(A/N: hey everyone, it's pep, I'm so sorry for making you wait for this chapter, we both have been through a lot with school and personal life. So I just want to thank you for sticking around! I promise we'll try to be more frequent))

After jughead grabbed my arm and gathered the rest of the young serpents we ended up spending that night going on a rescue mission for Hot dog. I didn't say a word to Sweet pea for the whole 2 hours, in fact i didn't talk to anyone. I felt like hell and just wanted to get back home. But we all decided to go to pops to celebrate getting our hot dog back, sweet pea didn't bother coming, he probably went to be with that pussy cat. Then things only got worse when we returned to the serpents new residence.

Me and jug said goodnight to everybody, Once everyone spilt off on the separate routes to there residence for the night, me and jug entered our family trailer, expecting to see our dad either asleep on the couch or a note saying he's working late but no we saw our dad lifeless on the floor lying in a pool of his own blood. I screamed at the sight as jughead quickly rushed over quickly followed by me to see if there was any way to see to save our father but it was useless. Jughead hugged me as I cried into his shoulder, he turned his back to try and stop me from seeing the corpse. The only sounds that filled the trailer was my blood curdling cries and my brothers hushed voice trying to calm me down.

A week pasted and here we are, a day I hoped to never see for a long time. My father's funeral. It was lovely yet simple affair, we wish we could of done more but of course we didn't have the funds to do so, but at least his family was there, we got mom and jellybean to come and all of the serpents came too. Moments after we had buried him, sweet pea showed up accompanied by none other then Josie. She might of been there for moral support but I couldn't help but be mad. Sweet pea made his way over to me as I was making my way over to the truck to leave.

"Y/N! Hey...I'm so sorry about your dad..he was a great man.." he said looking at me, even when he tried to be formal he still loved to wear his serpent jacket

"Yeah..he was.." I said and sighed softly. "Maybe he'd still be around if you wasn't to busy stuffing your tongue down McCoy's throat.." I mumbled

"Excuse me..?" Sweet pea said looking at me confused

"Just forget it.." I said and shook my head. And just as I said that Josie joined in, She snaked her arms around sweet peas waist and rested he rhea don his shoulder. I would be lying through my teeth if I said I wasn't the tiniest bit jealous. Josie was about to open her mouth to talk when I decided to leave before I did something.

"Well now, if you excuse me I must go and be there for my family." I said and swiftly turned on my heels and got in the truck before driving away back into the town of riverdale. I don't know what was wrong with me, it could be the morning or the heart ache, but none the less I felt like shit..
