Chapter 1 - A

-above: Asmodeus face claim drawn by me-

Chapters will have a letter next to the end that indicates who's point of view the chapter is written from. They will more than likely be either 'A' for Asmodeus, or 'F' for Faervel.

I listened to the rain hit the ground outside the window, watching the ceiling. This is the first time it's rained for years. 'Wonder what they did,' I thought. It only ever rains here when an angel Falls. Mainly because they tear a hole in our atmosphere on the way down every time they do. It's not really supposed to rain in Hell, but when they Fall through, they disrupt the normal weather and it rains. Sometimes it's more of an acid rain, but usually it's just normal rain.

I put on some clothes and walked out to my kitchen to grab a quick breakfast before heading up to Earth. I should probably clarify this first: I'm a lust demon. Pretty much, I go to Earth to fuck around with humans. Usually there's no reason to it, but sometimes I need to locate a certain person to get some sort of information, so I do it by means of seduction, or I take them drinking and get them drunk so they talk.

I went to the small closet-like room of my house and shut the door behind me. The room was kept completely bare aside from a small lamp table by the door. I then used the small knife I keep on said table to cut my palm, drawing a pentagram on the wall with my blood. As soon as the pentagram was complete, it lit aflame with flickering blue and white flames. I stepped through the portal of Hellfire, coming out in a forest on Earth.

That is the only way to enter and exit Hell from or to Earth. The Hellfire healed my palm when I went through, so when I emerged in the forest my hand was good as new. I walked a little ways and was soon in a small town, and a bit further than that and I was in a small city. I then headed to the bar to proceed with my duties.

"So, what can you tell me about the area?" I lay on my side, facing the girl laying next to me. She had beautiful blue eyes and light brown hair down to her shoulder blades, her hair messy now. Her skin was a light tan, and she had a faint bikini tan line. I slowly stroked up and down her stomach with two fingers, making her shiver. Her face was still flushed pink.

"There isn't much to tell. There's a strip club in the east side," she said, then blushed more when I kissed her ear. "I-it's not the best one nearby, the area is shady, but their dancers are very attractive."

I hummed at her. "I'll have to check it out," I said. "What else could you tell me? I know where I can find you again," I hummed at her. I had met her at a bar nearby; she was the hostess. And I must say, she wasn't bad in bed either.

———

I sat in my living room, eating a steak. My friend Lucielle sat on the couch across from me, smoking a joint.

"Anyway, as I was saying, there was this guy, right?" She said, exhaling smoke through her nose while she spoke. "And he was hot, like Incubis hot!"

I chuckled at her. "Lucky you," I said. "And what have I said about smoking in my house without windows open?"

Lucielle rolled her eyes and got up, opening my living room window before she took another puff of the joint. "Fine, fine," she said. Lucielle was a demon like me, an information-gatherer. There are several different ways to tell the differences between types of demons; the easiest is the horns. Lucielle and I's type has horns that come out of our forehead, at our hairlines above the eyebrows, and they curve slightly upwards. Most of the other demons of our type are black as well, but there are a few that are mixed with an Incubis or some type of generally pale demon that are more light-toned. Another example, Incubi and Succubi have large ram horns that come out of the sides of their heads and goat like ears that go between the curl of their horns. The older the demon, the longer the horns. Lucielle's horns were a bit longer than mine.

Lucielle was near my height, slim and athletically muscled. Her eyes were larger and more almond shaped than mine, though her hair and skin tone were the same shade of dark as mine. Her hair was in long neat dreadlocks, now in a ponytail. She sat back on the couch, puffing from her joint again. "So, did you get anything interesting out of that hostess girl?"

"Eh, not much," I said, finishing my steak. "Lots of moans. She did tell me about a sketchy strip club on the east side of the city, was thinking about going to check it out."

Lucielle nodded. "I'll go with you," she said. "I've been told about that place too. Someone I know went there once, but he said that aside from the place being sketchy as fuck, he found evidence that the manager has a "collection" of his favorite strippers that he keeps in the back. Apparently there are a couple that he never lets be sold out for dances, and they literally live there. I guess the place has had a ton of domestic abuse reports, but they never found any evidence to convict the owner."

"Damn," I frowned a little. "I wonder what those people are being treated like. Based on that, it doesn't sound like they're treated well."

