You were sitting on the bed, with your legs against your chest, your mind was trying to think of the ways for you to get out of that place. Your heart was aching when you thought of the fact that you came to that place willingly, because of him, and now you could not escape.

It was just a dinner date at his house, and he would send you home like always, that was what you thought. But that night your life was forced to take a twisted turn when the man that owned your heart stopped you from leaving, and he wanted you all for him, and for you to be his alone. You were not allowed to leave him.

"Let me go!"

You screamed, finally had enough of two days being locked up in the room, tears streamed down upon your face. You were scared and you were angry at him for doing this to you. You trusted him and he just had to keep you in his home like a little bird in a cage.

Your breath hitched when the door was opened, and hope was blooming in your heart that Severus wanted to let you go.

"Please don't scream, love. I don't want anyone thinking I've done something terrible to you."

He walked over to you, his deep and silky voice that used to comfort you had turned to be a nightmare. You shook your head, missing the man that you fell in love with. You never thought that he would turn out to be this kind of man, who abducted his love for his own good.

"You are doing something terrible to me, Severus."

You choked on your tears, standing up to gather your courage. You knew he would never hurt you. You were aware that he was always protecting you. But since he kept you here, you did not know what to think of him. You could not help but feel afraid of him, and it was only logical for you to be scared.

"I'm only trying to protect you, my love."

You breathed sharply, devastated to hear the sweet nickname that he had for you, which used to melt your heart but now it felt so wrong.

"You can protect me even if you don't keep me here with you."

You whispered softly, hoping that Severus could see how much he meant to you, and you hated this feeling. You wanted to hate him but you could not. A part of you would always belong to him, even after what he did to you to keep you away from the world.

"You're safer with me, Y/N."

His voice was stern and cold, that it sent shivers ran down your spine. You backed away from him when he came closer, his dark eyes were staring at you and you refused to look at him. You were scared of him, and the thought of him having control over your life was suffocating you, cursing yourself for knowing him at the first place.

"I've lost people that I love before. I'm not losing you, my love."

His eyes softened as he looked at you, making your stomach churned at the feelings that was battling in your mind. His words were stabbing your heart, and you wanted to hold him in your arms but you knew he was manipulating you. He was trying to use you and influence you, and you still loved him. 

But you needed to leave. You could not stay there anymore.

As if he was reading your mind, something that you discovered he could do, his face dropped. He grabbed your wrists harshly, and your eyes grew wide as you could see anger in his gaze.

"You're not allowed to leave me, so don't even think about it."

He scoffed, letting go of your wrists to cup your face in his hands. You gasped when he kissed you, the familiar feeling of having his lips against yours was comforting, but at the same time you knew he was not the same Severus that you were smitten with. Tears rolled down upon your cheeks as he kissed you, and it did not go unnoticed by him.

"Why are you so afraid of me? I won't hurt you. Ever."

He was hurt when he saw fear in your eyes. You could not help but cried, the feelings overwhelmed you as he pulled you into his arms. His loving arms, that was so protective of you but now it turned into a dangerous territory for you. But still, when he held you close, you sobbed into his chest and clung on him. Severus had a small smile on his face, knowing that you were slowly accepting it.

You never stopped thinking of your life outside his home. You had friends and family, but you could not find a way to escape him. He was not just a man, he was a great wizard that you regretted getting involve with, and now you just had to bear the consequences from his obsession with you.

You could not remember how long you were trapped there. Perhaps it had been a week, or two, but you had lost count since you were giving up to escape. You were allowed to come out of your room, and you always went to his office, finding interest in his collection of books. It was the least you could do to find some comfort in his home.

Severus was not worried anymore when he found your room empty because he knew you would be in his office. That day, he bought some new books for you, knowing what you really loved to read instead of reading his books that you were not really keen on.

It was the first time Severus saw a genuine smile on your face since the night he captured you, and his heart fluttered at the sight of you. You were sitting in his chair, wearing one of his shirts (because he did not want you to wear your own clothes), and you were smiling. You were his, and you were happy to be there.

"Thank you, Severus."

Your mind was screaming at you for being imprudent enough to thank him but your heart was telling you otherwise. Severus nodded, a smirk was dancing on his lips as you looked at him with your luminous eyes, and he could see your fear was disappearing.

"Keep smiling like that, love. It makes my heart happy."

You wanted to scowl at him to tick him off but surprisingly, your smile widen, warming his heart. Severus pulled you to sit on his lap, and you stiffened, but he did not seem to mind that. His mind was filled with the thoughts of giving you the world, as long as he was able to see you smile.

"I can't wait to spoil you and give you everything you've ever dreamed of."

Severus knew a few healing spells, and of course he could heal himself after getting some wounds that were not serious at all. But he also knew that you would help him in your Muggle ways, and he was not going to let it pass.

So he watched as your eyes widen upon seeing his blood pouring out of his wounds, your worry was putting his heart at ease, noticing that you cared about him no matter what he did to you. He let you help him, and you were so focus in helping him that it gave him a chance to admire your beautiful features.

When you were done tending to his wounds, you looked at him, sighing as you thought of why did he get hurt. At the same time, you hated yourself for helping your kidnapper, and still loving him when you were supposed to despise him.

"Please stop looking at me with such disappointment in your eyes. I can't take it."

His words shook you from your thoughts, and you tore your gaze away from him.

"Don't get yourself hurt again."

You said, walking back to your room, leaving him alone with his thoughts. Severus clenched his jaw, he needed to do something to make you see that you were meant to be with him. He loved you and he would do anything for you to see that.

He could just give you love potion, but he wanted you to say you love him, and that you need him, willingly from your heart.

Severus knew he had to do something that could change your mind, and soon you would accept your fate that you were bound to be with him forever.

You were in your room that day when he left, saying that he had some matters to settle. You just nodded, never caring for what he did because you were still trapped in his home, no matter wherever he went.

But your heart yearned for him, when your body started to tremble in pain. The pain was so sudden, and you felt like your life was leaving your body as you were hurting so much after he stepped out of the house. You stayed in your bed, unable to get up as you cried in pain. The pain that was tormenting you was beyond words, and you just wanted him to end it. You knew Severus could help you.

Perhaps he was gone for a few hours, but you felt as if he was gone for years when the agonising pain was running through your body. Severus rushed to your side as soon as he heard your cry of agony, and you threw yourself into his arms, the pain was slowly disappearing as he held you, kissing you softly.

You wanted to question him, for your pain was growing stronger when he was gone and it was going away once you were back in his arms. But you were too weak, the pain was too much for you to bear and you were grateful that Severus was there to stop your pain. Hence you did not question anything, you just looked him in the eyes while he assure you that you were alright.

"Everything hurts when you're not here. It hurts so much. Make it stop, Severus."

You were begging him, and your gut-wrenching sobs wrecked through his heart but he realised he was the reason behind your pain. He could only give you a smile, kissing your head lovingly as you let yourself melted in his arms.

Your body stopped hurting as Severus held you closer, and you cried, realising that you needed him. You could not leave, and you did not want him to leave you either. You would die from the pain if he was away from you. You had no choice but to stay with him, and you were giving up your freedom.

You fell in love with Severus before, perhaps you could learn to love him again, just this time you knew he was different. Perhaps you could try to love this side of him, you had no choice.

"Please don't leave me, Severus."

A smile was emblazoned on his face once the words rolled out of your tongue, glad to know that he finally had you in his grasp. You were not trying to escape him anymore, and you were losing yourself against his love. Severus nodded, claiming your lips with his, promising himself that he would never leave you, and your place was by his side.

"Anything for you, my love. Everything for you."
