Finding

*Y/N's POV*

It's been nearly five hours since I left Wellington, Utah, my second stop on this trip to finding the answer to my lost memories. I close my eyes for a brief moment, trying to ignore the throb that always followed any thought or mention of said memories.

I couldn't figure out this amnesia, but whatever was causing it really didn't want me to remember.

And heck, it was doing a great job.

However, Nebula does even better at remembering every location I have been at.

Now, I am standing at a two way stop in the middle of the desert of Jasper, Nevada. This was the location my phone showed after the attack, the first place it registered. I gaze down at the device in my hands. Not only was this impossible, but why was it so long after? How could I have teleported from one side of the states to the other, and it show me appearing in the middle of no where? I glare at it before gazing up and leaning against my car. Before me stood a very large mountain. It was a few hundred feet from the road.

However...

Something was wrong.

I gaze down towards my phone again and press a few buttons. Just to make sure, I ask my trusty A.I. "Hey Nebula?"

"Yes, Miss L/N?"

"At this point of time, what was my current speed?" I tap the small dot on the map that indicated the first moment recorded after the attack. After a few seconds of silence, Nebula speaks my fears.

"It appears you were travelling at nearly sixty miles an hour."

I huff in confusion. How could I be moving merely five miles an hour at one point in Texas, then a sudden increase in speed in Nevada?

I turn my eyes up to the mountain once more and glare at it. There was no way I had just magically appeared and....

Wait...

As the sun drops lower, I see some small differences in the rock face. Subtle, almost unnoticeable to the naked eye. Luckily, I packed my 'glasses'. "Nebula, magnify section 2C on the left side." Closing my right eye, I gasp as the picture comes into focus, revealing small fractures. "Connect the dots, Nebula."

"Yes, ma'am."

Slowly, the lines begin to connect to each other, and form one massive doorway. Blinking twice, the image returns to normal and I hold my head painfully.

Fowler-

Hospital-

Explosions-

Bulkhead-

Optimus-

I growl as the pain subsides and turn back towards the door. Whatever was hiding behind there definitely holds the answer to all my questions... and lack of remembrance. However, the images in my mind reveal something quite.... odd. I knock twice on the driver's side door and the window rolls down. "Ear piece." Is all I say.

The car obliges by opening the mini compartment near the steering wheel, revealing a small ear piece with a screen attached.

(sue me it's a scouter i dunt car)

I remove my glasses, setting then inside and then slip it over my head and ear carefully before standing up straight. Opening the car door, I roll up the window before shifting it into gear. "Once inside, I will exit on the passenger side. You keep rolling in at a steady pace until I say so, or you nearly run into something. Stay quiet and only speak to me through the ear piece. Understood?" The car roars, and I smirk. "Good girl. Let's go."

Slowly, I press the gas and the vehicle rolls forward. It then dips down off the road and towards the rock formation. I press on the gas more. I feel fear grip me as we get closer, but I ignore it. It's a door... It will open...

Right?

As if hearing my fears, the rock suddenly begins to slide towards the left, revealing a massive passage. Upon entering, I press a steering symbol on the dash and release the wheel. Climbing over the seats, I open the passenger side door and throw myself out. Rolling upon impact, I carefully find my footing and stand. I do not hesitate to follow behind my car as she rolls into a large hangar. There, I hang back behind a large piece of wall. I lean out and gaze around it, and my body freezes at the sight.

A towering mechanical being stands near what seem to be alien computers. He spoke, quickly making me aware it was a guy. "Proximity alert. But it isn't Agent Fowler." He then pulls up footage from outside. I hold in my gasp as three other robots join him. One red and blue, one red with horns, and the other was green. He seemed the most familiar, but I didn't think on it too long. Don't need a flashback now.

The footage shows everything I had done, up until we entered base. The white and red being I first spotted glare at the screen. "It seems whoever that is outside..." He turns and his.... Optics?.... Widen at the sight of the car that was slowly driving in behind him. "Is very intelligent." I quietly tell Nebula to stop, and she halts her movements. The other aliens turn to examine the car, but the tallest speaks first. "Please exit your vehicle and reveal yourself, human."

I gasp and quickly turn, slamming my back against the wall and out of sight of the others. A memory surfaces at his voice, and the pain rocked my brain.

Optimus-

Bulkhead-

School-

Explosion-

Fowler-

I softly growl as the pain ebbs and I slouch against the wall. During the flash, I must have slid down into a sitting position, so I carefully scoot forward to gaze around my hideout. The red mech with horns was now on the left of the car, trying to gaze into the tinted windows. The large, bulky green mech was still in front of it. "I dunno, Cliff. She looked familiar to me! Think she's that one from a few months ago?"

Bulkhead-

I shake my head and refocus on the scene before me. The red one replies. "Maybe. It's not like anyone else 'sides Agent Fowler knows we exist." I glare at the bot, then turn to where the two authoritative figures stood. They were playing footage from inside this hall.

