Thank you to everyone who commented on the update I posted a couple days ago! You guys were really helpful, and I'm glad nearly everyone who commented is open to reading the story with changes.

Again, I'm not sure if I'm going to change the plot of the story and change names/appearance for everyone who isn't an original character of mine, or if I'm just going to heavily edit the version of the story that was originally up and possibly change names and apperance along with that.

But I figured you guys would want to read the general summary of the new version of the books if I were to change the plot and names and all that.

So here it is! It doesn't give a lot away, but I'm totally okay with elaborating on it if you guys want me to! Just comment and I'll answer any questions!

Viperous and Serene re-imagined:

The year is 1991, and Chasity Novelo is a household name in the modeling industry at just twenty-two years old. She lives in New York City with her best friends. Frances, fellow supermodel and her partner in crime, and Michelle, a journalist who has been Chasity’s best friend since kindergarten.

Coincidentally, Michelle happens to be the sister of the bassist of *insert band name here* which created for Chasity and Michelle being influential in the making of the band's debut album and overall rise to fame.

What will happen when the girls' past comes back into their new lives, both the good and the bad?

How will Chasity face her ex and first love, the lead singer?

I don't have a name for the band or for all the guys, sorry about that!

But yeah, in this version, Chas and Axl (that's what we'll call him for the sake of explaining right now) still had a relationship when she was younger, at the same age in the original version and everything. The only difference is that once Chasity got her first modeling job and the band left for their first major tour, he broke up with her then.

This kind of caused Chasity to separate herself from him and the band, and that was easy because they were away on tour, she didn't really have a reason to be in constant contact with them.

She got busy with her career, moved to New York so modeling would be easier. All of the guys, including Axl became caught up in their lives and everything.

Chasity then didn't really talk to any of them as time continued, except for Duff because of Michelle.

Then, something happens where Chasity and Michelle are thrown into the rock n' roll scene all of the sudden.  Chasity then has to be around the band, and Axl. (ALSO: because their relationship never went public, no one knows about it except for Chasity and Axl.)

So yeah! I really like that idea, as different as it is. I think it wouldn't be a complete 180° of the story, the original essence would definitely be there, I really really want to make sure of that.

I'd also like to say that if anyone really isn't down with that idea, I totally understand! As much as I want to change the original version, I have sentimental feelings around it too and love it for what it is, flaws and all.
