See you soon!

The very moment England left the house I could feel all the pressure and tension leave as well. It was suddenly light in the house, peaceful. Like when the moon comes out from behind the shadows and lights up a field in her soft silver light. Things were finally calm in the house.

The day after Thanksgiving we spent in the living room being as lazy as possible. I order Chinese take outs. We watched almost every Disney movie I had. We even brought the rabbit out to play. Though, he did prefer to stay in Nats lap most of the time. We laughed, joked, and played. Kat even finished her vase. It ended up being very beautiful. In short we had a great time.

But all good things must come to an end. The day flew by all too quickly for my liking. As much as I would have liked for them to stay longer it was time for them to go back home.

I stood in front of the front door on the early hours of the morning. In front of me stood my big brother. He had his bag with him, ready to start his long drive back to his country. Sadness clung to my heart as we said our goodbyes.

"I'm going to miss you bro." I said to the Canadian.

"Same. Feel free to call when ever. And I will be talking with China about the thing." He told me as he pulled me into a hug.

"Thanks bro. And thanks again for coming. I know it wasn't the week I promised, but it was still pretty fun." I shrugged with a small smiled.

"Yes, it was." He laughed as he hugged me tighter. "I gotta go now Alfie. I'll see you later." He said breaking from the hug.

"Yea, I'll see you around Mattie. Love you."

"Love you too." He waved bye before leaving the house.

I watched him leave with a heavy heart. I love my brother dearly and I always hated seeing him leave. I watched his car for a long as I possibly could. Whith a small sigh I turned away from the window. I headed up the stairs to me room where Ivan was packing his bags. They will be leaving in an hour when I go to drop them off at thw airport. I sighed dramaticly and flopped on my bed, next to his open suit case.

"Hello Alfred. Are you hear to help me pack?" He asked with a chuckle.

"No." I huffed and glared at the suit case as of it were the root of all my problems. "How mad do you thing our bosses would be if I just kidnapped you?"

"Very mad. Don't try it, it won't be worth it." He smiled at me.

"But I don't want you to leave." I pouted. "I mean, on one hand I'm looking forward to having the house to myself again. I miss walking around in just my boxers." I said earni g a look from the larger male. "On the other hand I'm going to miss waking up with you. I'm going to miss cuddling with you too." I whined.

"It wont be so bad." He said pressing a kiss to my forehead. "I'll see you at the next meeting, da? The meeting will be held in my country. Then you will spend Christmas with me."

"I know, but that is a whole month away!" I whined louder.

"You will be okay Fredka." He said pulling me up into a kiss.

I pouted when he broke away a few moments latter. "I still won't like it."

"Neither will I, but we'll live." He close his suit case. "Are you ready to leave?"

"...Yes." I crossed my arms.

"Okay. I will go get my sisters. I'll meet you down stairs in a few minutes." He kissed my cheek and left.

I sighed and walked down stairs. At the bottom of the steps stood Lampushka. He wasn't in his carrier because Ivan decided that he needed to be here for Hero like a good father. So he is staying untill the kittens are old enough to be given away to other nations. I knew it was breaking his heart to leave his cat behind, but he knew it would break Lampushkas and Hero's hearts to separate the two of them.

I reached down and scratched the top of the long haired cat's head. He purred and rubbed my hand affectionately. A sad smile crossed my face. Poor guy didn't realise that Ivan was leaving. He won't know why he was left behind this time. As much as he's going to love staying with Hero he's going to be heart broken anyways. I sighed and stood up again. He stayed on the steps of the stairs, looking at me.

The Snow Trio came down the stairs a few minutes latter. The ladies and I whent outside while Ivan stayed in to say good bye to Lampushka. I gave him a sympathetic look before closing the door.

"Do you think big brother will be alright?" Natalia asked me as I helped load their bags in the car. She kept the cat carrier she's using to transport the rabbit in her arms.

"He will be fine. I can help him set up Skype so he can still see his Lampushka. And it will only be for a month. Then the cats and I will see him in Russia for the meeting and for Christmas." I said reassuring them as much as myself. "Just check on him for me, will ya. I know I'd be a mess if I had to be without Hero for a month."

"Do not worry. I will make sure big brother will be okay." Natalia said with a creepy arura. Well, at least it's no longer psycho.

"And so will I." Kat told me with a sweet smile.

"Good." I said nodding my head.

Ivan came out of the house just now with a sad look on his face. I felt my heart twist in sadness. We have both spent years with our cats when we had no one else. To leave Lampushka behind was like leaving behind a piece of his heart. But to see him miserable with out Hero, and vise versa, was a lot worse.

"Hey big guy. Are you ready to go?" I asked him with a small smile.

"Da. I said good bye and made him promise to be good." He smiled back with just a hint of sadness.

"Good." I giggled. "I'll be sure to send you a picture of him every day so you don't have to worry about him" I kissed his cheek.

"We need to go. We are runny ten minutes late." He said looking at his phone while getting in the car.

"Crap." I muttered as I got in the driver's seat. "Nat, is the bunny secured?" I asked looking into the back seat.

"Yes. Snowball is safe." She told confirmed.

