Chapter 33: Right where we started

3 Years later

Rain poured down from the skies as the streets were wiped from people. No one was outside making a sound or any movement. Beyond the streets and loud city noise was a house in a calm neighborhood in Busan. One light within the house was on as the rain dripped onto the pavement of the patio just outside the clear glass divider door of the inside of the house.

Just in front of the glass divider doors leading to the outside, was the small three year old boy that placed his small hands onto the glass and looked skyward to the grey clouds that shaded over the neighborhood. Minho let out a cute smile he inherited from his father, Jungkook, showing his small teeth too. Minho was wearing a blue overall outfit that had a short cut to his knees, a yellow shirt under it and white socks. The boy had a small bob-cut style on his black silk hair and his big and round eyes he got from Jungkook, beated as he gazed at the rain that poured from above and onto the pavement. This made the pale, sweet and small boy let out a sigh and make a sad frown causing him to look down at his small bowl of mangoes that were cut into cubes.

The room was surrounded by family pictures. Pictures of Minho's first birthday, his day at a park, family photo shoots and wedding photos of Jungkook and Jimin along with another framed picture of Taehyung’s and Yoongi's traditional wedding they had years back. All was calm within their life and Jimin was able to stick with Jungkook through it all. Every day was like a day at paradise for the couple and for their small pup. Just that day, was a dull day with rain pouring from the skies, yet this only left the small three-year old alpha to make a pout before turning to face his father; Jeon Jimin. Since Minho was an alpha, he tended to grow very close to his father who was an omega; rather than growing closer to his alpha father, Jungkook.

"Daddy the sky is crying..." Said the boy with a pitched and sweet voice, talking to Jimin who was sitting on the floor behind him, eating an apple from the bowl he had out for himself and would share with his son too. Jimin only had on a white and oversized T-shirt over his grey underwear as his hair was rolled back while he watched over his son. Jungkook was sitting on the couch silently, wearing a black turtleneck sweater, blue ripped skinny jeans and black socks on. The Alpha was laying on the long couch and writing down a few notes followed by mail on his lap he was going to read as he adjusted his round glasses over his eyes.

Jimin smiled as he crawled up to his son and sat down behind the small boy to talk to him. "I guess it is, sweetie.." Jimin said as Jungkook rose a brow and looked at his Omega, taking off his glasses right after.

Minho looked up at his father and maintained his pout, "Why is it crying?"

"I guess it misses the sun like all of us." Jimin answered and hugged the boy from the back and into his arms. Just then, Minho picked up a small cubed mango, opened the door slightly to toss out the mango and close the divider quickly as Jimin tried his best not to laugh.

"I gave it a treat and it's still crying..." Minho whispered as Jimin dropped his head on Minho's small shoulder. Letting out silent chuckles. "Are you crying too, Father?" Minho asked as he reached for another cubed mango and offered it to Jimin. Not really paying attention to the fact that Jimin wasn't a fan of mangoes.

          "No sweetie..I was just-"

"Wrong." Jungkook called out, causing Jimin to look back at Jungkook and shake his head. Jungkook then chuckled and tipped his glasses down, showing his bright fangs.

"W-Wrong?" Minho repeated in confusion as Jimin started to give Jungkook a deep glare. “...wrong..”

"Minho, the sky has no emotion. It's not a person. Not an Omega, not an Alpha or Beta. It's just the sky. Can't talk or anything. Therefore, it can't cry." Jungkook answered confidently while Minho's eyes widened. “So don't think it'll talk back or eat whatever you just threw outside. Min-Min, don't waste the fruit.”

"B-But…tears-" Minho sputtered as Jimin quickly looked around to throw a fruit at Jungkook so he can shut up. Jimin then tossed an apple at Jungkook to make him cut it out, but the Alpha quickly caught it in his right hand and took a bite out of it before sitting up to look at Minho.

"That my dear and beautiful son, is rain! Rain is-"

"JEON JUNGKOOK!" Jimin shouted as Minho looked back out the glass dividers in disbelief, followed by Jungkook's hysterical laugh that showed his fangs even more.

"Ah! No son of mine is going to be given false information!" Jungkook laughed as Jimin got up and walked over to Jungkook to shove him back against the couch. Causing Jungkook to smirk and drop his hands onto Jimin's ass so he could grip onto it. “Well aren't you a little wild today~”

"I guess I know who will be sleeping on the couch tonight." Jimin added as Jungkook smirked and sat up to bring his Omega into a hug in his arms while Minho stared out to the rain while he ate a few mangoes silently now, holding close a pink bunny plush that was called Cooky and the other yellow plush of a little dog, Chimmy.

"I'm not sleeping on the couch, I'm sleeping with you whether you like it or not~" Jungkook chuckled as he guided his hands up Jimin's chest and pulled him in close to whisper something into his ear. "Just don't get too loud tonight~ you don't want to wake the pup…"

"No! I don't want Minho to feel alone again." Jimin giggled and shoved Jungkook back as he sat next to Jungkook. "Another night, not tonight. You know how clingy Minho gets to me.. He's an alpha afterall."

