to your wife or she won't be your wife anymore.

Veera smirked and looked at Singaram placing his one foot on the teapoy before him.

Veera: The documents will be here now in a minute. Watch now...

A trolley bag landed on the floor next to Moorthy and Veera twisted his moustache with a smile looking at the bag.

Veera: Call your son.. No, call for an ambulance to take your son to the hospital. If he is at my home then he messed with a wrong person. She is my Kanmani and she doesn't need a man to protect her. Hope she hasn't shredded his body. Now go watch the TV and I promise you will be happy to see the surprise I have for you.

Singaram switched on the TV and stood shocked to see the live of everything that was happening at the farm house.