"Good. I'm going to have to go a little fast. Can't have you three missing your flight, now can it?" I said with a false cheer.

I kept the smile on my face the whole way to the airport. I would start small talk, made a few jokes, and I turned on the radio to an up beat station. Anything to keep the depressing atmosphere at bay. It worked to some degree, but returned full force the second I pulled into the airport parking lot.

I got out of the car and walked to the trunk.

"Alfred? Are you coming in with us?" Katyusha asked.

"Well, yea. It would be kinda rude of me not to see my guest off." I laughed as I pulled out their bags. "And I have to say goodbye." She smiled as I handed her her bags.

"Since when were you a proper gentleman?" Nat asked with a teasing smile.

"Since always. I was just never given the chance to show anyone." I shrugged. I checked my phone for the time. "Well, lets get you three in there. Your guy's flight leaves soon."

"Will you be alright here without us?" Natalia asked concerned.

"Da, will you? What you have been through this week and what happened with England, are you sure you'll be alright?" Ivan asked me.

We stopped walking just inside the door, but still out of everyones way.

"I will be fine. I have the cats, I have the kittens, and you guys and Matt are on speed dial. If I need help or just someone to talk to I know I have you four." I told them confidently. "I will be okay."

"I know you will. You're the strongest of us all." He said kissing my forehead.

*Flight for New York City, New York is leaving in ten minutes. Please make your was to flight gate 7. Thank you.*

They are taking this flight to New York where they'll then take a flight to Moscow. From there each will go their own way back to their countries. It was a long journey, which is why we're up so early.

"We'll miss you Alfred. I hope we see each other soon." Kat said tearfully as she pulled me into a hug. I hugged her back tightly.

"I'll see you at the meeting! It's not that to far away, so don't worry." I chuckled. She let me go and nodded her head while rubbing tears from her eyes.

"Sniezny kom and I will miss you Alfred." Natalia said while looking away.

"I'll miss the two of you too." I pulled her into a hug. She froze for a moment, then wrapped her arms around my waist in a tight hug of her own. "Don't be a stranger. Call me any time you want. Whether you need advise about Snowball or if you just wanna chat. Okay?" I asked pulling back so I can look her in the eyes. She nodded and gave me a small smile. I then turned to Ivan. "Remember, don't say goodbye." I pulled him into a hug.

"Don't worry, I won't. So how about a kiss instead?" He asked with a chuckle.

He gently pulled my face out of the corner of his neck and captured my lips in a passionate kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck and held him close for as long as a I could. Eventually we had to part so he wouldn't miss his flight.

"I'll see you later, commie bastered." I mumbled teasenly.

"Capitalistic pig." He said before giving me one last kiss. He pulled back, grabbed his things, and merged himself into the crowd along with his sisters.

I watched them for as long as I could. When they rounded the corner I turned around and left. I got in my car and drove away. The trip back to my house was silent. A loud sound I hadn't heard in a week. I pulled into my driveway, got out of the car, and entered the house.

I whent strait up the stairs to my room where the only other living beings in the house were. I layed down in front of Hero's box and stared up at the ceiling. I felt a set of paws on my belly before a weight sat on my stomach. I looked down too see Lampushka laying on me, purring away.

"Hey buddy. How are you doing?" I asked him. He answered with a louder purr. "Yea, I wish I could say the same right now. I know it hasn't even been a full hour, but I miss them like they've been gone for months. I haven't felt like that since Mattie yelled at me all those years ago. I guess that happens when you have a family you love." I chuckled.

To be perfectly honest this week was a living Hell. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing and fun, but still Hell. Yet I wouldn't trade this week for any other in any univers. Not even a single minute. The reason why is beacuse I learned so many things over the course of this week.

I learned that things don't always go as planed no matter how well you plan them, and that sometimes having no plan is more fun. I learned that one bad thing won't ruin every part of the day. I learned how to not be scared of England anymore and that his opinion of me doesn't matter. I learned what it means to really be a family, and I learned who really is part of my family.

My family.

One little sentence two months ago I never thought I would say again. A warm feeling spread across my chest. I have a family now. People who I love and love me back. People who will always be there for me in my time of need. I will always have someone by my side.

I was always told you don't choose your own family. Well that was a strait up lie. You do choose your family. Whether you choose the family you were born into or choose to make a new one of your own. It is your choice.

And I choose to have Mattie, Katyusha, Natalia, and Ivan as my family.

And that is the end of book two everyone. I hope you all enjoyed reading Seven Days of Thanksgiving as much as I have enjoyed writing. I will continue the next book soon, but their is something I need to do first.

I promised FrozenFnafIcy a one shot, so I will get that out first for her. Or him. I don't know their gender.

Anyways. Once more credit where credit is due.
The one reference I made was when Mattie threatened Ivan. It is: Alpha and Omega; seen where Kates mom threatens the other pack.
Also, any pictures I've been using do not belong to me. Or any videos. Now and untill I say otherwise. They all belong to their respective owners.

I also want to thank fujoshiwriter3 for giving me the encouragement I really needed. I almost wanted to balk and take back what I said about their being a book three. But they gave me the confidence to continue this story.

Thank you all for reading, and I will have the next book out as soon as possible.
