Concurrently, Hoseok was still at Jungkook and Jimin's house; taking care of Minho as he fed him the bottle. He allowed Taehyung to rest while he took over. However, the beta refused to let Hoseok take care of Minho on his own since Taehyung wanted to handle this on his own with Yoongi and prepare the alpha on how it would feel to finally raise a pup. Yet, Yoongi was busy sleeping and staying far as Taehyung was left with Jung Hoseok.

          Of course, there was nothing wrong with having the Alpha there, he only wanted to sit and take care of Minho. But, the more he sat there with the pup, the more it made Taehyung worry that Hoseok might even try to do something and cause them to move in closer. It was just a feeling Taehyung received deep down; not really meaning anything to him at all. Hoseok was feeding minho as he made a smile at the pup and looked into his eyes. “Minho is so perfect.. I could only imagine how adorable pups are to raise. Aside from all the crying and diaper changes, I think having a pup seems nice.” Chuckled the alpha as he looked at Taehyung; who kept his eyes open through each second even if it was difficult to stay wide awake. “Taehyung? I said you could go to sleep. I'll take care of Minho..” The boss said as Taehyung yawned and shook his head.

          “Mmh… No.. No I can't imagine leaving you with such a big responsibility.. I have to take care of Minho.. Yoongi and I.” The beta whispered as his eyelids suddenly became heavy like a ton of bricks weighed them down. Only then, he let out a huff of breath and kept silent after while his eyes were closed. He loved the feeling of keeping his eyes closed while he was sleepy, but only then, he started to fall asleep. This caused the beta to jump awake as he let out a sigh.

          “Look at you… You're tired. Get some rest, you've been working all day yesterday and you've done so much for Minho today. You changed his diapers, read to him and kept him happy. Let me do something. You and Yoongi should rest.” Hoseok continued as Taehyung leaned back and let out an exhale and shook his head.

          “Minho… I should take care of Minho. You're a director. What makes it so different from you and I? You would be more exhausted.”

           “I'm used to it. Rest, Taehyung. It's bad for you to hold in such a constant restless sleep schedule.” The alpha continued as he then held Minho up and started to burp him. “I wouldn't want you to get sick or have bags under your eyes, Tae.” The man continued and with only the nickname being said, it woke Taehyung up with a flinch as he looked down and cupped his own face. For a second there, he could have sworn that name made him smile, yet, it was something his Yoongi would call him along with names like, Honey or darling. Taehyung was so used to hearing his lover utter the words, he smiled and blushed as soon as he heard it. Yet, it wasn't from the one he loved. “Are you okay? You jumped so suddenly!” Chuckled the alpha as Minho let out a burp.

          “I-I'm okay… I just tried to keep myself up.” The beta said as he rolled his hair back and gazed back at Hoseok. “Do you… Plan to stay here all day?”

          “I wanted to stay here for Minho and help you out. I don't see Yoongi running out here to assist you, so why not? Do I bother you, Tae?”

          “N-No I was only wondering.” Taehyung whispered as he looked down at his hands and tapped the tips of his fingers against each other as he blinked his eyes. “Why do you seem so close to me…?”

           “I'll be honest with you, I don't really have friends. So I wanted to talk to you. If you say it's an issue and don't want me here, tell me. I can leave and only see you on sets. I guess I'd be pretty weirded out if my boss suddenly watched over me on my day off.” The alpha stated. Just then, Taehyung felt too shy or guilty to tell Hoseok to leave. It was something he just couldn't bring himself to do. “I think you're a nice boy, Taehyung. Yoongi is so lucky to have you.” Laughed the boss as Taehyung smiled to himself before turning his gaze to focus his all at the alpha who still carried the pup so happily in his arms. “He really is! Ah, you're such a good beta. I wish I could have met someone like you so I wouldn't be this lonely like how I am now.” The alpha said and then held Minho over his chest while he laid back and allowed the pup to throw his small fist all over the man's chest and coo after.

            “I thought you had someone..” The beta replied, yet all hoseok did was smile and still have Minho lay on his chest.

             “I thought I did too… but, like every good thing in my life, it just leaves… I had my omega before. She was very beautiful and good to me, yet.. It was me who  messed things up and left it like that. Next day, she was gone. I never marked her.. But I just wish I did so we could have still had something. Even while I was shooting ‘Rujiko' I looked over the films and thought that maybe I should buy her a beautiful ring and promise ourselves to each other. By there, our issues will turn into nothing.. But as soon as I came home after shooting the lovely proposal scene from ‘Rujiko, I got home to see that she was gone. She already went off to cling onto another alpha other than me… Oh how upset I was that day. I even faked my smile and made it seem like nothing bothered me. But it did, it was her who caused it all. I could see why she left me… It was because I always pushed her behind my work and when she wanted to show me her love, I played it off like it was a joke. I was too playful for her and too much. Maybe she just needed a man… Not a boy… Maybe I wasn't good enough at the end.”

