Speaking of great things, I've got good news about my writing if you're one of the poor souls who's been coerced into reading my work lmao. Once I get ten chapters stockpiled, Liar, Liar is going to be published!

In exchange for traveling with her across Johto, Chance asks for Lyla a strange favor that makes their web of lies a million times more chaotic. Before they know it, these dorks get stuck lying left and right to cover the holes in their story just to try to make it seem like they've got their lives under control.

You might recall me talking about writing a self-indulgent GBC fic the other month, and that's exactly what LL is. I'm pantsing the whole thing because I'm curious about what will happen if I go with the flow with it. It's very much more Bonds than TIOG.

LL contains:

• a(n) (un)healthy level of sarcasm

• lots of bad jokes

• shoujo elements galore bc I stole the main conflict's premise from a manga I loathe and want to prove that I can do it better
*I've got a whole rant on Wolf Girl and Black Prince if you wanna hear me scream for ten minutes straight

• nonstop references to other Wattpad Pokéfics

• little to no angst because I want to write a purely happy story for once

• super dramatic, over the top characters
e.g. a diva Delibird who'll slap you upside the head with her Dolce & Carvanha purse

• the power of friendship

• and more 👀

My guess is that it'll be up around the beginning of December. Maybe two updates a month, as well? Every other weekend probably? I'm not certain on the update schedule yet.
