He entered the gates of the college, few boys and girls were loitering around in the canopy, they looked like degree students.

Not knowing where to go Seth looked around to ask help from somebody. Not finding anyone he remembered a help desk on the first floor.

A girl who looked like she was giving her degree sat behind the desk. Seth went to her.

"Um- excuse me" Seth cleared his throat.

"Hello" the girl greeted with a smile as she looked up.

"Hello, I wanted to know the class where the orientation for eleventh class will be held"

"The orientation for FYJC will be held in class- 27, on the floor above" the girl told, Seth thanked her and quickly went to the class above.

It was the same floor, he had came to the last time, he looked around at the classes and saw that they had numbers written on top of them.

Class-27 was the first class on the left, he quickly walked to the class and got in. he took his seat on the first bench in the second row, taking out his smart phone he switched it off.

He looked around at the class when he had setteled down, there were few other boys and girls besides him, who sat on the back benches, all talking to one other. They would often leave the class as if this was all familiar to them.

Then it hit him, they were the students from this school itself and have opted to join the college here, that was why the freeness and adocity. He himself was not a shy one but, he always kept to himself.

Seth looked at the door as a healthy boy made his way into the class and took a seat behind him, the boy quickly went to talk with the other boys and even girls.

Seth could hear his voice, he was repeating the same thing to everyone, it looked like he was not shy and didn't care what the people say about him.

"Hello, brother" the boy came to Seth and greeted.

"Hello" he greeted back.

"So, where are you from, are you from this same school?"

"No, what about you"

"I am not from this school too" the boy told, "What do you think will happen today?" he asked the question every one was talking about.

"The teacher told me this would be an orientation session" Seth said to him.

"How do you know that?" he asked folding his hands and tapping down his left foot.

"I was told by the teacher" Seth said not bothering to go into the details.

"Oh but, I think you might be wrong this could be an introduction session......." He said in a I-am-wise voice.

"What?"

"...... Yes today will be an introduction lecture, according to my probability, there is eighty nine percent chances that today there will be no lectures" he stated proudly.

Is this guy for real, Seth thought mentally rolling his eyes. He wanted to get out of this conversation but, the boy didn't show any signs of leaving.

"I also think......." He started to say but, was stopped as a boy came.

"Excuse me" he said and took the place besides Seth.

"Hello, I am Tejas who are you?" the boy who was talking to Seth greeted the new comer.

"I am Parth" the boy introduced in an uncomfortable voice. It was clear that he was nervous and talking to a stranger was making it worse.

"Hey want to take a tour with me" Seth suddenly asked him, startled he nodded wanting to get out from here for a while.

Both of them stood up and went out of the class.

"What's the time?" Seth asked turning to Parth as they walked the corridor past the staff room.

"Its one thirty five" he said looking at his watch and told him, he was confused.

"Oh, we still have twenty five minutes before the orientation starts" Seth told him with a smile.

"I see, thanks" Parth said gratefully "So, are you from this school?"

"No, I went to a school in Nahur"

"great do you live there?"

"Nope, what about you? where are you from?"

"I went to school in Thane and live there" parth said as they reached the back stairs, they turned around to make their way to the class.

"So how was your holiday" Seth asked "Where do you go"

"Nowhere, I was here reading books and watching my favourite anime" Parth said feeling at ease now.

"So , you like reading, what type of books do you read"

"Mostly non fiction and fantasy. I have made my mind to spend most of my time here in library" he said with bright eyes "Do you know where the library is?"

"Yes, it's on the floor above but, you can't go there before you get the library card"

"I hope that we get the library card soon then, what do you like?"

"I am a sports guy" Seth said as they entered the class and took their place.

Now the class was almost full. First two rows filled with boys and the rest taken by girls. Seth had seen a boy sitting beside Tejas as they had entered the class and from his face it looked like Tejas hadn't spared him his talks either.

Seth looked at the door expecting to see the teacher but, a group of boys came in chasing a lanky dude. The dude who the others were trying to catch ran to the last row, towards the back, the others caught up with him and they started hitting him playfully. The lanky dude threw a few punches at the others too.

"Looks like they are from this same school" Parth whispered in Seth's ears, who nodded never letting his eyes off from those boys.

The teacher came and everone became quiet. She was the same one who had talked with him the other day, and by the way she looked at him for a moment, it looked she hadn't forgotten Seth too.
