Kiar(aria) Eckens - Age 18, Hair - short, curly, purple and green, Eyes - big, blue and green with cat pupils, Height - 5'5, Distinguishable features and abilities - pastel blue, green and purple angel wings, black cat tail and ears, deerskin skirt and breast wrap, able to shift into any animal that comes to mind as well as communicate with them, ghost through and enter the mind or subcontious of others.

Boro and Hissy - Boa, length - 10 ft, kiararia or Aria's friends, Hissy is an albino, male and female, husband and wife.

Moonlight and Midnight - 1 white and 1 black, cat siblings, Moonlight is female - Midnight is male, friends of Aria.

Horus - Hawk, color of honey, found Aria abandoned as a baby on a cliff by the sea a short distance from his nest and raised her with the help of a bear. Male - father.

Ursa - Black bear - Female - mother.

Kali - black jaguar - Age 5 - like a sister to Aria.

Sly - One of Boro and Hissy's many offspring - length 2 ft long - A mischivous trickster and slightly perverted.

By the way there may be some words you don't understand so just in case have a dictionary handy. Also after a certain extent the story will not fall in line with the original naruto shippuden.

Chapter 1

( Aria's Pov )

"Kali I'm bored! Is there nothing better to do?" I asked my best friend and sister from another mister as we lounged in the sun on the big rock by the river. We had given up on fishing a while ago, hunting seemed like too much work and I'd chased my tail to the point of wanting to throw up a kidney. So having used up my usual means of entertainment I found myself with nothing to do but twiddle my thumbs and complain. Which by the twitching of her tail was starting to annoy Kali and add some amusement to my boredom and so I contnued. "Kali! Kali! COME ON!!! There's got to be somehing to do! PLEASE!?!?" I screamed and jumped up and down for effect. Her muscles clenched and the twitchng got worse but she said nothing. ' Pretending to be asleep hoping I'll go away, huh? It didn't work in the past it's not going to work now. Muwahahaha!!!' I thought to myself with a barelly suppressed giggle. 'It's time to bring out the big guns. Hehehe.' "Oh, I know! I could try braiding your fur again! It looked so pretty before!" It actually looked like she was matted with mange. "And afterword we can go show that handsome puma fella you've been watching how pretty you are! Oh, we better start now or else it'll be dark by the time we finish!" I say as I move towards her and she leaps away, hakkles raised and snarling at me. " You do and I'll claw you to shreds you little tick!" I just burst out laughing at her horrified face. When I calm down enough to stop laughing I look at her face only to burst out laughing again at her look of rage and just as she's about to launch herself at me so we can have a good old fashioned cat fight we hear a big boom that makes us both jump and effectively shuts me up.

