12. Ocean Blue

When Skyla got home she kicked off her shoes and raced to her room to read the blue notebook. She was smiling instantly. The compliments were lovely, but were they all lies? Skyla wondered who had given her this. Could it have been Ciel?

Ciel was sitting in his ocean blue room wondering if she was reading the notebook. He hoped so. Will she know it's from him?

After dinner they both did their homework in their respective homes each thinking about the other.

Skyla climbed into bed exhausted yet content as she laid under the covers admiring Ciel's amazing handwriting; not knowing it was his. She fell asleep clutching her notebook.

Ciel drifted off with thoughts of Skyla.
