Chapter 3: Come and See
Sunday traffic is more than just noisy.
The streets are as loud as the fart of a snail. Oh, you don't know what 'the fart of a snail' is? Oh. Just know it's a great system filled with big snails...Outside the cars are almost ravaging into me. Sidewalks had become dangerous ever since some Martin Stuart lost a leg to a speeding car that drove right into his lane.
On a Sunday, mom is usually off to Church, and so is my little sister Gabby. Good for me, I have five hours of television, porn hub and everything anyone can ever want. That ends at around midday when the pair gets back.
And then it's a boast of random shouts of terror, "Why didn't you clean the elevator?" As though we even have one.But mom is the last person you'll ever want to correct. If you point out that there's no such thing as elevator, she bursts out with a 'Who said elevator? Son, your ears are growing deaf? I said the window sill."
And then if you're stubborn enough to object, she'll start denouncing the 'devil in my child.'But close to all that has nothing to do with Sundays.
Especially a Sunday when I have to meet my date. This particular Sunday was too beautiful to be spent on just all the past misdeeds the world had done to me. The world made of an angry mom who never forgave me for anything I did. And the world made of the same mom who blamed me for her divorce with the man I called 'father.'
Even if that was part of my worrying list, I had zero assets when it came to carrying it out. What I needed was focus. And focus was all I needed.
The thought of meeting someone new, something fresh, was enough to give me an adrenaline boast, as I roamed around the house looking for my shoes. The girl I was about to meet was too hot to be true. At least that's what the pictures said.
Usually meeting a very high profile girl online could be one of the hardest things to ever get. Profile aside, I needed someone to escape into. Someone to clean off all my worries, and perhaps clean off my mistakes.
Someone to tell me it was alright. But was that true or a dream, I didn't know!