" What in Kami's name was that?!" shrieked Kali. "I don't know," I said as I look in the sky to see a trailing dust cloud getting longer. "it looks to be coming from the trench." Then curious as to what could have such power as to do that I excitedly jump to my feet to see for myself but as soon as I take one step in that direction Kali jumps into my path hissing, "Where do you think your going?! Aria whatever caused that has enough power and rage to rip you to bits before you can think to breath! What are you insane?!" My reply? " Yes, yes I am." I say with a cat like grin as I launch myself into the air yelling to Kali as I fly away. " If your so worried come with me, although I suggest you bring the others just in case!" I say laughing maniacally as I go. At about half way I hear more sounds of destruction and feel movement on my chest. I look down only to see none other than Sly looking up at me from my cleavage. I sigh I should be used to this but honestly it gets old sometimes. "Sly what are you doing in there, not to mention how? I know I shook my clothes out this morning." He gives me the snake equivalent of a grin and says, " I have my ways my Aria and as to why I just like how warm it is in here. By the way are we really going over there? I honestly don't relish becoming snake sashimi so early in my life." "Yes we're going over there although I had planned on turning into a cute monkey or some unnoticable bird so unless you want to go for a trip into the trench I suggest you get off when I land so I can change. Oh and my neck is just as warm you little perv!" Then the little brat gives me an unapolagetic smile I could just slap him for if it wouldn't give him a concusion. When I was close enough to see the bridge I was shocked to see how badly it was demolished. Split completely in half with oddly bent collumns of wood under one to keep the people on it from falling into the trench. One was a guy with brown hair and unremarkable features, the second one was a girl with startling blue eyes and pink hair ( Ugh. Worst. Color. EVER.) and just behind them in the shadows of the trees with long grey hair in a ponytail and glasses was a third that could only be described as a creeper. Then as I land on a tree branch to change I hear a roar so loud the wind it causes sends my back against the trunk of the tree I'm on. " This is getting more interesting by the second. Sly this is your stop!" I say excitedly as I unlace my breast wrap and remove my deerskin skirt. I flip into the air and as I flip I fold into myself changing form and color until I shift into that of a white dove so as to blend in with the clouds. " Be careful Aria!" Sly yells to me as I fly away and I dip so he knows I heard him. As I fly to where the roar came from I see more destruction as well as animals fleeing from the direction I'm heading so I swoop down and call to them as they run by me. " Hey guys what's going on?!" A skunk is the only one who stops long enough to answer me saying, " There's a big red monster with four tails fighting one who spits snakes, you should come with us it's not safe!" I call back, " Thanks but I'll be fine. I shall blend in with the clouds." " Ok but don't say I didn't warn you!" He shouts to me as he continues to run. As I fly off I consider his words and Kali's worry. ' Well,' I think to myself, 'daddy Horus did say before he pushed me from the nest for my first flight, nothing ventured nothing gained.' I then look at the partially destroyed forest and think. ' Hopefully the thing I gain won't be a severed head.' Then I see two more people as I fly to where the monster battle the skunk spoke of was. One looked exactly like the brown haired guy from the bridge, which was incredibly weird, and the second had black hair and eyes, his clothes were black too if a bit girly (I mean seriously why's a guy wearing a belly shirt?) and his face was as blank and emotionless as the clear blue sky, all in all he was kinda creepy so I flew on, neither of them payed me any notice. A few seconds later I came upon this colossal crater I was quite certain hadn't been there before.

