| Chapter 23: You're Mine.|
Sam sighed as he dropped into the chair next to me and past me a beer as Castiel pulled a chair from the bathroom to take a place next to Sam as Rapheal and Azreal began speaking.
"Alex, the Reaper, did heal Bill..." Azreal started, looking over a Rapheal. "...but there was no promise of lfie after the ritual."
"Wait, what do you mean?" I asked, blinking back tears as Azreal rose off the double bed and moved to stand next to the table. "Are you saying -?"
"- Bill Rhett has less than 6 hours." Azreal stated, almost cold.
Sam silently exhaled, glancing at Castiel, then myself and placing his hand on my back, gently tracing my spine.
My eyes fell on the unopened beer in front of me as I took a deep breath and sighed ever so slowly, and the only thought that came to mind, came out, "How am I going to tell Sierra?"
"Hints why we wanted both of you." smirked Azreal, beginning to look around the hotel and examine the knick-knacks. "I'm sorry for not having better news."
"What news of you brought?" asked Sam, swallowing hard and looking from Azreal to Rapheal with a firm expression, inserting the quesiton that I had on my mind.
Rapheal reached over and patted my hand in a friendly manner before retracting his hand and clearing his throat and adjusting his jacket.
"I came to wake you up, first of all." He stated, pointing at me as Sam's eyes flickered between Rapheal and myself. "She was freezing out in her own backseat."
"You were out there?" Sam confronted, looking over at me, making me shrug without even making eye contact with him.
"Second of all, I came to talk to youa bout this deal you have with Lilith." Rapheal sighed into the table as Azreal stopped fidgeting with knick-knacks and reappeared next to the table, and his expression was more serious - if that was even possible. "I can't tell you exactly what we've seen, but -"
"- one of you isn't going to surivive." Azreal boldy stated, his eyes flickering between myself, Sam and Castiel, only to do a double take at Castiel fidgetting with a bottle cap.
"What?" Sam gasped, as he and I mirrored each other and leaned forward with our elbows on the table now.
"Lilith has something up her sleeve, and it includes your blood line, Danielle." Rapheal sighed, taking my hand again. "I am not allowed to tell you the details, but I was granted the opportunity to give you a forewarning."
I nodded, and took solid inhale, only to exhale sharply.
"This is a lot." Casitel spoke softly, leaning over to Sam. "I'm going to go find Dean."
Sam just nodded and watched Castiel leave, only to hesitate as he opened the door, and give a nodd to Azreal before the two slipped out of the hotel room.
"You do realize why I'm coming to you now?" asked Rapheal, trying to make eye contact with me, but I was too busy studying the beer bottle. "I'm your guardian angel, Dani."
"You're what?" I looked up immediately. "Why would someone as important, and famous, as you be my guardian angel?"
"Family looks after family." Rapheal spoke gently, as my eyes went wide and Sam gasped from my left.
"F-Family?" I stuttered, blinking at this stranger I had only known for an hour, who was now claiming to be related to me. "Does that mean you're my -?"
"- Father?" Rapheal asked, as I allowed my jaw to just hang in shock. "Yes, but I gave the order of protection over you to someone that wasn't Glinda."
I wrinkled my eyebrows.
"I have it to Singer, Bobby Singer." Rapheal elaborated, crossing his arms. "Only, Glinda didn't want anything to do with Bobby, after his involvement with the Winchesters."
"Wh-What?" Sam chimed in, leaning forward now, invested.
"Nothing insane," Rapheal dismissed before adding, "just some love triangle stuff - and then Bill adopted Dani here before I could intervene." Sam nodded slightly as Rapheal rose out of the chair and Sam and I mirrored him. "Big day for you Pumpkin, lost your parents but gained a Sky Daddy!"
"Sky Daddy?" I blinked, hearing Sam chuckle behind me.
"I'll check in soon, please...if you need me - twist this." He explained, pulling a necklace out of his trenchcoat and placing it in my hand. "I'll see you soon." He kissed my forehead as he exited, only to move out of the way for Castiel, Dean and Sierra.
"Who the hell -?" started Dean, glaring after the two figures, and then eyeing Castiel. "- What did I miss?"
"Alot." I snarled, taking Sierra by the hand and leading her to the second double bed and gently gesturing for her sit down, which she followed. "Sierra, you need to call Mom."
"What? Why? Whats wrong?" Sierra's face dropped and almost erupted in a full panic. "Is it Dad?"
I opened my mouth to respond, but she was already half way across the room with her cell phone out and pulling the door shut behind her.
"So," Dean looked around confused, and asked, "Cas, how's it been?" I watched the door shut behind Dean, frowning after my sister, but caught his eye as he scanned the unmade double bed and then they flickered between myself and Sam.
