Random-ish Chapter

So
Uh
I'm here to talk about stuff to distract me. It's more serious things. Soooooo here we go....
1: I have slight social anxiety
2: I have cognitive anxiety
3: I have limited-symptom panic/anxiety attacks
4: Nobody believes me when I say that I have anxiety
5: My parents say "it's just a phase"
6: My siblings say "we all have some sort of anxiety. You'll get over it."
7: And the anxiety and things that I've said I have? I've confirmed it. And never told anyone in real life. I don't know how.
8: I need to stop before I panic. Bye.