Chapter 2

As I gawk at the crater before me in shock I can't help but think nothing remotely human could have caused this. Then I hear more loud noises that retch me out of my shocked stuper and I see what all the fuss was about and I can say with absolute certainty that the skunks words were no exaggeration. There was a red one with four tails and the color of blood but also somehow glowed like it was made of some sort of energy or aura. Although it had the shape and energy of a beast it also somehow had the shape of a human and a barely noticeable human presence within it. It currently had it's arms in the ground and somehow was extending them to chase a woman around the clearing which she dodged with apparent ease, wait, for a brief moment she looked like a man. It was so hard to tell with all that hair in the way and from such a great distance. I wonder if I could somehow get close enough to them to see for sure. So I flew higher and farther into the crater and when I was above them I shifted into a fly and flew lower until I was nearly inbetween them but still above them. ' My goodness it is a man and a beautiful one at that. Long, strait, black hair, pale skin, yellow eyes surrounded in a pretty purple and a slim, sly and mischivious grin. I think I just felt my heart flutter a bit.' I think to myself with a little giggle. Then he does the oddest movements with his hands then he all of a sudden throws up an entire tidal wave of snakes on the ground that go and attack the big red beast. "Oh. My. Gosh. That. Was. TOTALLY FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!" I can't help but scream in my tiny fly voice which no one hears. Even though the attack didn't work it was still pretty impressive and he didn't seem discouraged at all. He was all calm, cool and collected not to mention totally hot in a cocky kinda way. 'I wish I could take him home he would be so much fun to play with ( not in that way so forget it ) and he might even be able to teach me some of his cool tricks.' "Hey now there's an idea! I have to go find the others so they can give me a hand! Oooh this is going to be so much fun! I've never kidnapped someone before!" I say with an excited giggle as I fly off to go and find the others because I know for a fact that no matter how mad Kali may get at me she loves me and wants to protect me so I know she followed me, it just depends on weather or not she got the others before she did so. As I get to the trees I shift again, this time into a monkey so I can quickly swing from vine to vine while I look for them. It takes me a while but at about half way between the bridge and the crater I see Kali with Sly around her neck leading the way, moonlight and midnight, and Boro riding in the clutches of my father Horus. Uh oh I'm going to be in soooo much trouble. I hope they'll at least help me before he grounds me for two weeks if not longer. With a sigh I swing closer, flip and shift into myself and just for kicks land right in front of Kali catching her off guard and scaring the crap out of her all with an innocent smile and a perky "High!" hehehe sometimes I'm just too evil. She stumbles backwards and falls over herself in her rush and shock. "Oh my gosh Aria! You scared the crap out of me! My life is short enough with out you trying to shorten it futher!" She screams out at me and heaves a great big sigh out in relief and annoyance that it was just me. "I know! It's just so much fun messing with you! Where else would I get my fun!? Until now that is! Hehehehehe!" I say and giggle with much enthusiasm and glee. "Kiararia Sky Eckens!" Uh oh Daddy Horus brought out the full name. He must be seriously P.Oed I better say what I'm gonna say before he works up a good head of steam. "Daddy I know what your gonna say. Your going to say I was stupid, reckless, could have very well gotten killed, even though I didn't and am totally safe, and when I get home you and Momma are going to have a serious discussion with me about my actions and how long I'm going to be grounded for but before any of that happens I have a super big, no a COLOSSAL favor to ask all of you. Ok?" Everyone looks at me in shock then at each other consideringly thinking what it could be that I would want so badly. Daddy Horus having landed on a branch after setting down Boro on the branch beside him gives me a suspicious and somewhat curious look before saying, "Ok Aria since you seem to have my repremanding speech memorized, much to my dismay, I admit I'm curious what this favor is so I'll listen but keep in mind the grounding part is far from forgotten." "Yes Daddy." I say with a sigh. " I believe all of us are curious as to what it is you want so badly as to ask for help so earnestly." Kali says while the others nodded in agreement. "Well, remember a little earlier after I scared you I said, 'I know! It's just so much fun messing with you! Where else would I get my fun!? Until now that is!' and laughed?" I asked. "I'm not likely to forget." She dryly replied then asked, "Wait, what did you mean when you said 'Until now'?" So I told them about my journey to the bridge and then to the crater and about getting as close as I did to see them, to which none of them looked pleased but they didn't say anything so I continued, then when I got to the part about how beautiful and cool this guy was and the path my thoughts went I got this kind of dreamy look on my face, to which I had no clue, and when I was finished I was curious as to