It was a lazy day for me but I am gonna enjoy the rain soon.

The next day Rits woke up and got ready for college. She packed her pieces of stuff as she was going to stay at Aaditya's house. She informed Mr and Mrs Johnson about her stay.

She went to church before college to pray for Aaditya's health. As she came out and was waiting for a taxi someone came in front of her.

"Hey gorgeous, want to take a ride with me?"

SATVIK'S POV

I woke up at around 8 am with a dangerous hangover. Yeah! I know drinking is injurious to health but I can't help it. After talking with mom it was just damn difficult to sleep so I only had a shot but then drank the whole bottle.

I'm feeling like my head is gonna blast any time soon. Strong coffee is what I need the most now.

I went to the kitchen asked for coffee from Mrs Darcy as she already came and was preparing breakfast. I took a warm shower and got ready for college.

Mrs Darcy came with breakfast and coffee. I handed over the spare key to her and left after having breakfast. I just need to calm myself and church is the best place for me now.

I wore my helmet and went to church. There I see a very known face who was shining like a bright daisy in the soft sunlight. As the sun-kissed her face, she looked like a fairy who came from heaven.

I shook my head to avoid these thoughts and went near her.

"Hey gorgeous, want to take a ride with me?" as she heard my voice she flinched a bit but as I removed my helmet she was relaxed visibly.

"You scared me, you know." she smiled from ear to ear making me smile. I was at peace at that time. Her mere smile was an antidote for my problems.

"So... What are you doing at the gate of the church?" As I asked this question to her she kept looking at me with 'what-kind-of-question-is this?' look.

I mentally face palmed myself for asking such a stupid question. She came for praying and now must be waiting for a cab.

"I came here for praying and now waiting for the cab," she murmured as I gave her an awkward smile.

"Ohh yeah! Come let's go to college or we will be late." I said as she doesn't speak after that.

"Aren't you going in and praying?" she asked. Yes, I'm duffer I came for praying and going from outside only. Ugh...God, what happens to me when I'm with her!

"Oh yeah! I will be back in a minute, wait for me." I quickly parked my bike and came back within five minutes.

"Let's go," I said as she was waiting for me. I thought to ask her for dinner at my aunt's place hoping she won't disagree.

"Rits, hold me or you may feel down and I don't even feel as you are damn skinny." I teased her as I increased speed. Does she even have her meals properly?

"Just shut up! Don't be jealous of me okay, I'm healthier than you." she didn't get offended but tried to counter answer me. Like its improvement in our friendship.

"Woah healthier huh, you can be blown away by the wind." I teased her more.

"Satvik stops teasing or leave me here itself I will go by myself." I think she felt bad.

"Fine I won't say that, but hold me," I said and drove with maximum limiting speed and finally, she hold my shoulder for support.

I had a tinkling feeling when she touched me. It was a new sensation that I never felt. I'm fucking playboy whereas she is an innocent soul. I've to ignore she isn't my type. She deserves someone better.

"Rits, can I ask you something?" I initiated to ignore the thought which was at the back of my mind.

"Yeah sure."

"My aunt invited me for dinner tonight, you can join us if you want as you can enjoy Indian food," I asked her nervously hoping she will agree.

"Satvik thanks for inviting but..." she was saying something as we reached college and I was parking my bike.

"Hey Savi where were you man I was calling you last night, you didn't even receive my call?" Sahil whined and hugged me later also greeted Ritika.

"Why any problems at a club?" I asked as I was the owner of the club where he works and mostly he calls me at night for such issues only.

"There is some problem at the club the manager asked me as your phone wasn't reachable?" Sahil told me.

"You own club?" Ritika gasped well she will get more shocks.

"Yeah, family business, mostly hotels and few clubs are in London whereas it was earlier in India but I shifted the main office here," I answered and she was kind of impressed which I figured out by her look.

"Okay Sahil, I will see you later let's go to classes or we will be late." I decided to talk about hotels later as my uncle would be there to handle those things.

"So what about dinner?" I reminded Ritika as we head towards our class and Sahil left towards his.

"I already promised Aadi about my weekend plan to stay at his house as aunty called me, I'm sorry." She answered which disappointed me. I hoped she would join me but never mind.

"Ohh okay, no issues." I masked my disappointment as we entered the class.

Why was I disappointed? We just met a few days back and I never felt like this before. God! I should stay away from her.

Aaditya and Zoya were seating together, as usual, so Rits and I took seats in front of them.

RITIKA'S POV

Satvik asked me to join him for dinner and I had already promised Aadi which I can't break. Satvik was visibly upset which made me feel bad.

"Satvik, I'm sorry maybe we can go clubbing someday at your club," I suggested as his face was dull ever since I rejected his invite.

He smiled a bit but that was a forced one. I felt bad for him. I don't know why but I'm used to his happy or angry face which is much better as compared to this dull face.

Even when I stay with him I always feel happy vibes. Why am I thinking about him? Ritika focuses on studies, not on him.

"You could have called me yesterday itself." I tried to cheer him but I only know that I would have rejected him no matter what.

"We haven't exchanged our numbers, Miss. Khurana!" he exclaimed and looked at him sheepishly. I quickly forwarded my phone and asked his number which he gave but was still thinking about something.

"Rits, you are coming right?" Aaditya asked me again.

"Where are you coming?" It was Zoya who got startled as Aadi asked me. Maybe she wasn't aware of my weekend plan with Aadi.

Aadi told her about the same. Her expressions were a mix of anger, jealousy and possessiveness. She quickly looped her hand with Aadi which he shrugged.

I always knew Zoya liked Aadi and we three were best friends as our parents were friends. But when we passed our junior college, Zoya's behaviour towards me changed completely.

We planned to complete our higher education in London but because of her behaviour change, I kind of felt uncomfortable around her. So I wasn't willing to come to London.

"Hey what happened?" Satvik nudged me as the professor came into class. I was zoned out for a minute.

Satvik noticed that Ritika was a completely different person around Zoya. She gets cheerless when Zoya is around whereas cheerful other times.

He was thinking about her a lot also Ritika was noticing things about him.

Aadi has completely different feelings for Zoya and Ritika. For him, Zoya was his bestfriend whereas Ritika was the love of his life. For Zoya, she believes that Aadi loves her but Ritika is coming in between as he is more protective of her. For Ritika, she knew Zoya's love for Aadi and she always tried to keep them close.

The day further went usual. It was time to go back home. Satvik, Ritika, Aaditya and Zoya went towards parking.

Aaditya opened the back door of the car for Ritika but Zoya went and sat there. As Aaditya's leg was still paining he came with the driver.

"It's my place, Aadi!" Zoya groaned in displeasure. Ritika nodded in yes and went through another door and Aadi sat with the driver.

"Aadi I will also stay at your house," Zoya commented rather than ordered as if it was her house. Aaditya agreed and they proceed towards home.

Now let's see what will happen when Ritika and Zoya are on the same roof for two days!!!

I was roasted by my online seminars for legit 6 hours from the past three days.

Now my online classes too will start.
