"She passed Buck."

"Steve, I'm so sorry." Bucky said as he put a hand on Steve's shoulder before pulling him into a hug.

"Zara? You okay?" Wanda asked as she knocked gently on her door.

"Wanda, are you signing?" Zara asked as she opened the door to face her best friend.

"Why would I sign it? They would come after me." She said before Zara basically launched herself at her friend.

Wanda laughed a little as she held her friend. "Oh, and um Steve walked out the room for some reason and Bucky followed him. I don't know why." She said as she pulled away from her friend. She saw worry cross her friends face.

"I'll be right back. Wait, where'd they go?" Zara asked.

"The staircase." Wanda said with a sigh. This day had sucked and it's wasn't getting any better for any of them.

"Thanks, I promise we'll talk and spend some time together when all of this is talked through a little bit more." Zara said, hugging her friend once more before running off to see if her husband and his best friend was okay.

"Buck, what's wrong?" Zara asked as he met her coming back up the stairs. She didn't see Steve behind him.

"Peggy passed, Steve and I are going to London for the funeral. He's really hurting." Bucky explained with a heavy sigh.

"I'm sorry honey, I know she was Steve's girl but did you know her well?" Zara asked bringing Bucky into a soft hug.

"I knew her but not super well. She was still a connection to back then, but now that she's gone Steve only has me and we're pretty much alone in that." Bucky said as he held onto his wife.

"Well you still have me." She said with a kiss on his cheek. "I know it's not the same, but I'm here."

"I know you are and I really appreciate it." Bucky said as he gave her one more squeeze before letting her go.

Bucky walked away to go find Steve before he left for London. Zara stood there and went over the events of the day in her mind. This day had been a mess and all she wanted to do was crawl in bed and ignore everything. But she had to deal with it.

Without a second thought she walked to go find the rest of the team once more. When she walked into the living room only a handful of the team was left.

Tony was laying on the couch with a hand over his eyes once more, Natasha was sitting with a stony face, Vision was sitting there with no real expression, and Rhodey was still pacing behind the chair Steve was once in.

"What happened to Steve?" Natasha asked when she saw Zara enter the room. The rest of the room turned to look at her.

Zara sighed and looked at her, knowing she was not on her side. "Peggy died." Was all she said.

No one spoke for a minute as everyone took in what she just said. "When's the funeral?" Natasha asked in a tired voice.

"It's in London and in a couple of days. They're flying to London today." Zara explained. There was no need for an explanation of who she was talking about when she said they.

"The UN is meeting in Vienna to sign the Accords. I'm going to go to be with Steve and see where he is." Natasha and stood up.

"No." Zara said stepping in her way as she tried to leave.

"Excuse me?" She countered.

"I'm going with Steve and Bucky. You are on the other side in this and you know where Steve stands on this. He will have people around him and he doesn't need anyone who is going to pressure him or argue with him right now." Zara said with her arms crossed, staring at someone who she thought would be on her side.

All of the eyes in the room were on the two women who had never fought. No one knew what was going to happen and they didn't want anyone to get hurt. Both women could hurt the other, but everyone knew they didn't want to.

"Zara, I'm going as a friend. I am going to be there for Steve as a friend. I'm not going to argue with him." Natasha argued giving Zara a tired look.

"I know I can't force you to stay away from us but I swear to god if I see you there or hear you talk about the Accords I will force you out of London myself." Zara snapped, her eyes flashing with anger.

"So you won't be signing?" Tony asked from his spot on the couch.

"What do you think? Like I said before, we are not going to be taking the fall for your mistakes. You should have started to own up a long time ago. You have never apologized for the trauma you put me, Wanda, and Pietro through. I will not be signing the Accords and you will never convince me to sign." Zara started with a calm angry and elevated to a yell.

"I stopped manufacturing weapons!" Tony argued as he sat up pointing a finger at her.

"And yet your weapons were still being used by terrorists and the people who killed my whole family! Did you know I had a brother? of course you didn't because you don't care. As far as I'm concerned, you killed him! Stop acting as though as soon as you decided to stop manufacturing your weapons disappeared from the world, you made a big mess that you ignored while other's died." Zara yelled pointing a finger back at Tony as she stepped closer and closer to him.

"I care! Now stop making me out as the bad guy! I am sorry about what happened to you but it was not my fault! I'm trying to clean up my mess right now with these accords! You need to stop bringing up that damn building, how am I responsible for the actions of other people?!" Tony yelled standing up and facing her.

The two of them looked at each other with anger building in both of them. Zara clenched her fists and was really ready to physically fight the man in front of her.

"Z, you don't want to do this." Bucky called as he ran into the room. "You do not want to fight Tony." He added as he slowly walked towards her.

Zara looked over at Bucky and then looked back to Tony. "Go run back to your cyborg husband." Tony muttered under his breath so only Zara would hear.

"That's it." Zara snapped and brought her fist up to punch him or slap him, anything she could do. She had reached her limit.

Tony's eyes widened slightly and before Zara could touch him, Bucky pulled her away. Zara continued to struggle against Bucky to try to get back at Tony.

"Breathe Z, come on. Breathe with me." Bucky said as he pulled her from the common area, up a flight of stairs, and down a hallway into their shared room. He put both of her hands on his heart and started to breathe deeply. They stayed like that for five minutes before Zara pulled her hands away and sat on the bed.

"He called you a cyborg." She said as Bucky sat next to her. "He's caused me so much pain and he just never stops."

"Then pack and we'll stay in London for awhile." Bucky suggested causing Zara to smile gently at her husband.

"That sounds perfect." She said pressing a soft kiss to Bucky's lips.