why everyone had these shocked and worried looks on their faces while casting looks in my fathers direction. My fathers face was strangely blank for some reason. "I don't know Aria," Kali says to me with a worried unsure expression. "this guy could be dangerous. I mean he spits snakes for crying out loud! No offense Boro and Sly." "None taken." They reply. "From what I saw he has to do these hand gestures before he can do anything fairly incredible so what if we were to bind his hands in a way that would make them useless. Would that put you more at ease?" I asked Kali. To which she hesitantly reply, "Yeah, I guess, but I'm still not so sure about this." To help convince her more I got down on my knees beside her and put my arm around her and whispered in her ear, "Come on Kali you know with him around not only would I torcher you less but you could go out on dates more without worrying I'm going to prank you on them not to mention just showing up to embarress you. You could be nearly totally free." I knew she was paying attention from the first perk because as soon as it came up her whole body went ridged. Her body taut with tension like a fully wound guitar string. Just like how I knew she was listening from the first perk I knew the first perk alone would be enough for her to be all for it, "I'm for it, lets get him right now!" and she was, hook, line and sinker hehe. "Daddy what do you think?" I said after getting up from the dirt. "Hm, that depends on what perks to this plan your willing to give me." I thought about that for a minute. "How long do you think you'll ground me for?" "Hmm, maybe about two months." I sigh and say, "What would you say about me carrying it out to term this time? Never to leave my cave exept for food, bathroom and maybe to recapture him if he escapes." "Then I'd say we have a deal but keep in mind I'll have someone watching you 24/7 me included and if you take one step out of that cave for any other reason but those three and death we'll bind your wings from what's left of the grounding to a month extra and you'll have to let him go. Deal?" "Deal and that means no one is going to tell him about this deal or it's ramfications everyone got that? Not even you Sly. You keep that big mouth shut because if you tell him I'm going to tie you in so many knots it'll take you months to untie yourself and you'll have to eat small, slow moving bugs until you are and thats a promise." "Aw come on Aria they taste aweful and I don't talk that much." Everyone just laughed at him because he does in fact talk that much. "Ok here's the plan. The battle he's in is really extreme but the thing he's fighting is someone who is possessed by a demon or monster of some kind that has taken control and looks to be hurting it's host so I think it'll eventually exhaust itself and he will escape. Weither or not he's unscathed we'll find out but when he does escape Boro you'll trip and wrap around him to get him immobile after Daddy drops you on him then I'll drop down make eye contact with him and mind flash him (she uses the eye contact to quickly delve into his subconscious to blank his mind in a flash and make him unconscious like a quick, painless and well placed knock to the head that leaves no mark) that will leave us 8 hours to get him to the caves and find him a room he won't be able to figure out how to get out from as well as tie up him and his hands so he can't hurt anybody. So we're going to need some thin strong vines preferably fairly long. Moonlight and Midnight your in charge of finding that and Sly will be your aid by helping you wind the vines around yourselves so you can carry them. "Wait what's Kali going to do? She's gotta do something or else it won't be fair!" Whined Moonlight. "She has something to do. She's the brawn she'll be pinning him down and tag teaming carrying him with me." I said to comfort her but Kali had to tease her by saying, "Yeah I'm the brawn. It must come from my genetics from being a born and bred hunter. I'll never have to worry about being the size of a cub forever. Hahaha!" "Kali your so mean!" Moonlight cries. Midnight is about ready to attack Kali in his sisters defence when the biggest boom yet roars out and I see a bright red light through the sparse branches above us and some really big walls rise up to get destroyed by the blast. I hope he's alright because I pretty much just bargained my soul away for my new toy and for my new toy to already be broken before I even touched it would put me into some serious despair. So I took out one of my feathers and turned to my father. "Ok Daddy take my feather so I can communicate with you telepathically about what's going on, if he's ok and if the plan is still on. It will also lead you back to me when you let go of it because of it's desire to be in the spot from where it was plucked. So it'll find and follow me anywhere. Ok?" Before he takes it he looks at me in concern but nods and takes the feather. "Hold on tight now, the farther I get the harder it tugs. Ok guys I'll meet you at the crater I'll give Daddy regular progress updates so everyone be ready at a moments notice and don't forget your jobs. Good luck and see ya!" I say to them looking everyone in the eye they give me a nod then we split and they set off to prepare. As they head out I run up a tree, grab hold of a branch, swing up onto it and then jump off, do a flip and shift into a humming bird for speed. Then I zip off to the crater to see what's going on.

