"Dude that was the sheriff's son you just hit on" one of the brute boys replied. "Relax Fangs, I'm not afraid of the sheriff." Joaquin replied pushing passed the others.

"He does have a point Fangs" the other boy pointed out. "Aren't we the targets though?" Fangs asked sitting down. "Only if we make it obvious" Joaquin responded rolling his eyes.

"We live on the south side-" Fangs tried arguing. "And, that doesn't make us full blown criminals Fangs" the other boy responded. "It could Sweet Pea! We have done things that we could be convicted of" Fangs replied. Sweet Pea shook his head, slapping the boy. "We are safe" he reassured.

"Safe from what?" A voice rang out. Joaquin turned to see Kevin. "Kevin hi" he smiled "who are these guy's?" Kevin asked "these are Sweet Pea," Joaquin motioned towards the taller boy with a neck tattoo. "And Fangs" Joaquin introduced smiling "and you're in serpent turf."