I curse softly that I hadn't thought about that sooner. I gaze around and spot a camera slowly beginning to face my direction. I had to think quickly before it spots me. Tapping my ear piece, I whisper to my car. "Nebula, code 37. Activate and maintain out of reach protocol."

"Yes, ma'am."

The car suddenly roars to life and speeds forward. It sharply twists to the left before nearly crashing into Bulkhead. Said mech stumbles back and falls on his butt while the other red bot laughs. However, as the tallest bot turns around, he points towards my vehicle, which was speeding down a hallway. "Retrieve that vehicle! Do not harm the human!"

"On it, boss!"

Both mechs quickly rush down the hall after Nebula, and I turn my gaze to the other two. Both had their backs to me now, so this was my chance. Slowly, I slide out from my spot and stand. Inching my way around the corner, I keep my gaze on them while making my way to another hall on their right. The footage was still on the hallway, and I continue to move even as it shows a small foot on the edge of the camera.

"Crap. Nebula!"

"On it, miss."

An explosion rocks the base and smoke softly emits from the other hall. Suddenly my car squeals into view before launching down the entry hall. Two more cars appear after it and follow in hot pursuit. I grin.

The other two had taken their eyes off-screen. I quickly took my chance and sped down the hallway. Hugging the walls, I gaze around and try to take in my surroundings while the sprinkler systems kick on. Massive doors line the walls, and I find myself thinking I went down a room hall. Just as I near another set, I hear them open wide and barely stop myself from slamming straight into a yellow foot. With ease, I jump over it, then turn and place my hands on the other foot to launch over the other large foot. Swiftly, I duck behind a piece of the wall that was sticking out. I gaze out to spot this yellow and black robot staring at his foot in shock.

He suddenly turns towards me and I manage to duck just before. A beep then whir echoes before footsteps splash down the hall. He was moving rather quickly, too. I scratch my head and gaze at his back. I had understood him perfectly. He had said "The heck was that?" before leaving.

Bumblebee-

I growl and hold my head. "Not the time." Gazing down the hall, I question myself if I should go further in... Or see whats happening out there. Seeing as the hall was simply rooms for these bots, I begin to walk back towards what I would call the 'main hangar'.

Just as I arrive, the sprinklers shut off and a motorcycle drives in. On it is a woman in smooth armor and sporting a nice helmet. I tilt my head, confused, until the figure fades away and the motorcycle shifts into a tall female looking bot.

That's when my breathing hitches. I slam back against the wall again, gasping. The vision returned with more force, slamming nearly everything that had been forgotten to the forefront of my mind.

Turning around, I spot Dillon's backpack on the ground and quickly rush over to grab it. As I stand, a shocking sight appears before me. The jet that had nearly killed Dillon and myself, having flown closer, suddenly explodes into moving mechanical parts. It flips up higher into the air as it changes before crashing down to reveal a tall, slender, high heeled grey robot with piercing red eyes. It seems to be glaring at the impact zone of the green metal earlier.

Noises. Voices. Something is in front of me.

"Ah, Bulkhead. You should have run whilst you had the chance." It's, well his, voice was slightly higher pitched and grating on my ears. I slightly gasp as it spoke, and when it's eyes widen, I duck behind the trashcan just as it's head gazes over towards me. Spotting nothing, it turns back towards the other parking lot and begins to walk.

Shifting gears...

Transformations...

Attacked...

Slowly, I feel my breathing steady. I let my hands slip from my head and fall into my lap. My knees were pulled up to my chest, and I slowly open my eyes.

Only to meet the bright blue optics of a large yellow and black mech.

I release a blood curdling scream, and the bot whirs in shock while stumbling back. He covers the sides on his head and I take that as my chance to escape. Quickly, I sprint into the hangar, only to be met by the gaze of the other robots. A large foot attempts to block my path, but I increase my speed and slide under it. Luckily, it also stops moving. Standing up, I can see the shadow of an out stretched hand reaching for me. Fear courses through me as the memory of 'Screamy' picking me up flashes across my vision. Instinct kicks in and I duck and roll under the metallic hand. Standing once more, I sprint towards the doors and press my ear piece. "Nebula! I need to get out of here now!"

An engine roars from the entrance hall, and I smirk. I quicken my pace as the noise grows and footsteps behind me make my adrenaline sky rocket. I rush towards the opening...

Only to be met with a red Dodge Challenger sporting a pair of bull horns. It screeches to a halt, and I jump over it's hood. However, a horn clips my leg, and I hiss in pain. Swiftly, I stand and continue running until a large, green Lamborghini LM002 flies into view. I barely move out of the way as it also slides to a halt.

I trip and crash against the wall, gazing down at my leg painfully. My left leg was bleeding from the large cut it sustained and my torn jeans were soaking up most of it. Turning my gaze up, I spot the two vehicles finishing their transformation.

And all optics were on me.

".... Crap."