Chapter 3

When I get there he's got the lower half of his body looking like the body of a grey snake and doing hand gestures. A snake head pops out of his mouth and out of it's mouth comes this really long sword that slams into the red monster. Then they both somehow rise into the air and from a long distance I could hear the red monster slamming into the ground and keep going with the lengthening of the sword in the snakes mouth. I wouldn't be surprised if he made it all the way back to the trench. Somehow the snake man still remained here and after a second or two I heard an explosion that must have meant the monster boy stopped and I could see the sword receding back into the snakes mouth then the snake as well. I noticed that the snake man was looking sickly and after he spit himself out he appeared to be saying something. So I turned into a nat and got as close as I could to see if he had gotten hurt at some point. He looked fine so I couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. Then the creepy blank faced boy aproached with the most fake smile on the planet saying he only came to talk and had a message from someone I had never heard of. While they talked I flew a short ways off and told my Dad what was going on and if everyone was ready. "I think he's about to head off after he talks to this creepy guy. Are you guys at the edge of the crater?" "Yes. When your ready just tell us what to do and we'll follow. Ok?" "Yup. When I say "Now" drop the feather and it will lead you to where I am. When we're in sight start the plan. I'll be in the form of the humming bird. Ok?" "You got it. Be careful Aria I don't want to lose you." "I'll be fine Dad you worry to much." "Of course I do! Your my daughter!" I just giggled and turned into a humming bird behind a bush. As soon as I came out the snake man and the creepy guy split up and went their separate ways. When he started running I gave the signal and started following, knowing they'd be right on our heels. I flew above and beside him so I wouldn't get in the way when Daddy dropped Boro but so they could still see me. Then I could suddenly feel the nearness of my feather getting very close. Just when I saw it I saw Daddy's shadow above and the wind whoosh by me as he dropped Boro. As I swooped down and saw Boro wrapped around him and Kali on top of him I saw him start to make his hand gestures and quickly did a flip and transformed into myself and dropped down if front of him, quickly looked him in the eyes, delved into his mind and quickly blanked it before he could do anything then as I started to recede I noticed something strange and hesitated. It looked like the two wires that connected the mind and body were severed. 'No wonder he was feeling sick' I thought to myself one was more frayed and older looking than the other which was weird but I just shrugged and though it took me a few minutes I managed to connect them in a better way than they were before. It was more like a quick fix, I could do a more permanent fix but that would take much longer. I'll have to take care of that later. For now I receded back into my body. "What took you so long? It usually only takes you a millisecond to mind flash someone into unconsiousness.", asks Kali. "Nothing really he just had some disconnected wires and it took a few minutes to reattach them. Although it was just a quick fix I'll have to do a better fix later after we have him set up and everything." I answer and she just sighs at me and says, "How many times do I have to tell you you can't just go messing with peoples heads without their permission?" "But he was feeling so sick before we kidnapped him and he wasn't hurt anywhere so that had to be what was making him so sick. I was just trying to help him feel better." I said with a pout. She sighs and says, "Never mind. Lets just get him home to the mountain caves. I think we should put him in one of the caves in the top, preferably on the shear cliff side." "I was thinking in the deep underground caves so we don't have to lug him so far to the underground hot springs for bath time. That and he also won't be cold at night and when winter hits, it's almost fall afterall." I reply then she says, " I suppose you have a point, then I agree we take him underground. Also now that you mention fall and winter and I think about it since your going to be grounded for two months I'm going to have to bring up the slack on hunting, fishing and gathering. Man that sucks!" As she complains I get dressed in my clothes that she had carried in her mouth then had dropped so she could talk to me. Then I picked him up after Boro got off him, put him on my back with his arms around my neck and get a hold under his legs. Then we headed off with Kali still complaining. When I got tired of hearing her griping I had to yell, "Oh my gosh! Please shut up! I can't take it anymore! I'm going to have to do the cleaning, smoking and storing do you have any idea how time consuming, stinky and not to mention messy that is?! If you promise to shut up about it when I go hunting and stuff for him and I's dinner I'll make sure to get plenty extra food to add to the stock pile for winter. Ok?!" She falters for a second in surprise at my sudden outburst then rights herself, lifts her head in a sniff in an attempt to regain her pride and in a huff says, "Fine." Then she with Sly around her neck and the two cat siblings continue to run on the tree top branches, me and Daddy with Boro fly above them on our way home. It's not long after that maybe about a half hour later that we reach home sweet home. Then it takes another hour and a half to reach the bottom most caverns and another half an hour to tie him up so he won't lose circulation and be farelly comfortable while still being safe and harmless. After everything that happened today I was so tired I felt like I could sleep for a week so I heaved a big yawn, bade everyone goodnight, brought my beding from my room into his room, removed my skins and snuggled into my fur blanket. I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

Chapter 4

(Orochimaru's POV)

