Chapter 1

The building loomed above me, whispering things about the greatest heroes being born in their classroom. The colored heroes, who were brilliant and amazing, who never sought to fight for justice and wouldn't be too high on top of their ego to ignore redemption. My stomach twisted just thinking about it.

Aggravation bubbling up into my chest, I tore my eyes away from the building focusing on the soles of my shoes. Before attending said school which loomed as the top of the top, there was a coloring test which needed to be provided for every student.

Matter of fact it happened for every school around this time, since this is when the symptoms of colors began to show. Unsurprisingly, I got amber like the old hag who raised me. The different types of colors helped order quirks as well as ranks within the system.

Those who had uncommon colors or those known to be powerful were put into the classes they most desired, whereas more common colors or weaker ones to put it bluntly were left in with general courses or other studies. Only the most elite colored were allowed to be sectioned into the hero courses.

A groan escaping my lips, still finding the system as stupid as it ever was, I found my feet carrying me away from campus and towards my old elementary school. It was smaller, more quaint. Less money to spend on it so it seemed worn down but in a cozy way.

Like a family house in the spring waiting to be cleaned and organized. Sucking in a breath, I tore my eyes away and continued walking, a feeling growing in my pit the more I stared at that building. A pit made of guilt, and dread, never wanting to head back there even if my life depended on it.

My teeth instinctively clenched together, grinding down hoping that it would file down the hatred dripping in my canines. Eyes catching onto a piece of paper hung loosely on an electricity pole, I felt my brows furrow.

Rolling my eyes, my feet tapped against the sidewalk as I walked up to the poster, heart stopping in its tracks to read it out loud. I thought all of these were taken down since the government didn't want anyone to think the situation was out of control.

Heart thumping against my rib cage, I ripped the paper off of the pole and brought it closer to my face. My eyes widening reading the words that were hurriedly typed onto the paper.

'MISSING

Izuku Midoriya

Last seen; Musutafu Japan, November 20XX

Responds to; Deku, Izuku, Midoriya

If seen contact authorities or his family immediately.'

Hands twitching as I held the paper, I felt a wave of grief wash over me as I crumpled the paper bringing it closer to my chest. Opening my mouth to scream I felt my voice fade away as I clung onto the paper as if my life depended on it.

The photo of Deku smiling up at me, I muttered a curse as I folded the paper keeping it in my pocket.

Damned nerd...

You better be okay.'

Hey guys!

It's Paris here! And I've been warped into the BNHA fandom, pretty badly. I'm going to be going over the description of this AU and the world inside it. I made this one up myself so if it seems similar to another it could just be because they thought of a similar aspect. This AU belongs to me, it's called the "Colored AU" and I'll be posting fan art of it up on Tumblr and Deviant Art but I wanted to get the update out first.

If you guys enjoy, make sure to let me know! I'll be updating weekly, so be sure to stay tuned! I'll see you guys very soon!

Love you!
Paris <3