            “Hoseok..” Taehyung whispered as he listened to the alpha. He never expected his boss to carry such a burden within himself. Constantly reminding himself that his only omega was gone and left him after so long ago, yet, this was something that weighed him down like it happened just yesterday. “Maybe… You just need to move on. That's what will fill that empty void. Someone who will learn to understand you and love you. That's how love works. Finding the one who will love you and have patience for you, trust you and love you no matter what you do. I guess, she just got tired. Tired of waiting.”

           “Then.. she was never mine from the start.” Hoseok continued as he then set Minho down on the ladybug pod bouncer and secured him in it with his seatbelt. “But I can live like this… I've done it before and it's no secret that I'm not an easy guy… apparently, I'm too happy to be with her and too much of a selfish person to put her in front.”

           “Don't degrade yourself, Hoseok… You out of everyone I find really inspiring. You're so happy and you make everyone on set laugh! You couldn't keep her, so move on. It's the best thing you could do to soothe your pain.” the young beta continued as they watched Minho try to reach for a bunny plush on his mobile. “You'll find love.. Just not now.” Taehyung said and moved in to place his arm around the alpha's shoulder with a big smile on his face; showing comfort through his actions.

           Hoseok looked at Taehyung and what he saw, was something he couldn't have. Taehyung belonged to the alpha sleeping upstairs and Hoseok couldn't help but to imagine the many things they could do together if they really were something. As much as it sounded like a fairytale, Hoseok was desperate. So desperate in fact, he loved having Taehyung pull him close like this. Only leaving the Alpha to soon realize how much he missed feeling the love he had before. Only filling that void up with Taehyung himself; someone who Hoseok could never have no matter how hard he tried.

            Suddenly, Hoseok made a smile as the two were sitting close and looking into each other's eyes. It may have not meant a lot to Taehyung, but it did for Hoseok. This feeling of course, didn't remain in the alpha's head, it eventually made its way into Taehyung's head and caused him to blush instantly. Turning his face red. He didn't understand what was happening, he only looked into Hoseok's eyes and by there, he was in a trance; he blushed too and felt like he received the attention he wanted the most from. Yoongi would never show him this often and would always grow sour to the long eye contact being made or even joke around and never say how much he loves his beta in public. This felt warm to Taehyung but nothing more. Of course, he could never say he felt something more than that.

              “Hello, Hoseok. Glad you could stop by.” Yoongi said by the top of the stairs, making the two look up and scoot far from each other so suddenly. There, Yoongi stood at the top of staircase and tilted his head while he watched how his beta avoided eye contact.

               “Yoongi, I thought you were sleeping! Glad to see you up from such a long rest.” Hoseok said and stood up and stuffed his hands into the pockets of his pants.

             “Oh come on, Hoseok. I don't sleep for the whole day. I'll wake up eventually.” Yoongi replied and walked down the steps. With each step, Taehyung could feel the burning anger Yoongi had towards Hoseok now and all this was from a simple stare that looked more deeper than a friendly gaze. “So..” Yoongi then chuckled and dropped his hand down on the rails as he made a smile. “How's the weather here? Hot, warm, steamy?~”

            “Yoongi, d-drop it… Okay?” Taehyung breathed as Hoseok smiled at Yoongi once more before patting Minho's soft, little and gentle head before taking his things to go. Only leaving behind the rose in silence. Knowing what he just did was unacceptable to the couple. He shouldn't have looked at Taehyung like that, but the question that still lingered on in his head was, why did Taehyung blush after such a long stare? With no further questions or words being said, Hoseok left the house and left the beta to sit there and lock eye contact onto the ground where Yoongi remained standing there. Glaring at his beta in jealousy.

            “Darling…” Yoongi whispered as Minho cooed, watching all of the drama unfold before him and still not understand at all. Taehyung still avoided eye contact as if he was afraid he'll be punished for looking at another alpha like that. Especially with his cheeks tinting red from the moment. Yoongi then approached his beta and stopped right in front of him to stare until, he placed one hand over Taehyung's bite mark and softly caressed it. “Did you forget you're mine?”

              Taehyung remained silent, not wanting to argue with Yoongi. It felt like the couple just argued and argued like nothing was between them; like they were just some bitter strangers. “Answer me, Honey…” Yoongi continued to say in a low voice and make Taehyung let out a deep breath before looking at his lover stand before him and still keep his hand over the mark. “Nothing..? Honey, Don't fear me; You're mine. I just want to keep it that way.” Yoongi whispered and leaned in to hold Taehyung's hands with his and kiss his forehead. “Promise me, You'll ignore him outside of work… Do it for us. I'm your future husband and you should know when I'm not happy.” The older alpha whispered to Taehyung's ear and all he had in response was Taehyung suddenly hugging him and bringing him onto the couch where he sat to show, he accepted what Yoongi told him. Feeling guilt pump through him and was left to obey his alpha at the very end by pushing Hoseok out of his life before the director could ever get his chance at all.