"I don't see why we can't have another baby to keep Minho occupied~ he needs to hang out with kids his age.." Jungkook whispered as Jimin shook his head and hit Jungkook's shoulder, letting out a giggle and rolling his hair back again.

“No pups his age are as fluent as him.” Jimin continued as Jungkook scoffed and looked back at Minho; who was standing right at the glass dividers and eyeing the mango he tossed outside.

"I asked two years ago but you never listen!" Jungkook chuckled as Jimin tried not to laugh again. “We should have an omega so he could protect his little sister or brother.”

"Jungkook, I-" only then, Jimin dropped his eyes onto a stack of mail Jungkook had. This wasn't from any other person who sent these, rather they were sent from a mental asylum far from town. "How does he keep finding our address...?" Jimin whispered silently to his Alpha as the whole mood shifted from joy, to worry. Jungkook then sat up to take a good look at the multiple letters that was sent to them by the asylum. Finally knowing who this was all sent from now.

“It's been three years… He's still in there? How many times do we have to move? How did he find us?” Jungkook thought. Even after three years, the family finally moved out of their old house where they raised Minho for his first few months after being born and moved out into a more comfortable house instead of a mansion. They didn't want to deal with such a big house and leave Minho to run around so lonely like he always would. Rather, they chose a more comfortable house. A spacious backyard with glass dividers to separate them from the outdoor patio and just a fountain and garden up ahead. The house had three rooms. One for Minho, one guest room and one big bedroom Jungkook shared with his omega occasionally.

The reason why they shared the bedroom time to time was because Minho was a young alpha. Living the first early years of his life meant that he grew very attached to his father; Jimin. Jimin was the only omega there and Minho relied on him like always. Bonding more with Jimin since he felt more safe with him, yet that didn't mean he hated Jungkook. He spent time with Jungkook too… due to Jungkook being an alpha, Minho seemed to choose the omega over his alpha father.

“Jungkookie…” Jimin whispered with worry in his eyes as Jungkook held hands with Jimin. “What are we going to do? Who keeps telling him this?”

“He must have access to social media again. We live so far into the calm side of Busan now and then he wants to track us down again! This isn't safe… We'll have to move once more and it won't be easy..” Jungkook whispered as Minho then looked back to see Jungkook's hands locked with his husband's. Just the look of this made Minho grow very overprotective over his own father as he dropped his stuffed animals and ran to the couch as he forced his way in between the couple and dropped his hands onto their locked contact. Breaking their silence and making them cut the conversation short.

“Leave space for Minho!” Minho added with his sweet and high pitched voice while he tried to pull his parents hand contact away so he could giggle so cutely and hold hands with them both, but mostly with Jimin's.

“Such a cockblocker.” Jungkook laughed as Minho looked up at Jimin and made such a bright smile.

“Don't say that around him, Jungkookie! He'll repeat it!” Jimin laughed. Even Jungkook knew Jimin tried to hide the fact that he was scared because of Sahiro Kyunsji finding their address once more. However, all Jungkook could do was throw it under the carpet as he tried to hide it under his smile. “Minho seems to love me more! Do you Minho?”

“Yes! Minho loves Daddy!” Minho said so happily as Jungkook laughed and pulled Minho up before throwing him over his shoulder.

“Then you'll have to answer to me, my little lion!” Jungkook laughed as Minho started to giggle before Jungkook brought him back into his arms and gazed down at him. “Show me your little fangs!” Jungkook said into a coo while Minho opened his mouth and pointed to his small fangs that seemed to be growing. These were the only teeth that would never fall since it'll just keep getting sharper and stronger until they stop growing when he reaches his early adult age.

“Show yours!” Minho added with a smile as Jungkook smiled and showed his strong fangs to his son and made Minho laugh as he then started to try and wrestle with Jungkook. “Minho wants to win!” Minho continued as Jungkook watched how his son tried to bite him, but this only left Jungkook to sit back onto the couch so he could tickle Minho onto the cushions while Jimin watched so happily. It should be noted that, Minho loved to play around with Jungkook roughly like this, but any way of kisses and hugs made the pup feel bothered. Only wanting kisses and hugs from his omega father, Jimin. Anyways, Jungkook did a great job in hiding the scary truth from their son and Jimin couldn't help but to still think about the issue.

This left Jimin to question their security measures and extra precautions. They needed to find ways to throw the alpha off, but the couple didn't know how. Jimin fretted this day would soon come but he never expected it to be now. Kyunsji has left them alone for three years, but only now… He was getting sick of waiting. Jimin picked the letter up once more and set it by his side as Jungkook managed to catch Jimin hiding it to see what Kyunsji was planning now. There was nothing wrong with reading the letter but of course, Jungkook didn't like it because it showed that they were giving the crazy man attention and attention was something Jungkook didn't want to give Kyunsji.

It was like the crazy man was baiting the couple to return to the asylum with another threat. Only wanting them to show up when he was more prepared and stronger so he could use this little visit to his advantage. It's been three years and he still wouldn't stop. No isolated walls could stop him now. What he longed for was Jimin and the pup he still believed that was his, along with Jungkook sent to his grave at the very end.
