You rushed after him, closing the door and immediately taking Severus into your arms, stroking his dark hair and rubbing his back. "It'll be ok I promise you. Everything will be ok I'm here you don't have to be strong."

Neville was shocked but mostly ok. He talked with Luna for a while before heading back to class to work. He knew that if he saved the world he would no longer be picked on.

Remus led the shaking Professor back to his classroom to comfort her.

Severus said nothing but just held the boy close to his chest, resting his chin on top of your head. His eyes shut tightly, his heart thumping erratically against his rib cage.

Luna sat down nervously next to him, Lupin holding her tightly until students began to file in. She kissed his cheek softly, before departing to prepare for her class. She had afternoon Care for Magical creatures club to lead.

You placed a hand over Severus's heart lovingly and felt his rapid pulse. You traced circles and shapes on his chest gently. You were terrified too but you knew this was the only way to save the world. And to keep Severus safe. You definitely didn't want to be a death eater but it was a sacrifice you would make. "Are you ok my love?" you whispered to the dark man before you.

Snape gave a deep shaky breath,"I'm alright (Y/N), just..not looking forward to the months,years even, to come.."He kissed your head softly.

Luna walked out and towards her area, watching the Dementors float about in search for Sirius. She sighed, feeding Buckbeak.

You smiled sweetly and stood on your toes to kiss his cheek. "As much as we will go through, I'm glad I get to be in your company. We have to find the little good things in the middle or we might just go mad." You chuckled quietly

Severus chuckled softly and ran his fingers through his hair stressfully."You have classes to get to.."

You raised a brow and looked at him. "Professor its Saturday and we promised a trip to Hogsmeade. Maybe a nice butter beer will cheer you up hm?"

Snape sighed and rubbed his forehead,"That's right...Butter-beer sounds brilliant.."

You smiled and grabbed his scarf and coat, wrapping them around Severus and smiling. "There. Its chilly out. " With a wave of your wand and some muttered words, you transformed your face into a middle aged man with blonde hair

Severus chuckled softly and pulled his scarf tighter around himself, the two walking out towards Hogsmeade

You held Snapes hand happily, beaming from ear to ear. A good distraction is what they needed. You walked down the secret corridors and through the entrance to Hogsmeade, the best way to be seen very little. You looked up at Severus and became pleased in finding a blushing complexion

Severus walked with you towards the three broomsticks, yearning to taste the sweetness of Butter-beer on his lips. The cold air attacked his cheeks and nose, the red nose masking Severus' flushed face. Yet he never pulled his hand away, holding tightly onto your small hand.

Luna faltered as it began to grow dark, glancing up at the night sky. "Groups are canceled tonight, sorry!"She managed to spit out, apologizing over and over to her students.

You smiled up at him before looking back at the path, feeling his warm fingers intertwined with your own. You rubbed his hand with your thumb sweetly and bee lined for the three broomsticks

The students filed out, slightly sad but not too upset. Remus was already sneaking out to the shrieking shack, at the tree now waiting for Luna. "Come on come on."She rushed towards him hurrying through the tunnel. Yet,their plan was thrown off.

Severus walked inside with you, holding your hand and ordering two Butter-beers for you both, looking out the window to see dark approaching. "It's going to be a beautiful night I can already tell."

Lupin ushered her in, gasping as he was greeted by a big dog, mangy and black. He recognized his old friend immediately. "Sirius!" Remus pet the big guy happily, realizing why he must be here.

You found a table and looked around. So far so good. No one had recognized you or given him dirty looks. You never thought things would happily end up like this. Severus glanced at you, giving you a soft yet genuine smile."Enjoying yourself love?.."He asked softly, holding the goblet of sweet warm liquid to his lips.

Luna noticed and mumbled a soft hello, glancing around nervously and peaking through the blinds of the window.

You nodded happily and sipped your Butter-beer,the golden liquid soothing your throat and warming your whole body. "Yes very much so. This Butter-beer is amazing." A froth mustache formed on your pierced upper lip.

Sirius transformed back to human and hugged Remus with a big old goofy grin. "My old friend!"

Severus smirked and leaned forward, licking the upper lip froth off before kissing you.

Luna checked her pocket watch, "Three hours until Full Moon is high..."

You instantly went red, your freckles on your nose standing out obviously now. You kissed the potions master back happily, your hand going to his hair. Better the people of Hogsmeade know Severus was gay then gay and with a barely legal adult.

Lupin locked the door and shut the blinds. "I suppose I know why you're here sirius."

"Have you seen him? What does he look like? Whats he like now?"

Luna glanced over at Sirius,"Hes an extremely handsome young man, loving accepting..In slytherin,looks just like you except he has his mothers eyes.."

Severus pulled back, blushing softly. "You had froth on your lip. Someone had to get it. It just unclean." He joked with a mocking sneering tone before smiling widely.

Lupin looked around and look at luna as if asking, should I tell him? Hes going to find out. "He's also gay. And shes right he does have her eyes. Hes graduating early. Passing everything with flying colors except...potions."

Sirius snickered and smirked. "Oh yes how is old Snivelus?"

Luna chuckled,"He's doing quite well from what I've seen. Severus is thirty-seven now,I believe.."She chuckled,"Older than I am. Than again,I always was three grades below you two.."

You pulled back and smiled, you looked up at the man shyly and smirked. "A whole year or longer with you wouldn't be so bad. Just another big adventure."

Remus shook his head. "34. He got bumped up I found out last year. He was smart enough he was three grades ahead. Hes your age just told everyone he was our age so he didn't get beat up. We did it anyway though."

Sirius nodded. "Makes sense. He never hit puberty till seventh year. Does my son...does he have a boyfriend? Anyone I should beat up?"

Luna smirked,"I don't think it would be wise to attack a professor, Sirius.."

Severus smirked softly and held his hand,"Indeed.."

Sirius went wide eyed and growled. "...what?" he had no idea how old (Y/N) was but was pretty sure he wasn't an adult. Remus sighed. "Hes an adult now Sirius. Hes 17 and is able to make his own choices. Hes with Severus and has been in love with him for a while. Go ahead and hate Severus but if you want any chance of being in his life, learn to accept it."

You smiled rubbed his ring with his thumb, looking at the silver snake on it. "Where to next? And does this technically count as a date?"

He chuckled and smirked. "I suppose it does."Severus stood up and lead you out,"How about a walk?"He offered you his arm, the two walking down and through Hogsmeade.
