I am tempted to remove the point of views as it looks out of place, but it may jumble the story up. I could add more. What do you all think?

 "What about you, you fucking want to fuck Cassandra Caleb, what about that, huh! You and Cassandra get to cuddle watching a movie and yet I don't get to be with my girlfriend" Aidan said. Aidan walked up to Caleb; Caleb pushed Aidan to the wall. "Aidan you know what could happen, I know you Aidan" Caleb said. Aidan froze for a while. "Crap! Caleb get Nicole and Cassandra to go and then call the doctor" Aidan said. Aidan's body collapsed onto the floor and Caleb carried him back to the bed. Caleb went out the room and then went into the lounge room. Caleb walked up to Cassandra and Nicole. "Sorry about this, but I think it's probably time that you both leave. Sorry but it's just best you do" Caleb said. "That's okay, we don't mind" Cassandra said. "Oh and also can you tell Aidan that I might ring him tonight" Nicole said. "Sure I can do that" Caleb said. Leading them to the door. Caleb opened the door and Cassandra and Nicole walked outside the house.

Nicole and Cassandra waved goodbye and started to head home to the house. Caleb shut the door, walked to the phone and dialled the hospital's number in and headed into Aidan's room. Aidan was still laying on the bed where Caleb put him. "How much fucking longer am I going to have to lay here in this bed" Aidan said. "There is a queue line, so it may take a while" Caleb said. "The queue line is over thank god; hopefully we can get you in there soon" Caleb said. "Hopeful and Peaceful Joy Hospital service speaking, how may I help you" The lady on the phone said. "Oh it's me again, Caleb, about my friend Aidan, he needs to come in again, and right now!! Can you get an ambulance to come and get him please" Caleb said. "We will be there in few minutes, just make sure that you pack a few things for him and also some medication if he has any thank you" The lady said. Slowly hanging the phone up as Caleb finished writing the list down of what he needed to pack for Aidan. Caleb put the phone up and went into Aidan's room and then grabbed a bag packing clothes. Aidan slowly sat up with his face looking pale and white. "Aidan go into the lounge room and wait for me there" Caleb said. Caleb packed the clothes and everything that Aidan needed and went into the lounge room to join Aidan. Suddenly there was a knock at the door and Caleb answered. It was about five doctors and three nurses at the door. They walked in and went over to Aidan and then slowly took him over to the ambulance.

Caleb hopped into the back joining Aidan. The ambulance went off to the hospital. "Cassandra I' am worried about Aidan" Nicole said. Caleb came in the room and then got real angry about it, but I am going to call later" Nicole said. "Maybe we should go home Nicole" Cassandra said. "Yeah, we should, shouldn't we" Nicole said. Nicole and Cassandra headed back home. When they got back Nicole got the key and unlocked the front door. Then both of them went inside and put their bathers and towels in the wash. Then they both went through the cupboard and fridge to look for something they could have for their tea. "Wait we could do that pizza toast recipe" "Yeah we could do that" Going to the fridge picking out the cheese, pizza sauce, some salami and ham. Nicole grabbed the bread, herbs and also the tools that they needed. Nicole put the toast in the toaster and waited for bread slices to toast. While it was toasting Nicole grated some cheese and Cassandra got the salami and ham pieces ready. When the toast was done they each put some pizza sauce on their toast, then added the cheese, salami and ham on their pizza toast. After they added a pinch of herbs to their pizza's and then put them in the microwave. When they were done Nicole and Cassandra got a knife and cut their pizza into pizza slices and went into their bedroom, turned the TV on and ate their pizza slices.

"We have to get him into a room quickly, his heart beat is going too fast" A nurse said. Caleb followed by them and Caleb could see that Aidan's body was going pale and lifeless like it did a couple years ago. "How is Aidan? Will he be okay, I' am worried about my friend Aidan" Caleb said.

"Well it looks like his heart has gotten to a weaker state and that his illness has gotten stronger so it is as unlikely that he may indeed survive this whole year, we are saying maybe until august or even maybe earlier, but we are still very unsure about that" The doctor said. Caleb was in shock looking at Aidan. "What is it Caleb, what's wrong?" Aidan said. "Sir we ask its best that you remain quiet for now" Nurse said. The nurse's added a few cords to Aidan's chest and his arm. "Nicole what am I going to tell her" Aidan said. "Is she your girlfriend?" The doctor said. "Yes she is, but she doesn't know that I' am here" Aidan said. The nurse left the room and then a doctor came in the room. "If I may ask, Caleb it is best if you leave the room for a second" The doctor said. Caleb left the room and went into the waiting room "Now Aidan I have same bad news to tell you" The doctor said. "What is it" Aidan said. "Your heart has gotten allot weaker than it was four years ago and also that your illness has almost got that strong that if it gets too bad it would reach your heart" The doctor said. "One more thing you may not be able to have kids later in the future" The doctor said. "WHAT! YOU GOT TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME" Aidan said. "Remain calm Aidan, there isn't much we can do about this, but we could narrow the chances" The doctor said. "How?" Aidan said. "You will have to give up on a few things, but if you can't manage to do those it may be end for you" The doctor said. "FINE!!! But I' am not breaking up or giving up on my girlfriend" Aidan said.

"You may as well have to, especially since she does not know" The doctor said. "NO! I' am still not going to" Aidan said. "Fine, don't but when you're on your own deathbed you won't have her" The doctor said. Aidan turned his head away from the doctor. "Aidan you need to know, that just because now you're talking and seem fine, it does not mean you are" The doctor said. The doctor walked up to Aidan and then got out a needle and put it into Aidan's skin. "FUCK, that FUCKING HURT" Aidan said.