'Why is my bed so hard? It's like I'm laying on a rock. I'll have to give Kabuto a harsh beating for this. I'd kill him if he weren't so useful.' As I open my eyes I see I'm not in my lair but in a cave staring at the stalactites above me. Where am I? What happened? Was I taken by some village ninja to be torchered and examined for my knowledge? The last thing I remember was fighting with naruto's jinchuricki and feeling sick from the body rejecting me as they usually do at some point then running after talking to the blank faced boy who gave me a message from a former aquantance of the leaf. What happened after that? If I think really hard I can remember pretty blue and green eyes with pupals like my own and feeling very heavy and constricted then nothing. It must have been a gen jutsu and a really powerful one to knock me out so quickly. I try to get up only to find I'm tyed up. This is no surprise but what is is how well I'm tyed up, to the point of helplessness but still comfortable. My hands were tyed up finger to finger and wrist to wrist. Although they were bound in front of me they were also tyed to one leg so I couldn't bite through them. I can't help but think to myself 'Whoever tyed me up must have been tyed up multiple times themselves.' Seeing as the eyes in my memory were distinctly female this thought makes me smile. I know for a fact I can be one sick bastard but you just can't deny who you are forever so I never tried hehehe. Since I was tyed up I looked around to see if I could find a way to get free only to notice what looked like a pile of furs. As I looked closer I noticed it was moving but it seemed a bit too big to be a girl so I extended my tongue to go under the blanket and grab the persons ankle which seemed small for a man but I disreguarded it and heaved up. As I was about to throw him against the rock wall the blanket fell away and I froze in shock seeing a beautiful, naked girl hanging upside down from my tongue. She's giving me an irritated look with her arms crossed then she opens her mouth and says, "Do you mind I'm trying to get some sleep. Believe it or not stalking and kidnapping a person takes alot of energy and hard work especially when it's your first time doing so." When I just stare at her in all her naked glory still in shock after a few minutes she makes an exasperated sound and snaps her fingers in my line of vision which gets my attention. "Hel'LO'! What's the matter, never seen a naked woman before? You gonna let me go or what?! I really hope your not stupid then you wouldn't be as much fun as I thought you'd be. Then I would get very depressed." The stupid comment catches my attention the most so I drop her. Only for her to flap her wings once so she wouldn't crash to the floor. Which only shocks me again never having seen real honest to kami wings on a person before. Maybe Kabuto created her before he came to me because I know I never tried to create something like her before. The cat ears and tail are no big deal considering I know of a family from Konoha with dog features and can comunicate with animals of the lupin persuasion not to mention me being a snake man. She's waving her hand in my face to get my attention so I try to bite her hand off so she'll back away real quick and fear me a little then I say, "Enough you stupid girl!", lacing my words with venom, "I am not stupid it is you now release me and I may be merciful in giving you a quick death for this indignity. I am Orochimaru! You will obey and respect me!" As soon as I say this she looks at me with eyebrows raised in surprise at my outburst. When I think I've frightened her into submission she suddenly starts laughing at me. Laughing! She's actually on the floor in tears she laughing so hard. While she's rolling on the floor laughing at me I look away trying real hard not to get a nose bleed. I will NOT become a Jiraiya! (LOL I could die laughing at him too! XD ) After 10 full minutes of her laughing at me 'REALLY 10 WHOLE F***ING MINUTES!!!' I can't take it anymore and I feel something in me snap. I yell "WHAT IS SO D*** FUNNY YOU B****?!" I can't believe a few minutes with this girl and I'm turning into that jashin freak from the Akatsuki. (not that he has any room to talk about freaks :D) She jumps a bit from my outburst then slowly starts to get some control over her laughter which subsides to a light giggle then a chuckle then she stops altogether but is still breathing hard. When she catches her breath she starts to speak. "Sorry about that but that was just so darn funny! You were all like," she deepens her voice slightly, "Listen to me and respect me for I am a kami(god) you owe me allegiance for I am all powerful!" I mean really how could I NOT laugh? Even if you were a kami(god) I wouldn't listen to you. I hardly, if ever listen to my Mom and Dad why would I listen to you? Not to mention your saying all this while being tyed up like a boar! So yes I'm laughing at you." She says all this while giving me a cheeky grin. 'I could just kiss that grin right off your face.' Shocked as to where that thought came from I just ignored it and gave her my most fear inducing glare that makes my most powerful enemies blood run cold but her grin just gets bigger. What is wrong with her? That glare should have made her run and hide shivering in the corner! She must not be normal. At least that much we have in common. She suddenly speaks up in realization, "Oh my goodness where are my manners?! I should have introduced myself and your probably wondering what happened and where you are! I'll get right too that but first things first how are you feeling? You were looking really sick after your fight with the monster boy. I didn't know what was wrong until I mind flashed you and found some wires weren't connected where they should have been so I connected them for you but it was just a quick fix. Kali said I should have asked your permission first before 'messing with your head' as she put it. So I'm doing that now since I have to go back in anyway to do a more permenant fix at some point." I hadn't the slightest idea what she was talking about 'mind flash?', 'Kali?' and what 'wires?' and I told her as much. "Oh you don't know? You must not be from around here my family and I are famous! Among the animals mostly. There are some humans who know but they are few and only come around for my inborn expertease of 'fixing the unfixable' so to speak but my Mom and Dad have made sure it's only two humans at a time and even they don't know where it is they're going thanks to a friend of mine who makes special venom that takes away their sense of direction, distance and memory of landmarks so it seems different everytime they come and they can't be followed because of my many friends of the high and low places who protect the lands in which I dwell. "Okay um just so you know I've lived in the woods all 18 years of my life and the only time I see other humans is when they come to seek aid and we don't speak besides a thank you and your welcome so I don't in the slightest know what your talking about. Jutsu's, handsigns, scrolls and chakra are words not known in this place and how would it not be possible? I mean it's your body isn't it? Or are you talking about my ability to enter your mind and subcontious?" I feel even more shocked at this news and think to myself 'I can't believe my ears, all the things I've known and loved since I could remember and she's had no clue what-so-ever of their existence. She replies, "They're not my real parents I was abandoned as a baby on a cliff by the sea. My Daddy found me and raised me with the help of my Mom, also you can't talk to them because you wouldn't understand them." I ask, "Why? Are they from a different land?" She giggles at me and says, "No because they're animals stupid. I told you the only humans I see are the ones who come for aid. My Daddy is a hawk named Horus (egyptian god of the sun) and my Mommy is a black bear named Ursa (bear constellation) isn't that cool?" I only just keep myself from fainting. "Your family isn't going to eat me are they?" Her reply makes me both relieved and nervous. "No of course not. Your my new toy and play partner they won't try to eat you until I'm bored with you, but it'll be awhile before that happens I think if what I saw was any indication. If worse comes to worse I can bring out my favorite torcher games especially the ones that come about on the new moon those ones are fun because my other side is the ones who starts them up I just hope you live long enough that I can play with you after." (This is mostly to scare him no worries) Hopefully I can escape before then. "When is the next new moon exactly?" I ask hopefully which clatters to the ground as soon as she answers. "Hmm in two weeks and two days exactly." She says grinning like the cat that caught the canary. That used to be my grin now instead of the cat I'm the canary. Oh sh** I hope it's not as bad as she makes it sound. Then she says, "Before that though we have a party to get to tomorrow night unlike most people as I observed when I was younger you people don't celebrate the full moon like we do. We have a party every full moon except in bad night weather, late fall and all through winter. Each full moon is a time of peace where we serve fish for the carnivores and wild onion and potato soup with sweet potato pie for the herbivores. The party begins when the moon is at it's highest point and shines through the opening at the top of the Cathedral Cave of Sound. It's fantastic!" Well she sounds excited. I ask her, " Why do you call it the Cathedral Cave of Sound?" "You'll find out when we get there, but if we're going to be able to stay up the whole night with everyone else we need to get some sleep so good night Orochimaru." "Wait!" I call out as she turns to go, she turns back looking at me expectantly. I say, "You still haven't told me your name." "Oh yeah sorry my name is Kiararia Sky Eckens but everyone calls me Aria it's nice to meet you Orochimaru." She says to me with a sweet smile and I can't help but smile back. Then she turns around and bends over to grab her blanket which causes me to have a nose bleed like a geyser and sends me to uncontiousness. D*** being raised by animals really takes away the shame. Chapter 5

