Third Person's POV

???: Darling, wake up.

You heard a gentle voice which is a woman calling you.

???: Darling~ Please wake up...

The voice is calling you once again. You opened your eyes as you rose up from bed.

Setsuna: Good morning, (Y/N).

Setsuna greeted you while smiling with her most gorgeous smile. She also hugged you as you wrapped your arms around her as well.

Setsuna: Aww~ Still sleepy?

You nodded at her and she only giggled at it.

Setsuna: Go on and clean yourself. I'll prepare breakfast.

She then went to clean herself a little bit before making breakfast for the morning. By the time she's done is also the time when you already clean yourself up and head down to the dining table.

Setsuna: Let's eat!

While digging in to the breakfast, Setsuna asked you.

Setsuna: Darling, you know what day is it today?

She asked you and the only thing you answered her is just normal day.

Setsuna: Dummy! Look at your calendar!

She dragged you to the calendar as you looked at it. Then, you realized...

Today is your birthday!

Setsuna: You finally remembered! I can't believe you forget your own birthday.

You laughed while putting your hand behind your head.

Setsuna: As your beloved wife, I can't let my husband's special day go to waste!

She said seriously and it makes you happy.

Setsuna: No worries. I have planned properly for what will we do for your birthday today.

You nodded as she went to clean the dishes and then get herself ready to spend time with you on your birthday.

After a while, she's finally ready for your birthday date today.

She brought you to go to some famous restaurant and cafe around the city you live in. She also brought you to play some arcade games despite your lack of interest to these kind of things. However, knowing that you'll hurt Setsuna's feelings even if it's your birthday, you give your all to play various games. You have no idea that you're actually having fun despite not being able to win even once. This is because you're with someone that you love so much.

Timeskip to evening where you and Setsuna went to a nearby part for sightseeing. The scenery is so captivizing.

Setsuna: It's really beautiful, isn't it darling?

You agreed to her and you gaze upon your wife.

Setsuna: What's wrong?

A moment of silence before you stared complimenting her and how much you're grateful when meeting Setsuna as she changed your life.

You want her to be the idol that she used to be even though she's not at school anymore.

Setsuna: Darling...

She then gave you a big hug while muzzling on your chest as she said...

Setsuna: I'm so lucky to have someone like you in my life.

Setsuna: I love you, (Y/N).

You replied with "I love you too, Setsuna" as she released herself from the hug and hold your hand.

Setsuna: Now, let's go home.

Once both of you get home, you entered the house and it seems... dark.

You went to turn on the lights only to see the unexpected.

Nijigasaki Idol: Happy Birthday, (Y/N)!

A confetti pops to the air and there's everyone from Nijigasaki Idol Club saying together...

*POP!*

You were shocked by the surprise from Setsuna's friends. You have no idea that they have planned this behind you the entire time.

Setsuna: Hehe, it's a surprise. Of course I have to keep this secret from you. Now, let's celebrate, darling!

You got some present that you actually liked. It's not much that the others can do, but you're grateful for it as you thanked everyone.

Your birthday was the best day ever for the year and it's one of the moments that you would not forget.