Lucielle nodded. "Yeah," she said. "Anyway, wanna come with me to Vav-Aleph to visit Barzy?"

I chuckle. "Barzy? That's what you're calling him now?" I shook my head and smirked while she nodded. "Sure, I'll come with." Vav-Aleph is the district of Hell where all the Incubi and Succubi live. It's pretty much one huge brothel district, because they are all sex demons. Or, like one huge frat party. A very, very kinky frat party. 'Barzy' as Lucielle is calling him now, is one of the Incubi. She goes to see him almost every day, so it surprises me that they aren't dating. Or that she isn't pregnant by now.

Lucielle led me down the stone road to Vav-Aleph, then ran ahead once we got to the gates. "Barzyyyyy!" She sang through the gate, pushing it open. I chuckled as I followed her. The district was like any other, neat rows of houses and apartment-like buildings facing each other, and stores and shops in the middle. The difference is that there was the general scent of sex around the place.

Lucielle went to one of the houses and knocked on the door. A young-looking demon opened it for her; he had the curled ram horns that all Incubi and Succubi have, his curling only once around his ears and the tips ending at his jaw. He didn't have the black marks down his cheekbones that higher level demons have though. The older the pale-types of demon gets, they develop black scale marks that run down from the back corners of their eyes and down their cheekbones, curling towards their mouths. The higher ranking a demon is, the more elaborate the branches off of those marks are. This Incubis had no marks yet, only the thick black line under his eyes as the beginning of the mark. His hair was short and curly, black. His skin was very pale, though he was clearly not unhealthy, and he was well muscled. He was pretty tall as well, about as tall as me.

He yawned, rubbing one of his horns. He had clearly been sleeping before Lucielle yelled his name through the gate. "Hey Luci," he said, smiling at her.

Lucielle smiled back at him. "Hi."

"Hey Barzethomirr," I greeted him, and he smiled back at me. "Where's your brother?"

"Barzothomirr has been up on Earth for a while," Barzethomirr said. "He probably found some human he likes. He does almost every time." There is one thing I find a little annoying about Incubi and Succubi; siblings usually have very similar names, even though Barzothomirr is several thousand years older than Barzethomirr. I've never met Barzothomirr, but I know he's the overseer of punishments, so he's pretty much Lucifer's right hand man. "So why are you guys here?"

"Oh, just wanted to see you," Lucielle hummed, walking into the house when he stepped aside to let us in. He shared the house with his older brother, as I've mentioned, but it was still just a fairly small house. Two bedrooms and a bathroom; Barzothomirr got the master bedroom with the bathroom attached because technically the house is in his name. The house was minimally decorated too, but not too bare.

"She wants to get boned," I said. Barzethomirr chuckled.

" 'M too tired right now, maybe later," he said, and Lucille pouted.

"Fuck."

I laughed at her. "Loser," I snickered, and she elbowed me. Barzethomirr sat down on the couch in the small living area, Lucielle sitting next to him and cuddling up to his side. I sat down on the chair next to the couch, resting my head on my hand and looking at them.

"So," Barzethomirr said, looking at me and stroking Lucielle's shoulder with his other hand. "Ozzie, have you found someone you like yet? It's been a while since your last relationship."

I shrugged. "No, I haven't really found someone."

'I'm glad too,' I thought to myself. Every time I've been in a relationship... let's say it never ended well for me. I'm immortal unless I'm stabbed or something by a holy object, so when I get feelings for a human, I always outlive them. And I only seem to catch feelings for mortal beings. I gotta say though, I would definitely date a werewolf again. Now that was a fun several years.

"You gotta find yourself someone immortal," Barzethomirr said, and I groaned.

"I know! I wish I could find an Elf or a pixie or something."

Barzethomirr nodded. "Pixies are cute."

"Yeah, but maybe too cute," I chuckled. "I might feel bad if I broke them."

Barzethomirr chuckled with me. "You should work on aftercare. You are kinda cold when it comes to being rough, it would be nice to comfort them after you rip their insides apart."

I laughed, and Lucielle laughed too. "That's funny!" I said.

"Seriously though," Lucielle said. I nodded.

"I know, I know. But first I need to find someone that won't die on me."

My updates on this will be very inconsistent, I apologize for that. Anyway, feel free to comment anything, criticism is very welcome.
