"Katie? Is that you?" I asked.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"Katie its me, Seto," I said.

Her eyes lit up. It seemed she remembered me. Then suddenly, she flinched as she heard someone coming down the stairs.

"Katie? Who is this?" The man asked her as he gripped her shoulder.

"N-no one. J-just someone c-claiming he kn-knows me. I-I've never seen him before," She stammered.

"Is that so? Then go to our room after you ask him to leave," the man said.

"Y-yes dear," Katie stammered as she turned to look at me.

"Please l-leave. I-I don't know you," she said.

I stared at her. Katie quickly grabbed her son off the floor and signaled her daughter to follow her upstairs. I watched her as she left. Then I turned towards her husband.

"I don't want you anywhere near Katie again. If I find out you were, you'll wish you hadn't. You understand?" He asked. I nodded. I was worried.

'What has he done to Katie to make her so scared that she wouldn't ask for help?' I thought.

Later that day, I saw Katie out side playing with the kids. She had fresh caked blood on her face. She had new and old bruises on her arms. As she walked, I noticed she was limping on her right foot.

'My poor little sister. I have to do something. But what?' I thought.

I slowly walked towards her and the kids. Then I noticed the little girl was missing. That's when I saw Katie's husband had her.

"Jake please?! She didn't do anything!" Katie yelled at him. Jake back handed Katie in her right eye.

"Mommy!" The little girl cried.

"It's alright Ingrid. Mommy's fine," Katie said as she stood up.

"Oh really?" Jake asked. He back handed her again. This time she had a bloody nose.

"Mommy! Daddy why are you doing this?!" Ingrid sobbed. The baby was crying. Jake grabbed Katie by her hair and yanked her up.

I rushed towards them. I couldn't help it. I punched Jake and grabbed Ingrid away from him.

"Get out of my way!" Jake yelled at me. I stood there. I wasn't going to let him hurt my sister and her kids. It was then that Atem and Yugi rushed outside and grabbed Jake.

"Take Katie and the kids!" Yugi yelled.

"Get them out of here!" Atem yelled.

"Okay!" I yelled as I helped Katie up.

"I'll call the Police!" Solomon yelled.

Jake suddenly got lose from Yugi and Atem. He took off running. I stood in front of Katie and the kids to protect them. Instead of coming after them, Jake jumped the fence and left.

Hours later, I watched Katie as she and I were heading to the family mansion. She seemed nervous. I didn't know why.

The kids were asleep in her lap. I had found out my nephew's name was Kaleb. I knew my niece's name, Ingrid. I hoped that they would like living with Gozaborro, Mokuba, Noah and me.