I rolled my eyes as I rose and took back my chair, finally opening that beer.
"It's been cold." Casitel nodded, dropping into the chair Rapheal occupied.
"Cold?" Dean asked, still looking confused between myself and Sam.
"Yeah, in the sky - it's cold." Castiel stated, with a straight face as he turned from Dean to face me. "Miss Rhett, Singer -" He paused, thinking, but then pushed forward, earning a giggle from me at his innoncent stance. "- how are you?"
"Overwhelmed, if I could say so." I nodded, dropping my gaze and taking a few good swigs from the beer, glancing at Sam then at Dean. "Very..."
"What happened here?" Dean finally questioned, realizing he was also the only one still standing between the table, where the three of us sat, and the unmade bed. "What's this, is there something I should know?" He growled, glaring at his brother.
"What?" giggled Sam, standing up and moving over to the bed, then turning to Dean. "What are you talking about?"
"Did..." Dean stopped short, pointing in my direction while not breaking eye contact with Sam. "...because I swear -"
"- No Dean." I chimed, rolling my eyes as I did a double take at Castiel, who was now staring at me, almost studying me. "Does he doe this often?"
"With new people." Castiel answered quickly before contining.
"Then...?" Dean looked confused over at the bed.
"I got lucky." Sam stated, taking a swig of his beer and glancing at me. "It wasn't with her, even after what almost happened in the bar."
Dean's face dropped.
My eyes went wide as I pinched the brim of my nose.
Sam's face seemed to flatten, almost eliminating all the features of any emotion as he and Dean made eye contact.
"What almost happened in the bar?" Dean asked, glancing between the two of us.
I did another double take at Castiel, who was now watching me rise from the table and move across the room to join Dean and Sam, unphased.
"We were giggling in the booth and almost kissed." I blurted out, inserting myself in between the two, ensuring the violence would be at least at a lower level.
"You What?" Dean almost shouted, glaring over my head and moving forward, but I placed both of my hands on his chest and gently pushed him away from Sam.
"Dean, baby..." I whispered, almost pushing him into the hotel wall. "...it didn't happen. We were both giggly, drunk and ..." I paused, realizing I didn't have a reason why it almost happened, so I projected my perspective instead. "...at least on my end, I'm not sure what happened, I pulled away before anything could happen -"
"- so you almost kissed her?" Dean asked, his glare flickering between the two of us again. "Have you lost your fucking mind?"
"Yes, apparently." Sam gritted his teeth, glaring at me.
"All I asked," I shouted, removing myself from the direct line of fire as I turned to confront Sam. "was what type of shampoo you fucking use."
"So you made the move?" asked Dean, stepping forward, clenching his jaw.
"Yeah, but only after you were pulled away by that hot wolf." Sam stated, earning a glare from me.
"You acted like you saw it for the first time when I pointed it out..." I trailed off as I lowered my head and frowned. "...what were you doing?"
"Not trying to kiss your sister." Dean hissed, earning a hurt expression from me.
"I didn't try anything." I shouted, throwing my hands up and moving back to the table, where Castiel was now watching Dean and Sam bicker.
"He believes you." Castiel spoke, turning back to me. "He's just hurt by Sam crossing a line."
I tilted my head at him, as he mirrored me (literally).
"Thank you." I nodded, as Castiel just shot me a grin. "I know you know me...but who are you?"
"Castiel, I'm - uh - with him." he smiled, pointing at Dean. I giggled at his short, dry of context response.
"I like you Castiel -" I chuckled.
"- call me Cas!" He smiled.
I nodded with a bigger grin. "- Cas."
"Cas," came Dean's voice as he interrupted our conversation. "can you go with Sam?"
"Where are we going?" He asked, jumping up at Dean's request.
"He's going to the bar for a drink, we can't afford to lose track of him." Dean stated, clenching his jaw and making eye contact with me before Castiel, who nodded at me politely, and Sam exited the room. "Now, you..."
"...Dean," I started, standing up and advancing on him. "You have to -"
Dean interrupted me by slamming his lips against mine. HIs fingers ran through my hair as he pushed me against the hotel door, locking it. He then wrapped his arms around my waist and hoisted up off the ground and forced my legs around his waist.
He then carried me over to the bed, without breaking lip contact, and dropped me down onto the bed, with nothing but hunger glistening in his eyes as he pulled his shirt over his head and climbed on top of me.
"I know you didn't instigate it." He whispered, unbutton my pants. "But I need to remind you,"
"Remind me of what?" I almost moaned as his hand slid between my skin and my panites.
"that you're mine." He growled, making eye contact with me before everything got blurry.
