You're probably thinking "Well damn camerybear, you took your time with a sequel" and you are so right! But hey, it's here, and it's amazing!
Also, if you haven't read 'Shit! I'm Sorry!' I do recommend you give it a go, just so you understand the relationships and characters. Some of the plot does relate to the first book. But other than that, I hope you enjoy it! Yay for Alexis and Ryan moments xxx

"I completely understand Ms Harrington" Ryan nodded his head in understanding.

"I want her home in one piece" my mother pointed a stern finger at Ryan accompanied with a risen eyebrow.

Ryan's face merges into a cheeky grin with his hands up in defence and says, "When have I ever not had her come back in one piece, eh?"

My mum relaxed and took a breath, "Alright, alright I know. It's just you've never been away from home on your own Alexis" she turns to me, her voice threaded with worry.

"It's okay Mum, I'm with Ryan, Kayla and Josh. One big happy group. We'll be fine. Isn't that right, Ryan?" I turn towards him with a death glare. "Ryan?"

He coughed and replied, "Yes, of course. As always".

"I just can't believe you're dropping this bombshell on me now...why didn't you tell me sooner?"

So, the thing is, Mum didn't know about our not so little holiday until the day before. And neither did I. Ryan came over to my house that morning, and as we were watching a movie and eating breakfast, we were just talking about the many things happening at the moment.

"Kayla and Josh leave for their gap year tomorrow" Ryan states.

I nodded with a mouthful of bacon in my mouth and replied, "Yeah I know, such a big step, I'm going to miss them".

Ryan looked at me for a moment as if he was trying to read my expression. I wasn't trying to give a hint, I just wanted to swallow the food in my mouth.

"You know what? We should go with them" Ryan suggested.

At that point I think I choked on my bacon, and looked at Ryan as if he had grown two heads. "You're joking, right?"

"Why would I joke about something like that?" my eyes were wide and I really couldn't process what he was telling me. "Pack your bags, we're getting out of here...tomorrow".

So that's how I ended up with a packed luggage, an excited boyfriend and one confused mother.

There were so many things that could and were going to go wrong. Like money, accomodation and flights. But Ryan said we'd just work it out on the way and that's the beauty of travel.

I honestly wish it were that easy.

When I called Kayla to tell her that Ryan and I were joining them, she was over the moon. "I swear, if this is a prank Alexis, there will be consequences".

"No, I'm serious. Ryan out of nowhere thought we should just travel the world tomorrow, even though we are highly unprepared. I honestly don't know what's going to happen".

Kayla scoffed on the other end of the phone, "Pft, you think Josh and I are prepared for this? We are nowhere near prepared. But hey, life's an adventure so why not?".

Why was everyone being so 'I love life' and not seeing the big picture? We could get in some dangerous situations and may not be able to get out of them because this was SO last minute.

"Alexis, you worry too much. Loosen up. Have fun, remember?"

"Having fun is different to getting killed"

"You are so melodramatic, hush up, go rest and I'll see you at the airport tomorrow morning", after that she hung up the phone and left me feeling very confused about everything.

I was about to travel the world, on one day notice, barely any money, no preparation and group of friends who have not one worry on their mind.

This is going to be great, just great.
