"Get off of me! Don't you have Fangs? Or is he not enough for you" Joaquin barked glaring daggers at Sweet Pea. "Whoa Joaquin calm down it was just a kiss. Are you okay?" Sweet Pea asked concerned for the boy.

"No i'm not okay. You are cheating on your boyfriend with me of all people i'm one of your best friends. Also I will not calm down so don't tell me what to do got it boy?" Joaquin replied anger burning with in him.

"Just calm down DeSantos okay. Breathe calm down" Sweet Pea instructed "as if! Do you even know what I have gone through? Throughout my whole life? You were never the outcast or talk of a school. You were never the innocent one in a fight. Called many names by people who you thought you could trust? So why would you understand any of it?" Joaquin yelled punching Sweet Pea.

"Stop! Joaquin Stop!" He yelled pulling the angered boy back. "You're right I probably wouldn't understand. But look around you. This place is full of people who are misfits in other's eyes. You gave them their safe place. Somewhere they could call home. You gave them a loving family. Helped them through so much. Don't give up just because you don't believe you're good enough. You are Joaquin DeSantos. A friend. Family. A boyfriend to the sherrifs son. So don't lose hope and it you do. Be proud of yourself if you can't be. Let me be proud of you." Sweet Pea replied calmly watching as Joaquin's legs weakened.

"Say it. Say i'm Joaquin DeSantos and I am proud to be a runaway who has a misfit family" Sweet Pea urged a smile on his face.