(Aria's Pov again)

As I pick up my blanket I turn around to see if he needed anything but he's already out cold with a stain on his clothes I didn't notice before. "Where did that come from? Oh well I'll have to clean him up tomorrow so he looks presentable for the party." Then I yawn, walk over to my beding, snuggle into my furs and fall fast asleep in anticipation of the party the next night.

(The next morning)

I wake up early the next morning and after checking them throw on my skins and head out to fetch breakfast before he wakes up. I net up some fish for us plus extra for the winter stock and as I'm heading home I see wild onions and mushrooms so I grab them plus some leaves for plates, some stix to cook the fish on, wood for a fire and headed home. I go to the store room put in some of the onions and mushrooms I found and grab the last of our milk and butter as well as some potatoes. 'I'll have to barter my services for more butter and milk. Platypus milk is just nasty.' Then I head back down the tunnels to the underground hotsprings to gut and clean the fish. I take some of the fish and put them in the smoking room down a long tunnel from the store room. In the next cave over is the kitchen where preparations were being made for the party. As I enter the room is abuzz with rushing raccoons stirring pots and pulling different foods out of the wood burning ovens. Trying my best not to step on anyone I head over to our head chef Miri and say, "Hey Miri I don't want to be a bother but could I borrow a pot, some bowls, spoons, forks and a knife?" She says, "Sigh' Why don't you take the whole kitchen then? Why do you need all that stuff anyway? Don't you just get what you need from the wilderness?" Me, "Well yeah but I have a guest in my chambers and he's used to a more civilized living, being around people and such. So can I have them, just this once?" Her, "Sigh' Fine but your washing them." Me, "Yay! Thank you! Thank you!" As I say this I give her a big hug, she awkwardly pats my arm and says, "Yeah yeah your welcome. Now get off me I have work to do." As I get off her I see her trying to hide a grin. I giggle, grab the stuff I need, put them in my sack and head off to his cave.
