"More paperwork coming!" James Ellsworth, the executive secretary of the company, told me as he placed lots of papers on my desk. "James, when will Boss Corey get back on the business?" I asked him right away. "On August? December? Who knows!" James answered and he left the office. I pouted while looking at the papers. "This will be a long day," I said to myself, placing my head on the desk.
*Knock* *knock* "Miss Paige" A voice called me so I quickly fixed the way I sit and started to fill out some papers. "Come in," I said. "Someone wants to have a conversation with you," James yelled. "Who is it?" I professionally yelled at the door. "Who are you, Mister?" James asked the visitor. "I'm also known as Mister freakin' hot," The visitor said behind that door. The voice seems very familiar and it was him if I'm not mistaken. "Get inside," I said and he unlocked the door. "Can I help you, Mister Rollins?" I asked him as I pointed the swivel chair in front of my desk. He followed my order with a neutral expression.
"I came here to ask you if you're going to have lunch with Baron later." Mister Rollins started. I blinked thrice at his question. "That's it? Is that what you came for?" I asked him as my brow furrowed. He gave me a single nod as a reply.
"Well, I think yes. I'm going with him. I'm getting tired of seeing this friggin' paperwork so I wanna fresh my mind." I said to him as I chuckled. "Wait for a second, how did you know that?" I narrowed my eyes to his bright eyes. "I only want you to be aware of his actions." He asserted in a serious tone of his voice as he looked into my eyes, ignoring the question I threw on him. "Pardon me? I don't get you, Mister Rollins." I told him. "Be careful when he's around"
"By the way, do you know him? Do you know Baron Corbin?" I asked him and he nodded. "How 'bout you? How deep do you know him?" He catechized. "Baron is a friend. I already met him five years ago so I could say he's not doing anything bad if that's what you think." I answered as I put aside the papers on the left side of my desk. He quit looking at me and he sighed. "Alright, just but always remember what I've told you about him." Mister Rollins stated.
"Well, that was unusual to know that you only came here for that." I winced, crossing my arms. A laugh of him suddenly boomed in the room. "Actually it wasn't," He chuckled wickedly. He stood up and went near and stand in front of me with a smirk on his face. "You wanna know the real reason?" Mister Rollins raised an eyebrow while smirking. "It is because...." He softly whispered something to my ear that made my mood to change immediately.
